Need to turn many old loads red

Hi
I am trying to clean our test system and we have many loads (mainly master data) that are stuck on yellow, approximately 800 going back a few months from old infopackage groups.
I have stopped all loads from running until I sort this but is there a way to turn all these loads red together instead of clicking on each one individually.

Hi,
Usually with every IP , there is an threshold limit called "Maximum waiting time" if you reduce the time to 1 sec the data packets will turn red all in one go.
We usually use this procedure in case the load is through psa and its not progressing, reducing the " Waiting time " we turn the load to 'Red'. ultimately the load terminates, then we set wating time to some mediocker value to give us some time to push the failed packets and then to its original status so that the ip could progress as usual.

I had the same problem with my iPad, i couldn't get the newer version of itunes because the computer was too old and my iPad couldnt sync with the old itunes. I got a PC from school a few months later so that solved the problem for me. Unfortunately i don't think there would be a program to put your music on your iPod, iTunes should be the only way to transfer files to Apple devices. I am very confused by your post. You say you can't connect your device...to your computer? If so, how did you manage to upgrade the BB OS? Given that, from what you've described, you can use BBSAK, that would require connecting to your computer, but then you say you can't. So I'm confused.
Please try posting again, and be 100% clear about exactly what the symptom is that you wish to resolve, exactly all of the steps you have attempted (e.g., "like using BBSAK" isn't enough...what, exactly, did you do with BBASK?), and exactly the results of each step of what you have attempted.

I got my artwork and saved it to my Desktop
Opened up Microsoft Paint and clicked on "File" and "Open" and found it to get it on the screen to resize it
Clicked "resize" and a box for changing it opened up
Checked the box "Pixels" and "Unchecked maintain aspect ratio"
Set Horizontal for 640 and Vertical for 480
Clicked on "OK" and went back to "File" and did a "Save As" and chose JPEG Picture
It came up "File Already Existed" and clicked "OK" (really did not care about the original artwork I found because wrong size)
Went to iTunes and on the movie right clicked on "Get Info", clicked on "Details", then "Artwork"
Go to the little box on the top left that shows your old artwork and click on it to get the little blue border to appear around it and hit "Delete" to make it gone
Click on "Add Artwork" and find it where you put the one from above on your Desktop and hit "Open" and OK and your new artwork is now there and all good.
Sounds like a lot of steps to follow but after around 5 or so you will fly through it. This worked perfect on my iPhone 6 Plus and I have artwork on my Home Videos now.

I have tried to just install the new version of itunes from the apple website, it looks like it downloads but after 5 minutes at the end of the install it says 'old version of itunes cannot be uninstalled, please contact support.'?
Is there anyway I can remove the version of itunes from my computer? i dont mind if i lose the music/content I already have on my itunes. I need to do this as i have just received the iphone 4 and need to install the newest version of itunes.

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

After reverting back to Garageband 6.0, I find that I still lack all the Garageband Effects (Distortion, Vocal Transformer, etc.). The Garageband 10 "AU" plug ins are there instead. I need help getting the old effects back.

For background: I lost my v6 because I had to reformat my whole hard drive. When I reformatted I lost GB and everything else I had. I downloaded GB (unaware of the awfulness that is v10) from the App Store. What gives?!

For me, the "Edit" panel in GB6.0.5 looks like this:
Are you saying, that the upper part with "GarageBand Effects" is missing?
Then check, what is installed in your System Library in the folder
/Library/Application Support/GarageBand/Instrument Library/
(the topmost "Library" folder on your Hard Drive.
You may need to restore the old GarageBand effects and Track settings files from your backup:
i.e look into the folder /Library/Application Support/GarageBand/Instrument Library/Plug-In Settings/
and restore the settings for Chorus, Flanger, Vocal Transformer, Tremolo, whatever effects you are missing.
And also look for missing files in "Track Settings" folder and "Sampler" folder.
What kind of backup do you have? If you have a Time MAchine backup, go back in time to the time before you upgraded to GB 10.

InCopy is a solution, but it's not the only viable solution.
I update many books, from 200 pages to 3,200 pages every year, long document, very techincal tax books.
Some are done through InCopy, some are edited word files and rtfs exported from InDesign, some are marked up hard copies etc.
It totally depends on the clients technical ability with computers. Last year I taught over 30 authors of ours how to use InCopy. Some were receptive, some were dubious, some were totally clueless.
And on the dubious and totally clueless I spent more time troubleshooting their problems than I would normally with a Word/RTF option.
Some people are capable of switching to InCopy or even know how to use it in the first place. For anyone never used InDesign or InCopy before then it's a massive learning curve to jump from MS Word et al word processors, to InCopy.
I do agree, it is the best solution that's out there, technically. But that solution is not usable by a lot of people.
Yeh if the client is comfortable with InCopy then it's the way forward.
But in most cases, in my experience, it's faster and more efficient to Export the text as RTF and let the author update the RTF. That leaves you in control of reinserting the text and formatting it correctly. Rather than letting the client add bold, underline, italics, superscript, subscripts, crazy workarounds because they didn't know how to do it properly. And in the end you end up with 2 or 3 times the amount of work than is necessary, just cleaning up what the client has done in InCopy that does not suit the overall formatting of the publications.

When clicking File on top of this page a dropdown box shows Open File and when doing so many old downloads are there. How can I delete the entire batch at once.

When I click on Filed(in upper left hand corner of screen) a drop down box appears which includes several choices including Open File. When I click on Open File it shows many old downloads which I don't want or need to save. I can delete them individually but there are many many of them. Can someone give me guidance on how to deleter them all at one time. Thanks my friends.

hello cardavfl, i think in the open file dialog in the windows file picker you only can select one item at a time.
it would be better to look at the top of the file dialog ("look in:") where this folder is located on your harddrive & then use windows explorer & go to this path - then you can press ctrl+a to select all items at once (or use the mouse to select them all) and to delete them ...

If youv'e ever called them they should have it on file. If you haven't call your carrier first and tell them that you need imessage turned off but don't have the imei number for the old iphone and ask if they still have it. Once you get it you can call apple and give them that number or have your carrier just route you straight to them.

Need to turn Wifi off then on again to get a connection

Hi, guys! Long story short: Why do I need to turn off the Wifi and turn it back on again to get a connection?
I noticed that when I first switch on Wifi, it says I'm connected but the Airport symbol doesn't appear (therefore I'm not really connected). But when I turn off my Wifi and switch it back on again, the logo appears and all is well. I think others are experiencing the same problem too. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks for your time.

Many of us have this issue. CHeck the threads already on this forum for similar complaints. No resolution at this time. Hopefully new software will fix the issue. Keep your fingers crossed.
