New iPhone with old serial number??

Ok, so I bought a new iPhone 4 today at the Apple store here in Vegas. I originally had a 80041 phone from Best Buy, but was having some issues so I took it back a week ago. Today I go into the Apple store to buy it there thinking I'll be getting the newest and best and I get a 88028 phone, new/sealed in box. And it has iOS 4.1 on it. ***?? How is that possible if this is a week 28 phone and 4.1 didn't come out till Sept? Did I really get a new phone that is over three months old? The screen looks ok and it's actually the first one I've seen that has all of its buttons tight. The power, volume, and home button don't wiggle at all. Only thing I've noticed is that there is one super small, tiny speck of dust under the front glass to the left of the home button. There is also no light leakage at all (the 80041 had some). So did I get a new phone that had just been sitting there for that long?? Seems odd to me. Any thoughts??

Why would there be any difference in iphones made after Sept 30?
There is no reason to believe that there is anything different about the iphone made before and after this date.
I really see no need to be concerned at all.

You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so if you only had one installation, you still have the option to install on a second without doing anything further than that. If you originally downloaded the purchase thru Adobe then you might find a download link available in your Adobe account online. He bought the code to unlock the network and I do not have any invoice(bill) to prove it.

You cannot install your Mac license on a PC. Serial numbers are platform specific. There's no way around that.

I guess no but they can't use it because most likely they restored it and the name of your find my iphone will disappear on your computer even if it is on because it does not have your name anymore.

Syncing new iphone with old account without reciving old data

I got a new iPhone. my old one crashed and was replaced. I'm using my old apple id. I want to sync my new iPhone to iTunes but I don't want to sync all the data already stored on iTunes from the previous iPhone. so actually, I want to sync my iPhone like it's it first syncing to iTunes. I want iTunes to receive contacts, apps etc from the iPhone and not the other way around. problem is that the apple id I'm using was already synced with the previous iPhone. could that be done?

I'm currently on an LG Banter using my plan that I had with Alltel before Verizon bought it out. Plan is as so:
1200 minutes
Unlimited M2M (voice and text)
Unlimited nights and weekends (voice)
1 F&F number (voice, text, pics)
400 messages
Basically what you need to get out of that is the F&F number for voice, text, and pics. For my purposes, that is just as good as unlimited texting, but a good deal cheaper. Is it possible to get the new iPhone while adding a data plan to my current plan, or will I have to make a new plan from scratch, thus losing my F&F?

I believe you will lose your current Alltel plan if you upgrade, as the plan is no longer offered.

I am trying to move a fully licensed/registered version of Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium to a new computer, but since it was an upgrade from CS 4 Design Premium the installer says that it cannot find the software that allows it to be an upgrade. I have the old computer and still see the CS 4 installed, but cannot locate the Design Premium serial number. I do not have the original DVD or box for the CS 4 but have all for the CS 5.5.

Why can't I install CS5 extended on new iMac with my serial number?

All I wanted to do was take the serial number from my CS5 extended and install PS 5 on my new iMac (they don't have disc drives anymore). My serial number however is 20 digits and it doesn't work?? It comes up shy of numbers. Can someone explain how this can be possible? I refuse to rent CS5 when I already have a lisc. Thanks.

You need to get the serial number from your Adobe account at the corporate web site, once there go to "My Products". You can get the s/n from there.
Adobe applications show you intentionally truncated serial numbers, with only 20 digits as you noted. The full s/n are 24-digits long. This is done on purpose, so as not to encourage software piracy.

After some hours, I saw that in the AppStore there is an other accunt that logged in, witch is clearly that is not my account.
I had never connect the Iphone to the computer, and The Israelly company shake off from responsibility.
What should I do?

Did you see the retail packaging opened at the store along with your iPhone being activated at the store? If so, your iPhone is new which was activated with iTunes on a computer at the store which has an iTunes account.
Since you know how to remove the account, do so and be done with it. If you didn't see the retail packaging opened at the store, return it to the store.
