Need to select HU to pack onto a pallet using transaction VT02N and Wedge?

In transaction VT02N, I have HU from deliveries previously created in HUPAST. On the Pack HU tab of VT02N I would like to create an Pallet HU and then scan the HU label(using a wedge scanner) of various boxes to pack into the newly created Pallet HU. These are the proposed steps.
1.     User open Find Dialog. Using Ctrl +f
2.     User scans EAN128 bar code.
3.     Scanner enters EAN128 bar code followed by u201CEnteru201D which closed the Find Dialog and SAP selects the EAN128 number from a list of handling units. Scanner send Ctrl+) to re-open the Find Dialog window. (Repeat Step 2 with the next EAN128 #.)
I discovered that there are 2 ways to open the Find Dialog. Ctrlf and the alternate shortcut ShiftCtrl0 which is actually CtrlShift+).
I have a scanner programmed to transmit the CR and Ctrl+) suffix. I am able to open the Find Dialog by scanning an HU from the Processing of Handling Units for Shipment xxxxxx Pack HU tab.
I can't get the Find HU Dialog window to reopen without rescanning an HU label.
I suspect someone is already doing this or there wouldn't be 2 ways to access the find dialog.

It is the DISTINCT keyword that the formula editor in crystal report does not like. I tried what you suggested, same error - does not recognize DISTINCT.

Service Manager 2012 R2 Looking for the SDK method for Select All management packs OMCI Connector

Hi all,
I'm working through a script that updates the OpsMgr CI connector's MP sync list after a MP import. What I want to do is a Select All to sync the OpsMgr MP's I just imported into Service Manager. Just like checking the Select All
box after refreshing the connector in the GUI.
I have been through the cmdlets and looked at the assemblies in VS. I can't find the method that does this.
I found IsNullPropertySkipped under
Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.ServiceManager.Connectors.OpsMgr but that's it
And nothing in here
Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.ServiceManager.Sdk.Connectors.Connector

I'm afraid you won't find a quick'n'easy solution for this. I'll start out by saying I don't know if Powershell has any cmdlets for this..but I know you can use the .NET SDK via powershell to do whatever you need to do. So my post focuses on the SDK/C#. You
should be able to adapt it in Powershell.
The function you want to replicate (check-all) is unique to the Operations Manager CI connector implementation and, as such, my post below may sound a bit overwhelming.
Let me start by describing where an OM CI connector's selected management packs are stored. They're stored in the connector's workflow rule (specifically, in its WriteAction module). Take a look at the ServiceManager.LinkingFramework.Configuration
management pack where all OM CI connector rules are stored. Look for a rule that starts with "OMConnector." (the dot will be followed by some random string of text and "_SyncRule"). Take a look at the <WriteAction> and you'll see an <MPList>
node that contains a bunch of <MPInfo> nodes. Each <MPInfo> node represents a management pack that was selected in the OM CI Connector wizard.
So, if I understand what you're trying to do, when you import a new MP into Service Manager, you want to add that MP to the OM CI connector's sync list. First; if that MP doesn't exist in OpsMgr, there isn't much point to adding it to the sync list, so I'll
assume you want to add MPs to the sync list that also exist in OpsMgr). Second; there may be other constraints on what MPs you can actually choose in that OM CI wizard and it would be wise to respect those constraints in your own solution. In any case, you'll
have to modify the OM CI connector's rule's write action. There are a couple approaches you can try.
You can try using Microsoft's helper classes that were built for OM CI Connectors (check out the OpsMgrConnectorHelper class and related classes in the Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.ServiceManager.OpsMgrConnectorUtils.dll.
Also check out the OpsMgr connector wizard classes in the Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.ServiceManager.UI.Administration.dll).
The other possible approach is to modify the connector's rule directly using the SDK's ManagementPackRule and ManagementPackWriteActionModule classes. You can easily get your OM CI connector's rule using the management pack's "GetRule" method (or the EnterpriseManagementGroup's
Monitoring.GetRule method). The management pack rule has a "WriteActionCollection" which is a collection of ManagementPackWriteActionModule objects. There should be only one ManagementPackWriteActionModule in an OM CI rule's write action collection.
This object has a "Configuration" property..it contains a giant block of XML that holds all of the <MPInfo> nodes I mentioned earlier. So, you can modify that block of XML, then write the changes back to the management pack using the management pack's
AcceptChanges() method. Here's the basic structure:

Please note I haven't personally tried modifying an OM CI connector's rule using this method and I can't promise it will work..you'll definitely want to try it in a test environment first. But I can say I have modified my own connectors (and other write actions)
using this technique and it works fine. I just can't say for sure how it might affect an OM CI connector since I haven't tried it myself.
Though my post here is definitely _not_ a solution, hopefully it will give you some guidance on how you might approach your solution.
Maybe someone else here has personally used the OM CI connector classes and can give you some better insight.

Need help getting ipod/phone videos onto a DVD that will play in my dvd player

I have so many videos on my old ipod and my two iphones. I need to get them onto a DVD that will play in my dvd player because they are all the videos I have of my kids when they were babies(bad I know!) So I bought iLife and have iDVD and a macbook pro laptop. Would anyone be willing to write step by step what i need to do to get them onto a DVD as I am very new to all the technology these days. Thank you so much in advance

First you need to get them onto your Mac. Use image capture and download them to a folder on the Desktop. Next, you need a video DVD authoring program. IMO iDVD is the best.
If iDVD was not preinstalled on your Mac you'll have to obtain it by purchasing a copy of the iLife 09 disk from a 3rd party retailier like Amazon.com: ilife 09: Softwareor eBay.com. Why, because iDVD (and iWeb) was discontinued by Apple over a year ago.
Why iLife 09 instead of 11?
If you have to purchase an iLife disc in order to obtain the iDVD application remember that the iLife 11 disc only provides themes from iDVD 5-7. The Software Update no longer installs the earlier themes when starting from the iLIfe 11 disk nor do any of the iDVD 7 updaters available from the Apple Downloads website contain them.
Currently the only sure fire way to get all themes is to start with the iLife 09 disc:

You then can upgrade from iDVD 7.0.3 to iDVD 7.1.2 via the updaters at the Apple Downloads webpage.
Open iDVD, select a theme and drag the download movie files into the open iDVD window being careful to avoid any drop zones. Some themes will only allow 6 items per menu, including sub menus, others up to 10 I believe. Sub menus can always be added to add more movies to the project. This is an example of a project with multiple slideshows/movies and menus:
IMPORTANT: iDVD is not concerned with the size of the media files in regards to what the iDVD disk can hold. All that's important is the total playing time of all of the movie files including the menus. A single layer DVD disc can hold up to 120 minutes of playing time. A double layered disk 240 minutes. IMO it's best to go with multiple single layered disks.
Follow this workflow to help assure the best qualty video DVD:
Once you have the project as you want it save it as a disk image via the File ➙ Save as Disk Image menu option. This will separate the encoding process from the burn process.
To check the encoding mount the disk image, launch DVD Player and play it. If it plays OK with DVD Player the encoding is good.
Then burn to disk with Disk Utility or Toast at the slowest speed available (2x-4x) to assure the best burn quality. Always use top quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.

I an getting an error with photo merge in PS cc . It gives me a code tmp00000001 using from photoshop and if I try from bridge it tell me that I need to select more than one image. It is not recognizing the photos I am selecting in bridge. please help. my

You have to do it app wise, which means that the icon won't show up in settings, but you will be able to move files from your local drive to iCloud via the Numbers app (move... > choose the iCloud option).
It requires that you set up the same iCloud account on all your devices and that you have the latest version of Numbers on all your devices as well.

The iphone is not a storage/backup device. The picture sycn is one way - computer to iphone. The photos are also reduced in size when synced to iphone so they are not of the original quality
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup of your computer.
Have you failed to do this?
If so, not good at all, you can e-mail the pics to yourself - keep in mind they will never be of the original quality

It was working fine one minute and then I seemed to lose the functionality. Also editing a photo in a photo or getting rid of ken burns effect etc does not seem to work. help

only 10 digits were updated and there are no zeros in front of the value in order to make it
12 digit.
Now i need this parameter to be included in another program selection screen.
Now i have given it as
parameter : test(12) type n.
it works fine when it has an entry , when it is blank i has to retrieve all records but in this case
i won't because it has a value of 000000000000
noe when i declare like this
paramter : test like zxxx-test.
when my input is 123456, it won't fetch me any value because it has to be 0000123456 because it has been updated like in the table.
There was a purpose in updating this way.

Computer crashed, need to load itunes from ipod onto new computer.

My hard drive on my pc crashed. I purchased a new computer and I need to transfer all my itunes from my ipod to my new laptop. When I try, a message tells me to erase my ipod and set up new account. I purchased alot of itunes other the past two years. Is all that lost?

1). Connect your iPod to your computer. When you get the message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod.
2). When your iPod appears in the iTunes source list change the update setting to manual, that will let you continue to use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default: Managing content manually on iPod and iPhone
3). Once you are connected and your iPod is safely in manual mode there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. iTunes will only let you copy your iTunes Store purchases directly from an iPod to the computer, you'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer
For everything else (music from CDs, other downloads and including iTunes purchased songs and in some cases, videos and games) there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. There's also a manual method of copying songs from your iPod to a Mac or PC. The procedure is a bit involved and won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's available on page 2 at this link: Copying Content from your iPod to your Computer - The Definitive Guide
4). Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync.
5). I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay: Back up your iTunes library by copying to an external hard drive

Need to select only words

Hi,
I have a simple question, i have a column with a lot of non-word entries. All i need to select from that column are entries which are valid english characters. I tried this but this does not work:
select a from abctest where not (regexp_instr(a, '[A-Z|a-z]+')= 0);
and a few other variations. But to no avail. Can anyone help out here...
Some of the entries i need removed are like have 'inverted question marks' in them - which might have gotten there due to some encoding issues. But i dont need them in my result. any help would be appreciated.

I need to scan loads of photographs onto my macbook, but need recommendation for brand/type of scanner to puchase that works well with apple

Be sure to scan any black and white photos as color and not Grayscale. iPhoto doesn't play well with the grayscale profile.
I've used Canon scanners for some time. There are several good brands that you can choose from so check their specifications for those that will meet your technical requirements and price range.

Fx translation is actually dependant neither on doc date nor on posting date.. It is dependant on the "Translation date". If the Trans date is not entered, then Posting date is taken as the basis
If you want to change this behaviour, refer the following notes
574583 - For MM LIV and 42615 for FI Posting (FI Posting uses substitution)
