NFL Mobile Error

My NFL mobile app started to give me the following error last night:
"NFL Mobile is an exclusive service for Verizon Wireless customers."
                    "UID: XQ6PLL6NLAHQF4LK"
Any ideas to fix to issue? I have rebooted the phone, uninstalled/re-installed the update, and cleared data several times. Still no luck!!!!!!

Try Clearing of the Cache Partition or if that does not Work try a F.R. !  it might be that the App it self is Bad Try Contacting the Developer Witch is Verizon..

    Hello -
    I have an Apple 4S and recently upgraded to the More Everything plan and as a result downloaded NFL Mobile.app. but I can't get it to work, sounds like everyone is having problems. I get to the point where I am asked to choose my favorite team. no matter who I choose I get the following error - an error occured while attempting to save your favorite team to the server.  The only option I have is to choose OK. I have tried deleting and reinstalling NFL Mobile, and tried to get set up a couple different days and times without any luck.
    Anyone have any solution short of calling or going to a store?

    it's not a listed "feature" on my vzw - however, the "more everything" is listed as a feature, and this app is now part of the more everything feature listing. hmm..

  • NFL Mobile - Password Reset Bug

    I am unable to sign into NFL Mobile on my device because of a recurring issue.
    I had an unusual sequence of creating and resetting passwords for my verizon account, which I did on the My Verizon App, NFL Mobile App, and on my PC, before I finished setting up my account with a security question and the rest. Now every time I open NFL Mobile on my Android, it immediately prompts me to reset my password by entering my username/temporary password and create/confirm a new password. I no longer have a temporary password, although if I enter my actual password, it will connect with the server and give me the message: "Services temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Error code =-1". It's been doing this for more than a month now.
    I've tried a few things to get rid of that reset password prompt when I log into NFL Mobile. I've deleted the cache and app data. I've uninstalled updates. It is a factory app, so I can't delete and reinstall the app itself. Sure enough, everytime I open it, it again prompts me to reset my password and gives me an error message when it can't do so. Also, I can't recreate the conditions of when that prompt first appeared, and trick it into doing the right thing, because now that I've set up my verizon account with a security question, it is impossible to receive another temporary password ever again. All I want it to do is prompt me for my username and password, not a password reset!
    Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone else come across this bug before?

    I definitely understand what you've been going through. We've had a few customers with this trouble and the steps below have working for the majority of our customers.
    1. Go into manage apps on the phone and "Force Stop" NFL Mobile.
    2. Go to the computer and login to My Verizon with the mobile number associated with the cell line.
    3. On the device login to My Verizon Mobile and verify you can see account details.
    4. Open NFL Mobile and verify if it's asking for username/password or still asking for temporary password. (if you're only being asked for username/password make sure you use the username and not mobile number)

    I have been unable to run NFL Mobile on my Incredible for the last couple of days.  It was working before (although I no longer have free access to Redzone).  Now when I try to load it, I get the error "Your current data plan is not supported. Nfl Mobile requires a Verizon Wireless data plan of 2GB or more."  Problem is that I have an unlimited data plan (grandfathered).  Even if I wasn't grandfathered, I certainly pay for at least a 2GB plan.  How can I get this app to work again?

    It must be frustrating not being able to access the NFL Mobile application (this is one of my favorites). Try clearing the data on the application. Go to Apps > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Select All > Scroll down to NFL Mobile and Clear Data > Power off device > Remove the battery for ten seconds > Place back in and power on. If this does not resolve your concerns try removing the application and download/re-install.

    Try turning on wifi and see if it works because this may be another issue with the app....  Also remeber that a number of users have had issues bacause of the network issue do to the 4g upgrads that is rumored on Nov 15, 2011.  

  • Nfl mobile app has no schedule?

    The new NFL mobile app for android has no option to view the nfl network schedule of the channel that it plays.  Also, it doesn't seem to follow the schedule that nfl.com lists for the nfl network,  right now mine just played the bills vs colts game twice in a row for some reason instead of the green bay game.  What is the rhyme or reason to the programming on this nfl network mobile channel?

    I can't use NFL Moble since VZW forced an upgrade of the app a few weeks ago.  Everytime I launch it, I get this error:
    "NFL Mobile is only accessible within the United States and Territories."
    Last time I checked, I was inside the United States.
    At least when it was a Sprint app, it worked!  And, it could be downloaded to a VZW device.

    Oh my! I can certainly understand your frustration with this application receiving error messages. You're correct, you pay for this service so it should work properly. Let's get this resolved! Have you tried uninstalling the application, then reinstalling the application?  I would recommend clearing the cache as well... Go to settings>applications>manage applications>nfl mobile>clear cache & force stop. Exit to the main menu and reopen Nfl Mobile. Hope this helps!

  • NFL Mobile app Upgrade Issues

    I Upgraded my NFL Mobile app and now I get an error "Error starting nflmobile_vzw_blk: Class 'net.rim.device.api.crypto.BlockDecryptor' not found" Was directed to update my OS. Using the Desktop Manager (most current version) It gets to the connect to Boot ROM and fails "cannot reconnect to the device"
    Not sure if that is the correct verbage. I suspect the device is taking to long to reboot and the software times out.  Also my phone says my OS is up to date the software says an update is available. Running Version 7.1.0 Bundle 457. Ideas?

    So I checked my phone to see if there were software upgrades to the OS.  The phone said no.  I decided to plug it up to a computer and check for software upgrades that way, and the desktop software said yes, I needed to upgrade to OS 7.1 Bundle 1737.  I completed the upgraded, redownloaded the NFL Mobile 2012, and this time it worked!  Try using desktop software to upgrade OS, then reinstall the app!

  • IPad Air not compatible with NFL Mobile app?

    I recently added an iPad Air to my Verizon wireless account, the biggest reason being so I can watch NFL network via the NFL Mobile app through Verizon. Come to find out after some trial and error that the iPad air is not compatible with the free access to NFL network via the app?     Seems other applie iPad devices are compatible, including the apple iPad mini, but no iPad air for some reason.
    I have a Galaxy s3 on my account as well.  When I download the app on that device and start it, I get a popup saying that I have access to the content for free and I am able to stream the NFL network with no problems.  When I download the app to my iPad and open it, I do not get the same notification of access to the content. It opens and runs fine but if I try to tap the button to watch NFL network, it asks me to sign in with my cable provider instead of streaming.
    I'm wondering if compatibility for the iPad Air will be added anytime soon?

    Seems like if they really wanted to cash in they'd jump on making it
    available for the Air, as it's one of the more spendy of the tabs they have
    available. But I suppose that'd be too easy
    Unfortunately it's Comcast around my area and they don't play nice with
    others.  Not on the list of compatible cable providers.  Do Verizon rep's
    look at these posts or is it just for community?

  • ADF Mobile Error handling and redirect

    I'm stuck on how to handle errors within my ADF Mobile application. My application consumes a number of web services and we have found we often get error messages when phone connections switch from wifi to 3g or lose connection altogether. These are errors such as SSL handshake failure, HTTP500 errors, and also errors where it can't display the binding eh "Unable to get value for the property due to invalid binding iterator" because a WS call has failed. From the little information I can find - and none of it specific to ADF Mobile, I think I need to write an error handler class which I set against ErrorHandlerClass in databinding.cpx - if that correct? Am I able to catch these errors using that method and if so has anyone got any examples at all. Ideally what I'd like to do when I've caught those errors is redirect to another page (showing something like facebooks app does when it loses a connection and says tap to try again), does anyone have any suggestions or examples?

    Get an AirPort Express.  It has an audio out which you can connect to the line-in on your home theatre system.  All the other devices will talk to the AirPort Express and stream content to it via wi-fi.

  • NFL Mobile Stream Not Available

    Hi, so I'm paying for NFL Mobile from Verizon and when I try to access the Saints/Seahawks game's live stream on my phone (with 4/5 stars of signal), it is stating:
    "Stream unavailable
    The live stream you have attempted to open is not available"
    Is there an issue?  Did you care to let your customer's know that this stream wasn't working?  I'm using an iPhone 5 over LTE, iOS 7.0.4 (11B554a) (there is no wifi available for recreation where I work in my location, but it worked last week and I am still grandfathered into unlimited data, all other data applications are working).  So can someone at Verizon please shed some light on why your service is not working?  I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no resolution.

    There was a work around that @NFLMobileCS found for me through Twitter.  If you hit the menu button in top left corner and then try to access the stream from there, it works.  Not sure if that'll work for you or not.  They really weren't any help to me though because it took them the entire first playoff game yesterday to figure this out and by the time the 2nd game started, I'd already figured it out myself.  Of course no help from Verizon Wireless though, they seem to be useless as usual.

    So I was going to cancel my phone because all I was using it for was for NFL Mobile, so I was told by Verizon rep to get an Ipad and save on the monthly fee still enjoy Verizon NFL Mobile.     That is a great question. I am glad that you have asked. The tablet is able to use the NFL mobile application. It will include basic build with live audio support. Video On Demand is available on non-game times as nomral. During games, video on demand highlights are blocked and are made available after the game is complete. With the tablet live TV is not available.

  • How do I Uninstall NFL Mobile

    I am having a problem with my Razr Maxx.  I came loaded with NFL Mobile.  I have no interest in keeping this app, so I "uninstalled" it.  For some reason, it did not go away, it landed in my "Update" section of Google Play.  So I updated it and then tried to uninstall it again.  Same result.  It won't completely uninstall.  The Netflix preloaded app is doing the same thing. Does anyone have help for me on this?

    This MOFO *** drives me wild having to wait for its #@%*()&$% updates!
    And I may not be able to connect to 4G from the browser but by god this thing can connect and update itself whenever it **** well pleases.
