Need to display a field for every page

Hi All.
I am trying to display a field <?job_no?> for every page of that job.
I mean if I select job no from 1 to 10. for Job number 1 the data can be printed in one page or several pages.
But i need to show this Job number( which we show with BARCODE font) in every page of that job.
This job is under G_JOB group. In general I used like below
<?for-each:G_JOB?>
<?job_no?>
<?...?>
<?...?>
<?...?>
<?...?>
<?...?>
<?end for-each?>
This is getting printed in first page only. If I put it in header, of RTF file, it is ok if I selected only one job number. But if I select for n number of jobs it is not geting displayed.
Please help.
Thanks Vasa.

Vasa,
Try this:
<?for-each@section:g_job?>
<?job_no?>
<?start:body?>
<?data?>
<?end for-each?>The "start:body" makes everything before that a page header.

Added @section. This will reset the header region for each job.

  • Display a field on every page

    Hello
    I have created a layout using BI Publisher Layout editor (not an RTF template) and have an employee number field which is in a repeating group with other employee details. The report displays 1 employee per page and I need the employee number to appear on every page of the report on its own at the end of the page without other details. How can I achieve this?
    Is there a way of making a field to appear on every page in BI Publisher but not as a header or footer? Thanks

    Hi,
    Can you try by calling subtemplate as below at the top of the page.
    <?for-each@section:G_HEADERS?> <?initial-page-number:'AUTO'?>  <?template:header?>EMP_NAME<?end template?> <?template:empnum?>EMPNUM<?end template?>
    Thanks

  • How do i prevent mozilla from displaying "authentification required" for every page? I am running windows xp on a windows server 2003 network

    it only happens once when I use the browser for the first time after logging in with the administrator account

    I have heard of this situation before, but, like most Apple Mail problems, it is a problem on the recipient's side. There should be no reason that a recipient can't save an inline image from an e-mail message. For years, Apple has bent over backwards to construct messages that PC clients will be able to view. Obviously there are limits as to what they will do.
    If you want to follow the standard procedure and hack up your e-mail for the benefit of others who refuse to upgrade, you can try Attachment Tamer. You could also try Microsoft Outlook. This won't change the underlying problem. It will just make it Microsoft's problem to deal with.

  • I want to display one field in first page only

    Hi All
    I have a tipical question. I am working on invoice report in which i need to display one field which should display in the first page only. For a second invoice that field should not get displayed. In the first page only it should get display. Is there any workarround for this.
    It would be greate help if anybody suggest the solution for this.
    Thanks in Advance
    Sudheer

    Hi
    Sorry. My Question is:
    I am generating the invoices. If particular invoice lines data extend to next page then invoice header should get repeted in the second page except one field. For each invoice, that filed should get display only first page of invoice and should not come in subsequent pages. For each invoice it should be like this. I am using @section loop to refresh the page numbers for each invoice.
    Is there any work arround to display the partiuclar filed in first page of invoice?
    Any suggestions highly appriciated?
    Thanks

  • Proxy Server asking for username and password almost 6 times for every page I load, but the same doesn't happen with other browsers like chrome

    The same question keeps popping up again and again "The proxy moz-proxy://proxy.iitm.ac.in:3128 is requesting a username and password. The site says: "moz-proxy://proxy.iitm.ac.in:3128""
    Even after i give the right details, it asks me like 5 more times before it completely loads the page. Some times it happens only 2 times.
    With other browsers like chrome, it asks only in the beginning. it doesn't occur after that.
    This started occurring only recently. i upgraded to firefox 9.0 and it functioned properly for more than 12 hours before it started occuring. i tried downgrading back to 8.0.1 but the problem still continued.

    i'm afraid i need to use proxy settings to connect to internet. The settings are all fine because it used to work properly all this time. i specify the proxy address and the port, which is correct, i am very confident. it is so because the page actually loads on firefox, but not before it asks for my user name and password for it a lot of times, and for every page. for other browsers, it asks only in the beginning, that is, when i start the browser.
    i've put three pics here. under the first two settings, the third image showing the user name and password thingy popping up. this happens a lot of times for every page.

  • Do I need to load my fonts with every page of my website?

    Hi,
    In my website I use special fonts.
    To make sure that everyone, through every web-browser, sees my fonts correct I send my fonts with the website pages to the user´s browser.
    The question is: Do I need to do this for every page the user visits or only together with the first page?
    Because in my opinion the fonts will reside in the user´s browser cache, at least till the end of the session.
    I ask you this because I want to serve my pages as fast as possible.
    Thanks,
    Dirk Detmar (I am Dutch)
    Teresina, Piaui, Brazil

    Usually you would serve a single downloadable font file (e.g., myfont.woff) and Firefox will indeed cache that.
    To see whether Firefox is using a File from cache or is downloading it again and again, you can try using the Web Console (Ctrl+Shift+k), Network tab. The status code in the left column indicates how Firefox sourced the file. For example, 200 is a full retrieve, and 304 was re-used from cache after checking for a possible update. If a file you know was loaded into the page is not listed at all, then Firefox used the cached file without checking for an update (for example, if it was very fresh).

  • Need to display different colors for Actuals and forecasting values in WAD

    Hi Gurus,
    My requirement in the report is, I need to display different colors for particular values like Actuals(say value type 10) and for forecasting values(say value type 20) , and data will uploaded from flat file.
    Scenario : If I upload the data for March Month, I receive actual values upto March(Jan to March month) and from April to Dec(Forecast values with value type 20),  Every month I will be getting file and similarly for subsequent months, i will get current month actual values and forwarding months forecasting values,
    Now , my requirement is, When ever i execute the Report, Say if i execute for April Month, Upto April( Jan to April for actual values should be displayed in one color) and from May to Dec ( forecast values should be displayed in different color).
    I had tried with following options like exceptions and could not display , as it runs based on key figure values where as my requiremnet is based on the CALMONTH , i need to show different colors for both actual and forecast values.
    Kindly, help me out from this,
    Thanks

    Hi,
    it is not necesseary that you need to do that in WAD , you can do the same in BEx platform, Since WAD is build above the bex reports. so automatially any changes done in Report will be replicated in WAD
    Go for Exceptions in Bex. Give some range for Actuals and Forcasting at the creation of the exception.
    if you do those changes in BEX automatically it will replicate in the WAD.

  • When i am logging to my company intranet site for every page navigation it is asking for credentials

    When i am logging to my company intranet site for every page navigation it is asking for credentials

    Also, if the navigation works most of the time but you are prompted for every single image, I suggest restarting Firefox and trying again.
    The following also might help in that situation: When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
    (1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
    Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
    Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
    orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
    On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
    If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
    (2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:
    * right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
    * Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
    Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

  • Iweb URL is the same for every page

    I have a small website built on iweb with a personal domain name, www.westonbennett.com and if you click on any of my pages the url doesn't change and is still www.westonbennett.com and I would like it to be a unique url for every page. Can anyone help me out?

    Hi,
    welcome to the Apple iWeb Discussion Forums!
    What you did is webforward with cloaking/masking whose result is giving the same url for all pages.
    What you should do to get yourdomain.com/sitename/pagename.html instead is change the CNAME
    Have a look at the following page to know how to achieve that

  • WLS 9.2.2: JSP recompile for every page load with JAR'ed tag files

    I have a small custom tag library of three tag files. With the server running in development mode and the tag files in a JAR (included in WEB-INF/lib), the server appears to be doing a JSP recompile on every page load. However, it only compiles on the first page load if the tag files are included in WEB-INF/tags (no JAR). Also, running the server in production mode with the JAR'ed tag files avoids the recompile for every page load.
              Is that how the server should behave?
              For whatever it's worth, I'm also using Eclipse 3.3.2 with WTP and WebLogic Server Tools 1.1.2. The server is running the Sun JVM (1.5_10).

    I have a line graph created in Illustrator with years on the horizontal axis (1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, etc.). There is data for each year that will be plotted on the line, however I would only like to display every other year (1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, etc.). Is there a way to show every other year on the horizontal axis.

    I can't leave the years out because there is data for those years. In Excel, there is an option to 1 display a label for every category, 2 to display a label for every other category, 3 to display a label for every third category. How do you do it in Illustrator. My table looks something like this but begins in 1980.
    "2001"
    52
    "2002"
    56
    "2003"
    81
    "2004"
    84
    "2005"
    91
    "2006"
    97
    "2007"
    102
    "2008"
    103
    "2009"
    104
    "2010"
    110
    "2011"
    106

  • Adobe Flash requesting Action for every page

    I'm running Firefox 19.02 and a new problem has now developed.
    Every time I visit a new page a pop up requests action to allow Adobe Flash for that page, it doesn't matter how many time you tell it to accept for every page, it refuses to remember it.
    It doesn't matter how many times I tell it to activate for every page, it keeps requesting the confirmation.
    How can I get around this?

    I think you might have "click to play" turned on. I haven't tested it myself, but in looking at the screen shots in [http://howto.cnet.com/8301-11310_39-57475223-285/how-to-configure-firefox-plug-ins-to-load-only-when-clicked/ this CNET article], it does appear that like other site-specific permissions, you should be able to manually change the permission if the dialog isn't working well:
    To call up the Page Info dialog on any page, you can use:
    * right-click > View Page Info > Permissions tab
    * Tools menu > Page Info > Permissions tab
    Does that match what you're seeing?
    Or, to turn this all off completely and go back to automatically running plugins, you can return to about:config and reset plugins.click_to_play to its default value of false.
    Does that help?

  • How to NOT display header details in every page when printed with PLD

    Hi All
    I am printing a report of all related activities of a business partner using PLD.  in the printout the header details of business partner such as name, phone details are printing in every page along with contents.  how to avoid this situation printing the header details in everypage except first page?
    SV Reddy

    Hi,
    Add a formula field to the page header.  The formula field will need to contain the following text on the Content tab.
    CurrentPage()
    Add another formula field, once again add the following to the Content tab
    Field_101=='1'
    in the example above, Field_101 is the field id for the first formula field you added.
    Now all you need to do is link the fields that you only want printed on the 1st page to the 2nd formula field you added.
    Regards,
    Adrian

  • Displaying dynamic data on every page of standard text

    Hi All,
    I m using standard text (created in SO10) in smartform . I want to display dynamic data on the top of every page of standard text.
    Displaying the dynamic data is not the problem, but how would i know where is page finished(or started) as Preview in SO10 may not look the same as smartform output.
    I dont want to do this manually by adjusting the size of window. Is there any other way to do the same??
    Vanita.

    Try to create a text in your SF and write the dynamic data.
    To know in which page use &SFSY-PAGE&
    this system fields may also be helpful for dynamic text on each page
    &SFSY-COPYCOUNT0&   "COPY COUNTER( 0 = ORIGINAL, 1 = 1st COPY)
    &SFSY-COPYCOUNT&   "COPY COUNTER( 1 = ORIGINAL,  2 = 1st COPY)
    Still you can called DYNAMIC text through your standard text.. but place your conditions.
    Regards,
    SaiRam
