New gl a/c Fi and Co

What is difference between for Ecc.6.0 version new gl a/c feature add in Finance and controlling ,I know
1.Document spitting
2.segment reporting
3.parallel ledger
4.Migration from classic gl new to new gl
what is the additional feature in finance side and controlling?

Hi,
In standard for example : For chart of account INT, you have inventory account for raw material is 300000 and the same G/L account 300000 you can find is assigned to BSX key with INT chart of account with valuation class 3000.
If you want go for New G/L for your implementation, then you need to create your new G/L account for inventory account for raw material ( for example: 121000 and assign the same to your chart of account (new) with BSX key with raw material valuation class.
Likewise you have all G/L accounts { G/L account for inventory raw material, G/L account for inventory semi finished material, G/L account for inventory finished goods, G/L account for GR/IR clearing & G/L account Price diff  etcu2026u2026.)are new and customer specific which have unique number ranges.
