New PowerMac ASIO support?

Hi everyone,
I just recently bought Cubase 7 Artist just to find out that there are compatibility problems with ASIO, Mac and Presonus
Now i´m wondering if the soon to be released PowerMac will have ASIO support, since I need to upgrade my hardware at some point anyway.
And if not, can any of you recommend a cheap Audio Interface that is guaranteed to work with Pro Tools 10, Cubase 7 and a Mac?

PowerMacs have not been made since 2005--they are dead and gone. It sound like you have and are asking about the Mac Pro, the successor to the PowerMac in the professional tower computer field.
If you can confirm that you are asking about a Mac Pro, I can ask the Hosts to move you to a forum for current products.
We are all end users here, so we have no special knowledge of what an unreleased product will or won't support. Only Apple can tell you that and they usually don;t talk about their new products until the release date.
You can contact your software manufacturers to see if they are concerned about any support issues. It is more common to have problems after a major system software update (like the recent 10.9) than after a new hardware release.

Yes, but you might want to note that the port on the AirPort Extreme is only USB 2.0, and that it runs at about half the speed of the USB 2.0 port on a computer, so things are going to be quite SLOW as far as backups are concerned, or anything else for that matter.

if you jump to 07:50 the dude clearly shows that it IS supported in PPRo CC (which I have), but when I go to the project settings on my new MBP 15" with identical specs, the area where I can select gpu support is greyed out with no options to change from software only. Did the expert guy in the video accidentally show the settings from his old NVIDIA MBP? Very confusing!! Also, there's a lot of publicity around the Intel Iris Pro's great ability to render Open CL with Adobe PPRo. And even a video about it here:

Is this only for PC?? If so I imagine Adobe can get this going on Mac pretty damn fast, no?

    The metadata sample demonstrates how metadata can be placed on an IMediaResource, and used to give the framework more information about the resource. The MediaFactory uses this information to determine which type of media a given resource points to. One of the intial problems we encountered when creating a media factory that created MediaElements from URLResources, was the inability to distinguish between image, video, and audio urls, since the extension isn't a guaranteed way.
The Metadata framework, that was developed last sprint was provided to enable metadata such as XMP, Namevalue, and Cuepoints. Not all specific classes that hold this data haven't been created yet however. The logic to add metadata automatically hasn't been placed in the framework yet.
It's currenty possible to retrieve onPlaystatus, onMetadata, onXMPData, onImagedata, and onCuepoint callbacks:

Maybe you can search the web for a iTunes plug-in, or check the manufacturers support forums for somekind of fix.

I actually already had it set in HP Jetdirect-Socket. I deleted it and went back to IPP and it worked greated with no message. I have no idea why, but I'm glad it worked.

I am new to Primavera support and need to get information concerning version levels and upgrade paths. Our company uses Primavera Expedition V10 and P3, V3. What are the current version levels of these products and what is the upgrade path to the current version. We have a current support contract on these products. Thanks.

For Expediton, I think you can upgrade to Primavera Contract Management 12.1 or 13.0. For P3, you would have to move to P6 Project Management.

You can try to change the links in the location bar to https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/ to get the en-US pages.

The point is that you're a customer, and the company needs customers, so the individual who's failing to deliver good service needs to be identified so they can be properly trained, and so that problems in the system can also be identified, but more important is that you get the service you're entitled to.
If you search the forum for similar questions, you'll see the kind of information that the volunteer users like yourself on the forum need to know about your system and files involved, so they can help you better.

There is no 2007 23" Cinema Display
There is a 2002 23" display that has the Apple ADC connector

Vista x64 and ASIO support - X-Fi titanium

Can anyone else verify that ASIO support for the X-Fi Titanium Fatalty card is not currently available for Vista x64? This appears to be the case, contrary to what the product marketing literature suggests.

There are several walkarounds for XFI. I tried one with my driverpackage, but it didn't work.

Microsoft made many changes between the original preview and the current preview, so what worked in the earlier version may not work in the current one, and vice versa. Again, Apple's software is not yet supported in Windows 8 and almost certainly will not be until Win 8 is officially released, if then. You may be able to get the standalone installer to work, but if you can't, you'll just have to wait for a supported release, or take the issue up on a forum for the Windows 8 Preview and see if someone there can help you.
