Hi,
I have done appraisal document creation for bulk using txt file.
this fm used for single for creation in standard tcode (phap_prepare): 'WZ_HRHAP_0DOC_WZ01_START'.
So create ztcode usinh this fm for single form then record BDC for this tcode and called this tcode in that bdc for bulk creation .
While recording for single I have used manual option instead of automatic .

Even tcode also u can get it prepared by Abap'ers.

You do not need a startup disc. There is a hidden recovery partition on the hard drive that you can use for repairing or reinstalling the system. This component must be deployed in Portal because have a lot of services which need ESS in order to work properly. According with note 1408243 you must add those business components in your iView and only are available in that component. Once you deploy this component you do not need to assign any special role to users. The business object component is in Content Administration --> Portal Content --> Business Object --> ERP Common Parts --> Human Resources --> Employee.

Authorization for Measuring document creation
Hi,
i have one issue. I want to provide authorization for measuring documents creation. That has been done by providing the different authorization groups in roles for T codes IK11, Ik12 etc to the users. Now users with a authorized authorization group for perticular measuring point can create a measuring document fo that. But the problem is that despite the authorization group, if user goes to t code iw41 for order confirmation , there he can create measuring documents of any authoprization group. How to control that thing. I also give authorization group authorization for t code IW41 but still it is allowing for the creation of documents. any help on this thing.

there are two ways you can control the measurement reading entry
1. Block the authorisation of IK11.When you go to confirmation screen through IW41 , there a button for measurement document update. Even the user will press it system will not allowed to enter in it as he is no authorisation
2.You can configure the screen template for overall confirmation and use this profile while doing overall confirmation using iw42. There you can hide the measurment detail screen.

Link missing for appraisal documents in MSS Status overview
Hi all,
For ESS Status overview page of Flexible Appraisal document, the appraisal documents are listed with links. when we click the link, its taking to the appraisal document.
For MSS Status overview page of Flexible Appraisal documents, the appraisal documents are shown as texts and there is no link. (hyperlink). Opening the document is possible only by clicking 'Display' or 'Edit' button.
I have checked throughout the SDN and unable to find the problem. Our functional team says that the link was appearing before. Could some one help on what configuration is necessary to get the link for appraisal documents in MSS

I am trying to disable all tray options for appraisal document (flexible solution). I have disabled all option in iview and page, but tray option are still there.
I've made the same thing for another iviews and worked. Do you have any idea of what could it be?

One possibility could be your change to the original iView may not have been reflected to the delta link. This could be because you might have changed the same property in the delta link and now that property would no longer inherit from the parent. If that indeed is the case, try you can either reset the delta link and change the property in the parent link OR change the property in the delta link.

CA95 for to do mass change in Reference opn set.
CA75 for to do mass change in PRT
Mass Change in material master MM17
Mass change in BOM. CS20
CEWB is the only standard option available for you to make mass changes
In QM QA08 for inspection type assign or chnage and Qa16 lot change.
There a lot of transactions for specific mass changes. MASS is also one of the transactions among them also LSMW or BDC are useful.

Need to create 500 designs, all identical in every way except for a unique QR code
Hi there. I am using Photoshop CS6.
I have a design from which I want to create 500 versions of an image. All will be identical, except for the QR code which will be unique for every one.
The placement of the QR code will be identical in all of them. It's just the actual QR code that changes.
Any idea how I can achieve this in an automated way? I have the QR codes in a folder, already created, and I have the design already created. I just need to marry up the 2 now and end up with 500 design files to give to the printers for printing.

Help needed for automatic batch creation for by-products(PP-PI)
Hi,
In the Goods Recpt tab in transaction COR1, we have a field for creating a batch manually for the header material. On clicking on create, a pop up is generated whch facilitates creation of batch for the header material.
At this point, if i go to the material list, I would like to see the same batch number ( same as header) written against the BY-Products.
Essentially, when i create a batch for the header material, it should also create a batch with the same number for the by-product and populate the same in the materials tab.
One important thing to note here is that when we click on create batch icon, the data is stored in a structure and the batch is actually created only when the process order is saved.
Please advise if this can be achived by some standard settings in SAP or do we need to change the standard code. If later is the case, please advise about the point where to insert the required code. I have found a user exit at the point where batch numbe is created manually.
Please advise.As per SAP Batch definition Batch is the quantity or partial quantity of a certain material or product that has been produced according to the same recipe, and represents one homogenous, non- reproducible unit with unique specifications. So logically you cannot have same batch number for two materials.
If you want to find out the relation between batches of header material and by product that is produced during production, you can use Batch Information Cockpit.
To see batch details in Batch Cockpit (T-code: BMBC), You have activate Batch where used function in IMG using path : Batch management-->Batch Where used list --> make setting for batch where used list.

Functionality
You can use this method to create and post invoices.
When passing on the header data, you use the field INVOIC_IND to determine whether the system posts a credit memo or an invoice. If the field is blank, the system posts a credit memo. If you enter an X, the system posts an invoice.
If you want to enter an incoming invoice for a returns order, you should leave the INVOICE_IND field blank.
As in the online transaction, the system updates the purchase order history and stock valuation data in Materials Management. The system creates accounting documents in Accounting.
Using this method, you can:
Enter and post invoices with multiple account assignment
Change the account assignment of invoices, add account assignments, and post the invoices
Enter invoices for blanket purchase orders
Enter and post invoices for purchase orders containing planned delivery costs
Enter and post invoices containing unplanned delivery costs
Enter and post subsequent debits/credits
Use document types with external number assignment
Enter and post invoices with withholding tax
Enter and post invoice with more than one vendor line and different payment methods and terms of payment
Enter and post invoices for returns orders
Enter and post invoices for transportation service providers
Enter and post invoices for external service purchase orders

Tables ItemData and AccountingData contain the invoice item data. The table TaxData contains the tax information for theinvoice.
Tables ItemData and AccountingData contain the item data and the incoming invoice.
The table TaxData contains the tax information on the incoming invoice.
The table GlAccountData contains data on posting to a G/L account and the table MaterialData contains data on posting to a materialaccount.
Using table WithTaxData you can transfer withholding tax information.
Using table VendorItemSplitData you can distribute the gross amount to several vendor line items with different methods of payment and terms of payment.
Return
The invoice document number and the fiscal year are returned as key fields for the invoice.
Return messages
Messages are returned in the parameter return. The parameter documentation shows the return codes and their meanings.
Further Information
The method can only carry out your function if no error messages were generated in the "Return" table. This is the case if the header data and all the items were processed successfully.
Transaction control is not implemented. The calling program therefore has to execute the 'Commit Work' itself after this method has been successfully invoked (i.e. if no errors were reported in the Return parameter).

This example demonstrates the procedure for entering and posting an incoming invoice for a one-time vendor.
You do not need to provide table AddressData with data to do this. If you do not enter any data in the table AddressData, the address data for the one-time vendor is transfered exactly from the purchase order to the invoice.
If you use table AddressData to transfer the data, the system copies the address data for the one-time vendor from the purchase order to the invoice and then overwrites or adds to the data with the fields from table AddressData.

I have written a programm for automatic PR creation with the help of bapi , where its picks data from excel sheet and makes PR .It is picking excel files from one folder(Files) for PR creation and moving to another folder(Files sucess).
now the problem is if Folder (Files) contains one excel sheet ,PR is created fine , but if the Folder(Files) have multiple excel sheet ,its is creating 1st PR right, but next PR's contains all the line item of 1st PR , 2nd PR and so on .can anyone suggest me where is the problem in codes.

Idoc for transfer order creation for outbound delivery

I am using idoc basic type WMTOID01 and message type WMTORD. when i am trying to create TO for delivery. the idoc is creating and TO ia also creating but, this is not linking to delivery. I am using mov type 601 and requirement type PICK and doc type L sales document. destination storage type 916 but when u see the TO i am not getting the delivery number is not appearing in TO and if you see the document flow in delivery the TO which is created is not appearing in document flow. please help to get the solutionSome corrections

Please check the delivery which you are creating is for WM managed storage location or not.
If your configuration is in place & you are creating delivery & picking from WM managed storage location then TO will be seen in document flow. Either you create TO automatically or manually, in delivery document flow system will show TO number. Also in TO you will see destination bin as delivery number. (Dynamic bin)
