Need to calculate subtotal and print it on basis of dc,store and lid number

I need to calculate sub total for couple of fields on the basis of DC, store and lid number. I have clculated the sub total in query level but while printing it in the report i am facing the real problem.
Please find the example:
For DC=1111, store=2222, lid no=3333
QTY rcvd qty ordered qty available REFNO
20 300 680 7859
45 258 348 4528
For DC=1111, store=2222, lid no=3334
QTY rcvd qty ordered qty available REFNO

i want the sum in below of completion of one set of values. but as i am calculating the sum in sql query , i put it in a group and it is appearing in the end of every line which is not my desired.
Kindly let me know how to do the grouping so that i can get it in the end of each combination of DC,store, lid no.

For clarification: udev is in the mkinitcpio.
I'm not sure whether I yet have a good intuition for how you have your machine set up, but I suspect you need to include a cryptdevice flag to the kernel in your grub config. The file isn't found because the kernel doesn't know your root directory needs decrypting first.
My setup is an LVM over LUKS over LVM sandwich. To boot into my system, the grub.cfg contains the line:

Now, most of those flags don't have anything to do with your problem, but note the cryptdevice. It tells the kernel it's dealing with an encrypted filesystem sitting in a logical volume called crypt on a volume group called vg. The bit after the colon tells the kernel to associate this encrypted filesystem with /dev/mapper/root.
As for how to fix your system, I'm afraid I still feel a bit fuzzy about how your LVM and encrypted layers relate to each other, whether you have LVM over LUKS, or LUKS over LVM, or something else. Was there a particular how-to that you followed?

An iTunes account can only be used in one store at a time, and you need to be in that country with a valid billing address on your account for that country in order to use it there. An email address can only be linked to one account, so if you want two separate iTunes accounts then you will need two email addresses

How to enable standard actions and print preview in Output management in FU and FO in SAP TM9.1

This is regarding the Output management on Truck load scenario.
I have maintained configuration which is related to output management in Freight order type (truck load).
Configuration is :
Output profile : " /SCMTMS/TOR" and
Add. Output Profile “ /SCMTMS/TOR_PRINT_ROAD”.
Results: I have created a Freight order based on the FU ( Sales order ) , go to output management tab in FO, I can see only one Action status that is “Shipping Instruction” .
Expectations: I am expecting couple of other FORMs like HBL and label and etc which is available in “/SCMTMS/TOR_PRINT_ROAD”.

Also, When I am executing “List of Actions” by manually I can see all of above actions in popup screen but by default “scheduled condition” check box is checked on “Shipping Instruction” not rest of them.

Dear Surender,
For PPF customizing you can follow SPRO path -> Cross application components ->Processes and Tools for Enterprise Applications->Reusable Objects and Functions for BOPF Environment ->PPF Adapter for Output Management->Maintain PPF Settings -> Select the application '/SCMTMS/TRANSPORTATION' -> Define action profiles and Actions.
Select the required action profile (Here in your case /SCMTMS/TOR or /SCMTMS/TOR_PRINT_ROAD)-> select the required action definitions -> Make sure 'Inactive' checkbox is deselected against the required action -> Choose processing types -> Here you can assign a new form. You can also create new action definitions and assign forms accordingly.
Then go back and go to 'Condition configuration' ->Choose the required action profile -> Check the Start condition and schedule condition. Make sure you have 'Schedule automatically' radio button selected under overview tab.
Print preview is also called as Document preview. To my knowledge this tab should be displayed default with standard under Output Management tab. Document preview will appear upon selecting the action in Output management tab. If not appearing just check the WD component customizing or personalization.

Battery dying faster than normal and I have been to the Apple Store and battery is fine

Is anyone else experiencing this? Both my iPad and my iPhone 5 started to have the battery die 2x faster after the latest upgrade. I have reset it without losing data and I am about to reset one of them back to original. Any one have any suggestions? I am thinking that one of my apps is trying to always load or search for wifi but not sure and don't know how to figure out which one it is.
I have been to the Apple store and they have checked my batteries and both are fine. The staff suggested that I let the battery die right down and completely charge it and then shut it down for a few seconds. so that the device is " clean" and then turn it back on but that didn't work at all.

You can poke around in the settings. There's a lot of stuff defaulted to on that you may not need. Such as notifications. Background app update, background app update. Try turning those off and see if that helps.

Just upgraded to 10.7 - cannot play movies or TV programs - iTunes freezes and Windows states iTunes has stopped working and kicks me out - play audio OK, store and synching to devices OK.

Running Windows Vista Home Premium - Service Pack2
iTunes has always worked beautifully - opened it yesterday and said upgrade was available so I did and upgrade seemed to be successful - no errors and program launches and all my music, TV programs, Movies, etc, were there. Audio works well. Tonight I tried to play a movie and got the Windows iTunes has stopped working and searching for solution (which there is none) and closing the warning box closes iTunes. iTunes used to launch a "separate" black window for my movies/TV - I seemed to get a black background before everything freezes. Not happy. Thanks for any help - I tried to upgrade quicktime just to make sure it wasn't lagging behind the iTunes upgrade but that didn't help.

OS X update failed and now i can't launch App Store and Mail.app

Today my Mac offered me to update OS X.
During update there was unknown error and known I can't launch App Store to finish update. Mail.app also doesn't work.

I've just download http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1641 and installed it. This helped me.
