New Skype crashes and does not work.

Question

the new skype crashes all the time it does not work. even trying to read the type gives people va headache we should all complain at once get them to fire the idiots that designed it and put it back the way it was. skype does not even connect to internet most of the time. they do not even have the staff to fix it

- Hardware use (laptop/phone/tablet brand and model)
- Operating system (version and updates installed)
- Skype version used
- Internet connection used
- What exactly occurs when you state Skype "crashes" --?  More details would be helpful.
