My Customer is testing the Silent Monitoring, but, not is working. He is using the NIC Intel 82579LM, version 17.4 - 64 bits. I read the documentation the link http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/voicesw/custcosw/ps5693/ps14/prod_system_requirements0900aecd800e3149.pdf
but, the reference is to version 7.1.3. My Customer work with UCCX and CUCM version 8.6. Are there one specific documentation about this version? The link don´t show the NIC tested by my Customer

I've done lots of deployments of this on UCCX, and still haven't found a NIC that doesn't work. I'm sure there are some, but they appear to be very rare.
If you can sniff the UDP when a call is in progress, it can work. If you can't, then it's usually down to configuration - e.g. non-phone-connected PCs, span-to-PC-port, PC vvvlan access, etc etc.

So the data associated with the old credit card no longer exist.
i tried to edit my billing info associated with my apple id in order to enter the new credit card data, but the system doesn't allow me to do that.
so i can neither pay my purchase, nor edit my info, nor access app store anymore.

We have a big problem with the numbers displaying on are agent desktops as well as as the CTIOS supervisor desktops the numbers are off, such as the number of call recieved at the end of the day, etc. It seems like at certain times of the day the numbers reset back to zero and the number of calls received by an agent through the whole day are smaller than they should. 3. Try installing CAD on Win XP or Win 7 32-bit to see if the behavior is same ? I wouldnt recommend reinstalling CAD on their existing boxes, as few registry settings might not be removed completely & will show the same behavior. Therefore, grab a new machine with above mentioned OS & do a fresh install on it to see if it helps.
4. Were there any OS patch upgrades taken place recently on agent machines ?

Help with gpg-agent, ssh, and pinentry-curses

I use gpg-agent to manage my ssh keys, and for a system that I regularly ssh into, I would like to use pinentry-curses instead of the default pinentry-gtk-2. However, this doesn't work.
Specifically, I start gpg-agent using script from the arch wiki, /etc/profile.d/gpg-agent.sh:

Whenever I attempt to ssh using the key that's already been added to gpg-agent, I get the following message:
Agent admitted failure to sign using the key.
Permission denied (public key).
If I change my ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf file to the following:

#no-grab
# PIN entry program
#pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-curses
#pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-qt4
#pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-kwallet
pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-gtk-2
then everything works fine, and I'm prompted for my passphrase when using ssh.

It looks like the difference between those and my issue is that I'm using ssh, not just gpg, and I'm not using su. In fact, if I have pinentry-curses set in gpg-agent.conf, and I try to use gpg to encrypt and decrypt a file, everything works fine. The file encrypts, and when decrypting, I am prompted by pinentry-curses for my passphrase. It's just ssh combined with pinentry-curses that gives me troubles.

I think it actually is the tty capability bug that's biting you...try adding '--without-libcap' to the pinentry-curses PKGBUILD from ABS (/var/abs/core/pinentry/) and rebuilding the package.

Why does Excel save with a number added and to the desktop

I have just updated to Maverick and I love it. However, when I amend a spreadsheet in Excel 2008 and save the file it adds a number to the file name and saves it to the desktop instead ofits original location. I find this extremely irritating. Can someone help?

I am doing Save exactly as I used to do with Mountain Lion. I have been experimenting and have found a strange effect which is entirely down to Maverick. If I open the Excel file from the Dock and amend it will save it to the Desktop with a number added to the file name. However, If I open the file from its original location and amensd the file it will save it to its original location without changing the file name. I then dragged the original of the file on to the desktop, amended it and closed it and it saved it to the desktop without altering the file name. This is somthing that Apple needs to look into and not Microsoft.
This means that I will have to drag all Excel files that I regularly use on to the desktop and not into the Dock. I have one large and complex Excel file with 60 sheets and regularly save as I work on it. Puting it into the Dock would create a nightmare.

Windows 7 desktop and windows 8 desktop connected to router

I have a windows 7 64 bit desktop and a 7510 e photosmart printer connected wireless, though the desktop is wired, I purchased a windows 8 desktop and connected it to my router and set up my email account and it did pick up my printer and could print but not scan or EFax, now I get a 1625 message and cannot print from it.
I tried to download the print and scan wizard from HP web site but my PC froze up.
Do i have to run the disc or set up a home group, not bothered about being able to E Fax or scan to email with it, just need it to print as it did before.
Also on my windows 7 I can log into HP connected and my printer shows up ok, when I press the icon on the printer for Eprint it shows my HP email address but when I press the Fax icon it says NOT CONNECTED TO ANY NETWORK. Cloud services set up a static IP address for me last year as each time we had a power outage I lost my connection to my printer. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
