Need to book & pay outward freight before Receipt of FG - Subcontracting

Dear All,
" In case of Subcontracting, we are required to pay both, Outward Freight on material sent to Party for Job Work & Inward Freight on Material received from the party. While raising PO, the Freight amount is considered to include both Inward & Outward Freight but only single Freight GRN is prepared on receipt of Material. Unless GRN is prepared we are unable to book Outward Freight Bill in SAP thru MIRO & process payment."
We need to book & pay the outward freight before GRN( Receipt of FG) and load the freight cost on Material.

If I book the Outward Freight through MIRO before GRN system will not load the correct amount on Material as at the time of
GRN we have to book Inward Freight cost also.

If you want post the invoice prior to GR than you should not check the Gr-based invoice in the PO invoice tab then system will allow you to post the invoice.
and later you can post the GR.
until you post the GR you will see the open GR in MB5S tcode.

Ocean Freight booking number from freight order - SAP TM

Hello experts,
I have a requirement to display Freight Booking Number on Adobe form (copy of standard SAP TM Form /SCMTMS/FP_FBL).
{ Steps to execute the form:- Go to NWBC - Freight Order Management - Edit Freight Order - Output Management - Generate List of Actions (Custom Action is configured here) - Document preview to open the form }
For the ocean freight order I need to display Ocean freight booking number on the form. Now on the print structure of the Form '/SCMTMS/S_PRINTOUT_FBL' only the existing document (ie freight order) related information is available not for the predecessor or successor documents.
I have found that these 2 documents (freight order & freight booking ) are related to freight unit (in my case ocean dry container) but I am unable to identify how they are directly related to each other in the system. Checked below link but still cant find any relation.

Is there any way I can identify the freight booking number from freight order in SAP TM system?

Hi Matt,
you can find associations DRAYAGE_TOR (from booking to freight order(s)) and DRAYTOR_BOOK (from freight order to booking) under the ROOT node of business object /SCMTMS/TOR. If you check those in TA /BOBF/CONF_UI, you can also have a look at the corresponding implementing classes - however, there should be no need to do this
Technically, the references are stored on ITEM_TR level, but as determining the correct references can be tricky, I would strongly recommend to use the above mentioned associations in order to get the pre-carriage order (or booking vice versa), instead of trying to determine them on your own from various DB tables - we already implemented the tricky part in the associations, so there is no need for you to worry about that

Make Font Book work within Indesign before I retire?

Does anyone know how to make Font Book work within IndesignCS3 before I retire?
A simple icon in the main upper menu bar of the screen that would interact, group fonts,
and change them within IndesignCS3 and Photoshop would be like strapping jet packs onto my single
engine workload. I would be willing to pay up to $200 for such a software program.
I dont care for the font agent pro or the others like it. "YouControl Fonts" worked EXTREMELY well
until it started snowing. Now I have to downgrade yet again and wait. ****, I might retire before
walking on snow this go around.

I just found that I can't Sync my Iphone either and it gave the same error code.... it must be a ITunes problem.

Let's start with iTunes.
Have you updated iTunes to 11.1.5, because the previous version did appear to have an issue about seeing iPods?
With iTunes 11.1.5 installed, look in Edit/Preferences/Devices, (or use the ALT key, followed by the E key and then the F key) and make sure that the box named Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically does not have a tick in the box.
Once you have doen those two things, check to see if the iPod is seen by iTunes.

OS stands for Operating System. (In computer speak, IO means Input/Output.)

If you just need it for one site you can use the portable version of Firefox 2 instead. You can install the portable version on a USB key, or if one is not available choose the custom install and install it somewhere on your hard drive. The portable version will not interfere with your current version of Firefox. You can get the portable version from http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable - the link for Firefox 2.0.0.20 is near the bottom of that page.

Generally, it's ok to install on two machines as long as they are both yours and you only use one version at a time.

iOS 5.0.1 has been out for a couple months, if not longer.
There was no delay in releasing it in any country.

Although it says 2 GB RAM is the minimum, it's generally recommended to have at least 4 GB unless you only use your machine for "light" use (no movie editing/burning, etc).

I agree with the recommendations for the GTX 660+. I also second John's advice to completely uninstall the existing Quadro drivers before you swap cards.
And that Quadro FX 1800 never worked with MPE GPU acceleration even in CS5 because although it has CUDA capability, it has only 768MB total VRAM on the card. MPE GPU acceleration requires a minimum of 765MB of free, unused VRAM - but a 768MB card leaves only 749MB of free, unused RAM because the Windows GUI itself consumes nearly 20MB of VRAM. And even if the FX 1800 had 1GB of VRAM, it would be sluggish-performing by current standards because the FX 1800 is really based on a downclocked GeForce 9600 GT (with only 64 CUDA cores) with a narrower memory bus width (192 bits instead of 256 bits, both DDR3).

Workflow for approval of down payment for outward freight

Can somebody suggest if is there any standard workflow available or not for approval of down payment for outward freight in SAP system? I want to build a workflow for this purpose upto two level of approval.

There is business object BSEG for down payment request. Try to use that and u can find workflow as Arghadip said in other thread. In PFTC u can go for F4 and search.

You only need do this in iTunes. See iTunes Store- About authorization and deauthorization.
