Need to know how to burn just selected songs from purchase music.
I'm new to Itunes and was wondering how I burn a CD using just four selected songs from my purchased list in Itunes. If I just check those songs I want to burn, Itunes burns the whole list. I can't seem to copy those four songs and paste them into a new playlist either.

Just make a new playlist and drag (don't copy/paste) the four songs to it. Then burn that playlist.

Not sure if you are talking about in the Mac App store or the iTunes store but the procedure is the same for both.
Launch the appropriate store and click on the link to your account under Quick Links.
Enter your password when prompted.
You will come to an Account Information screen. Click on the Edit link to the right of Payment Type.
Enter your new information here (or click the None button to leave it empty.)
Click the Done button.
You can now go on using the store.

Time Machine is a back up you have to set up to back up before there is a problem like a hard drive failure.
It is possible to recover files from a failed drive, but it is an expensive proposition.
There is a faint hope that an app like Disk Warrior or TechTool Pro might repair the drive. You could try making an appointment at an Apple store and ask a technician there to take a look... the diagnosis will not cost you.

Hi, do you know how can I upload inelegible songs from itunes to Icloud. They are songs added from original CDs. Another question would be how can I transfer all the music I have in my Ipod Classic to my Itunes or ICloud as I want to back it up.
Depends on why it's ineligible. If it's under 96 Kpbs, try right-clicking on the file and choosing Create AAC Version. (If you don't see this option, go to iTunes>Preferences, click "Import Settings..." then choose "Import Using: AAC Encoder" and "Setting: iTunes Plus".) Then rescan your library to see if this version will add to iTunes Match. Or, after changing your import setting, just re-import the song to your iTunes library.
If the song is over 200 MB you would have to reduce it's size to make it eligible. -

The procedure is the following:-
*right click the song on itunes and click get info.
*under the option, check in the start time and end time- This is the exactly which part of the song you want to make your ringtone.
*Click Ok.
* Again right click in the same song and click the CREATE AAC VERSION
* Now you can see the same two song. if you have made the short length in step 2, lenght will be different.and this will be in (.m4a) format. and if you dont see on itunes you can search the name on finder. you will find both files.
* Now you try to change the format (.m4a) to (.m4r), you just delete a and add r and press enter bottom. and conform it.
*Now you add this files to the ringtone/tones on itunes which is located on the left side bar of itunes.
*make sure under the preference of your itunes under the general the tones section is checked in.
*go to your device on itunes. Under the tones check in sync tones. You can Sync all tones or the particular tones which you want.
*Now this tone is on your iphone. You can change your ringtone through setting>sound>ringtone and choose the particular one. -

There are many apps in the App Store, which you can download (many are free) that will let you take a song on your phone and turn it into a ringtone. Virtually all of them will require that once you've made the clip, you do something like email it to yourself, then connect your phone to your computer, save it iTunes, then sync it to your ringtones library on your phone. Go to the App Store and type in Ringtone. Lot's of options will appear.

You should be able to go to message, menu, and delete, then select the message that you would like to delete.

I want/need to get my bookmarks, fill forms, etc. from comodo dragon to comodo ice dragon with help. I am not sure how to do it because I tried telling it to import it from Chrome since regular dragon is based on that, but obviously it didn't work. I need help please.
Probably best to use an intermediate HTML-format file. I found these directions on Comodo's site:
(1) Export from Comodo Dragon
* Click the Comodo Dragon icon located at the top-left corner
* Select 'Bookmark manager' from the menu.
* Click 'Organize' and select 'Export bookmarks' from the menu.
* Choose a location where you want the bookmarks to be saved and click the 'Save' button.
* The bookmarks will be saved as a HTML file.

How to sync just selected songs to iPad with iOS 5?
I have a lot of music in my iTunes account, acquired from CDs, the iTunes store, etc. and I don't listen to all of it regularly (I like to change it up from time to time); however, I like having it saved digitally on my computer; but, i don't want it all on my iPad or iPhone all the time, I only want the songs selected under my music list to be synced to my device.
My iPad is using iOS 5, my iPhone is using iOS 4.3.5.
Under 4.3.5, when I select "Entire Music Library" under Sync Music in iTunes, it only adds the seleceted sonds to my iPhone. However, under iOS 5, it wants to add everything to my iPad which is just too much.
So, how do I get just the selected songs in my library to upload to my device using iOS 5?I'm currently using a play list but it is not the same as in iOS 4. The options will not work how I want either as it doesn't let me choose just the songs I want (which would be cumbersome but would work); I either have to select the artist (getting all of their songs loaded whether I want them or not), genres, playlists, or albums. I really only want certain songs at a time; even with the playlist seleceted and synced, albums & songs not in that playlist are still showing up in my Music app on the iPad. This is part of the reason I haven't updated my iPhone to iOS 5, I like the convienence of the iPod app in iOS 4 (which was removed in iOS 5 unfortunately) and uploading my entire library would be more than my iPhone has room.

My oldest daughter recently bought a new ipod touch and gave her old one to her brother. How do I unlink his ipod from her account and set up his own without losing the music and apps already on it?
Connect it to his iTunes library and set it up as a new device. You should be prompted to Erase and Sync the iPod if his iTunes library is separate from hers.
Or head to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase all Content and Settings.

Yes, you can delete individual song in a playlist.
In playlist, tap Edit button (top left), tap on the left of song, tap red Delete button. -

I was browsing through My Songs, and I clicked CTRL + A and removed EVERY song from the library... I had thousands of songs. How do I recover them? :( please note it does not show up in recover playlists, as it isn't a playlist

I need to convert a GIF file (PICTURE) to a symbol (Button) From within The Document Class using ActionScript 3.0 .
Thanks in advance for your help.So you imported a .gif into the library and need to get to it from the document class? If that's the case you need to right-click the image in the library, select properties, select the ActionScript tab and then set it to export for ActionScript. Give it a class name - I'll use myGif for example. You'll see it will have a base class of BitmapData...
Then in your document class you can just instantiate it like:
var myImageData:BitmapData = new myGif();
You can turn it into a useable image that you can place on stage by putting it into a Bitmap object:
var myImage:Bitmap = new Bitmap(myImageData);
If you want to make a button out of it, ie make it clickable - stick it into a Sprite:
var mySprite:Sprite = new Sprite():
mySprite.addChild(myImage);
addChild(mySprite);
mySprite.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, clicked);
