New to Photoshop;Viewing TV and want to save to MY Library to view later. Can't figure out how to save. When I open or click on My Library it shows I need to sign in and within a few seconds it shows my sign in but nothing changes on page.
Trying to figure out how to save Adobe TV episode as I am new to Photoshop and need insruction... trying to open & save to My Library to view later. It instructs me to sign in but I am already signed in. Anyone know how?
Those are the instructions for your computer's iTunes (i.e. using the Store menu at the top of your computer's iTunes and selecting 'View My Account' on it). If you are doing it on your iPad then are you following the instructions for iOS devices :
To unhide your purchases
Depending on the content type, open the App Store, iBooks, or iTunes Store on your device.
Scroll to the bottom of the main page.
If you're not already signed in, tap Sign In.
Tap your Apple ID name, then tap View Account.
Scroll down on the Account pane, and tap Hidden Purchases.
Locate the item you would like to unhide then tap the Unhide button.

You do a restore as new to wipe the iPhone then at the end of restore you will be asked to restore from backup. Choose your iPhone backup.
Note you cannot restore an IOS newer than the IOS on iPhone, you need to update iPhone first. -
I filmed several takes of the same scene for a movie. I trimmed the best clips from each take and put them into the project screen. However, I can't figure out how to make it flow seamlessly as one scene. Can someone please help me??

If your computer is on one minute before it freezes, than you have one minute to secure your serial number.
click the apple----->click about this Mac ------> click on version----> until you see the serial number. You may have to do this a couple of times if it freezes before you have all the numbers. A camera might help.

Check in the Task Manager (XP: Ctrl+Alt+Del, Vista: Shift+Ctrl+ESC, Processes tab) if there are hanging Firefox processes.
If you see any ''firefox.exe'' processes then click the End button to end those Firefox processes.
You can only start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] or launch the [[Managing profiles|Profile Manager]] is all Firefox processes are ended.

Want to import/transfer ratings of songs, etc. Can't figure out how.
I changed computers to use the new one as my primary source for iTunes use. Music and everything else imported / transferred, BUT the rating for each song, etc., DID NOT transfer.
Is this possible or do I have to re-rate all songs???

You must have a unique iTunes folder (by consolidating your music library or maintaining it ordered), then Folder>Library>Export the library.
Then you save your iTunes folder (the one containing all your music, films, etc.) and transfer it to your new PC.
On your new PC, select the right iTunes music folder (where all your music is) and import your library file (Folder>Library>Import Library).
It worked pretty fine for me (twice) although some smart playlists must be reconfigured, and the Genius and iTunes DJ playlists are also added as normal playlists. You just get rid of them both and then everything should be OK.
My ratings, number of plays, etc have been transferred without a problem.

A while back I made a gamecenter account that was not associated with an Apple ID, it was with my email, now my gamecenter account IS my Apple ID. I want to delete it and make a new one, but i can't figure out how. Help!
Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID). That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

But now I have a new and better computer for photo and video but I can not figure out how to reinstall my photoshop on this new computer. I have been sent a .pages document and would like to extract the photos included in the document as jpegs (need to edit on photoshop and put back in), is this possible? can't figure out how to do it.

Locate the document in the Finder.
Control/Right-Click on its icon.
Select Show Package Contents
All images and embedded objects appear in ‘Data’ folder

Just bought Photoshop Elements 13...I'm trying to make a slideshow but can't figure out how to alter duration time that the slide is on the screen. They presently move from one to another way too quickly...also need a different pan and zoom option. Where are all the options I had in PS10? Also...Can I burn this to a DVD?
The changes have brought improvements but also drawbacks compared with the old slideshow editor.
The templates are now fairly fixed but I find the “Classic Dark” gives reasonable results with some panning and you can click the audio button and browse you PC for any track. Unfortunately there are only three speed choices linked to the music track. The improvement for most people is that you can now export to your hard drive at 720p or 1080p and upload to sites like YouTube and Vimeo. -
Downloads - I want to open some PDFs/other file types from the internet but not have to save them. I can't figure out how to view them and close them without having to save them first. When I click on a file, the downloads box opens and depending on the setting, it auto saves the file or asks me where to save the file. What if I don't want to save it anywhere, I just want to view it and close it?

I can't sign on to icloud. It says I need an icloud account. I click the help option it send me back to the same page. I reinstall it nothing.

My computer is full and I need to remove movies and tv shows out of itunes and save them in an external hard drive. I cant figure out how to save them so I will be able to access them again. Or store them in the cloud
Do not store them in the Cloud. It isn't really storage. For iTunes purchases, for example, it is just re-downloading a purchase. If a label decides to no longer make the item available it will disap[pear from the cloud and that will be it for you.
You can't store items on an external drive simply by dragging them there. That's too complicated for iTunes and how it is set up to work. I know I post on this 10x a week and there's many other posts discussing this. I suggest you browse a bit first. Your options are basically to either put your whole library on the eternal drive (which is a nuisance if you don't want to drag it everywhere with you), or to copy individual items to the external drive, delete them from the internal drive, then re-add them as new items (re-adding to playlists, etc.). -
I am connecting my new iMac to my Buffalo router. I forgot my router password so I pushed the reset button and my computer was able to connect. The problem is, I can't figure out how to set my new password and lock the router. I went to the Buffalo website and downloaded the CD, as I can't find that either. I can't open any of it because it says it is Windows and can't open it. I am new to Apple!

But this is what you want basically.
Router, new Wireless N, firmware updated.
1: Two accounts, one admin, one guest Internet access. Random +30 plus character lenght passwords each preferred.
(guest password to max password length of any iDevices)
2: Encryption: WPA2 AES. No Ping. No remote access. No MAC filtering. Visible.
3: Guest access on devices and computers only. Passwords written down and stored.
4: OpenDNS preferred but not mandatory.
If you get OpenDNS, you can log into their website for free and set parental controls on things like inappropriate sites for children. So whatever device is used on your network can't access a large portion of those sites (nothing is perfect) by most users who are not technical oriented.
What your doing now is running the bare bones unsecure router which can be used harmfully against you.
Even a Apple Airport router has to be very well secured. The defautl cd and out of the box setup is not a secure solution.
