No answer from via
Has anyone got a response back from via support about the problem with the 1.4 bios reporting incorrect temps on the KT4 ultra's? I was going to install A Barton 2600 but I saw that the 1.4 was needed for it but the temperature was way off when I had that bios version. I have since rolled back to 1.3. I guess I could go with the Barton 2500.
why would you expect via to comment on a bios update done by a board maker

has anyone used the new Hyperion Drivers from VIA: http://www.viaarena.com/ and is it usable for most VIA motherboards? (seems like a silly question, but I wanna make sure it does not ruin my KT3 Ultra MS-6380E M.B.)
Yes, I loaded on my KT4VL MB. I understand it only supports the VIA KT400 chip set. Seems stable. I am also running the version 1.7 BIOS to correct the CRC problems with the MSI KT4 series MB's.

when i try to buy something it gives me my security questions i put them in right but saying they are worng i try to send me a email of the answers from itunes but it near shows up in my email?
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Can anyone get a straight answer from Openreach......
Is there anyone or anywhere you can get a straight answer from openreach on when a cabinet wil be connected?
I think I know whats going on. They are connecting exchanges to meet targets but not bothering with cabinets. Exchange connected = Fibre in area but the reality is very different.
I know this isnt an openreach forum but this seems to full of knowledgeable and helpful people. Maybe somone can find out when we can expect a power cable to be plugged into our cabinet. Seems to be most of our town that despite being 'enabled' cant get connectedHi Huwflet,

If both you and the person you are texting have iMessage, and that person's phone is dead... Will it/Can it still be sent as an imessage? I am getting different answers from people. I want to know if this person was being untruthful about there phone being truthful.
IF that is the only iDevice activated for that recipient, then no. It should not successfully send as an iMessage if the phone is powered off or has no data connection. If you have Send as SMS turned on, it should automatically fallback to SMS after a few minutes. Of course, they won't get this until they power on their phone, assuming they have a text messaging plan with their carrier.

It should be in the Videos App - if it's not in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Resttrictions that is hiding it ?

Looping the same answer from the 1st row in the table
I have a database with 3 tables: (1) employeeTable (2) cityTable (3)stateTable.
I reference the employee's city name and state code by each id number from the cityTable and stateTable.
My Employee table has about 10 records, 3 has an idcity and idstate input, the rest are blank.
(1st row) id 9 for Henderson, id 28 for NV (6th row) id 9 for Henderson, id 28 for NV, and (10th row) id 10 for Las Vegas, id 28 for NV
I run a query:

PROBLEM:
All 10 records output in the table as the same answer from the 1st row (Henderson, NV).
What's making this loop having the same answer from the 1st row and affects all the rows with blank info or different info?

thanksName each radiobutton differently, and then provide 1 property and accessor methods for each of your four answers in the JavaBean, with the same name as specified in the HTML FORM.
So in the HTML:

Big Fish Games stop working in Mavericks. What do I do? I have re-installed them and the manager app, and nothing. I have not gotten an answer from Big Fish tech staff. Thought the problem might be with Maverick. all the games worked with Snow Leopard

I'm very frustrated with not getting a clear answer from apple !
I'm about to get a new mac pro most likely bto from the online store. I also have a $600 dollar gift card for best buy that I want to use for a 23'' ACD.
My question is if I buy the apple care for the mac pro. the one that says with or with out apple display.
Will I be able to add the ACD that I would purchase from best buy
1. apple brick and mortar store says no
2. apple online store says it should not be a problem as long as I purchase both on the same day

3. apple online store call number 2, said yes I have one year to register apple care and I can add a ACD as long as it was purchased after the mac pro and is registered at the same time as my mac pro

I forgot all about this thread of mine. This problem goes very deep all the way up the apple chain.
I even called apple a few more times and was given different answers, all the time. I even called apple's apple care phone# I was told that it should not be a problem. That I most likely would have to fax them a copy of the best buy receipt. To show that I did purchase the acd. At the same time I ordered the mac pro.
Well I decided to get my acd from apple, just to avoid any confusion, later down the road.
As I definitely will be getting apple care. I just have to wait until the initial sticker shock, of our new setup blows over. With my wife. -
WLC is ARPing but will not receive answer from vlan-switch
Hi - this is my first posting in theese forums - hope I get it right
Setup: a procurve-vlan-switch (2915) is connected directly to a cisco-wlc (2504) on two ports.
Port 1 on the wlc has the management- and apmanager-interface, untagged, connected to untagged port on procurveswitch.
Port 2 on the wlc has a dynamic interface (vlan 100) connected to tagged (vlan100) port on the switch.
Port 1 I can ping, and everything works as it should, LAP connects and so on.
Port 2 I can't ping, and it will not let clients get an ip-address i the vlan100 segment.
Wireshark tells me, that wlc sends arp-requests to the vlan-gateway on the procurve switch, and also that the switch replies in the same vlan (with tagged packets). But the WLC will not pick theese answers up and keeps ARPing for the gateway. Result is = no dhcp-answer to the clients.
Workaround: If I first ping from the wlc to the gateway, everything works for 5 minutes, i.e. I can ping the dynamic interface on the wlc and clients get ip-addresses, but when the arp-cache times out, everything goes black again.
BIG question: Can anyone help me with this? Why will the wlc not pick the arp-answer from the switch? The wlc asks with tagged packets and get tagged replies imediatly but will not listen

Generally you would just create a Trunk port to the WLC and all traffic would pass over it.
The fact it works for 5 minutes makes me wonder if the WLC is somehow using the same MAC for both ports. What MAC addresses does the MAC address table on the HP switch show for both ports? -

If it's really a simple question, then most people probably think the poster can get the answer from the documentation, or by searching the forum for previous answers.
However, most of the time, it's not that the question actually is simple. It's usually a question that is being asked simplistically, making it nearly impossible to answer (or often even understand).
