No Body Found

Hello,
I get all emails but stand in every mail
"No Body Found".
Of course I can not therefore start over with the phone. If I pick up the mail in a matter which model iPhone or Samsung Galaxy funktioiert everything.
I am immeasurably entäsucht I just expect from BlackBerry in this respect it would have works. Furthermore, I can call anywhere hinwende times to inquire.
I can now understand why it goes downhill with the brand. Unfortunately, the dealer says the emails are indeed picked up which is on my system. I have therefore set times a little money in the sand and if I get no help from RIM, it will be the last BB with security. Of course then I can not advertise it that this device is good. And even if I Detuschland in what pastimes then German support should be verohanden.
Maybe this forum will help me yes. But there have been several suggestions but none worked for me. So I'm not alone with this problem
Hallo,
ich erhalte alle Emails allerdings steh in jeder Mail
"No Body Found".

  • No Template Body found for TemplateCode

    Hi,
    I have installed SP1P1 on my web server and have upgraded my test instance/test copy of my database.
    My live site I have left running patch 11.
    However, I noticed that no emails were being sent by the email service post upgrade. The upgrade has obviously replaced the messaging service, and this was not working at all against the p11 db at all. I uninstalled that service, installed patch 11 (installer), and registered the mail service manually. It would now seem that the messaging sevice is working only for shipments, I haven't seen any order confirmations, and the forgot password etc is definitely not working. These are some of the error messages in the log:
    <event>
      <messagetype>I</messagetype>
      <date>2009-03-05 16:59:45.54</date>
      <synchmodule>MailerContactLog</synchmodule>
      <message>No Template Body found for TemplateCode 'forgotpassword' </message>
      <synchmethod>SendContactLog()</synchmethod>
      <objecttype>npcontactlog</objecttype>
      <objectid>2036</objectid>
    </event>
    <event>
      <messagetype>E</messagetype>
      <date>2009-03-05 16:59:45.39</date>
      <synchmodule>Sender</synchmodule>
      <message>Completed send of Order Documents with error:Invalid column name 'WeightTotalUnitCode'.</message>
      <synchmethod>SendOrderDocuments()</synchmethod>
      <objecttype />
      <objectid />
    </event>
    I have checked and the mail template does exist for the forgot password and matches with the contactslog table record.
    Any idea what the problem could be?, it is my understanding that I have the p11 messaging service running against a p11 database.
    Thanks.
    Martin.

    Hi Bryce,
    I had previously checked that and confirmed everything to be in place.
    The problem and solution was as follows:
    Problem:
    Installed sp1p1 installer on my web server to allow testing and development using this version>
    The install also upgraded the webtools messaging service.
    This service is not compatible with p11 - no emails were being generated.
    Solution:
    1. uninstall service using sc delete sapb1wtms
    2. remove contents of installer folder (saving instances.xml)
    3. install previous installer version
    4. register service manually using installutil
    5. copy instances.xml back into installer folder
    6. start service
    What complicated matters slightly more for me, was that I accidentally reverted to p12 instead of p11, which also has some incompatibilities with a p11 db in relation to messaging.
    At least before doing all of this I managed to upgrade a test copy of db and website prior to reverting to my installer version!.
    On another subject, I have just noticed that I have lost nearly all my forum points, is there some kind of time limit or something?.
    Martin.

  • Email Messages - replies - No Body Found etc

    I have been having problems with Microsoft mail messages (livemail). I might be tempted to say "Since the last update to 1526" but I fairly sure it started just before that.
    Problem 1.
    I reply to an email and it appears in my sent folder but with no content and the message [No body found]  The problem is intermittent. It is only on replies.
    If however I look in my webmail account the reply is there, complete with body text. The recipient got the full text reply, so it seems to be a display problem.  Resyncing does nothing to display the reply body.  It also seems to be on replies to my son who is on a corporate mail system (BES?)  but that should not affect this surely?
    I have tried deleting the account and adding back after a Playbook restart.
    I have tried adding back the account using simple integration. Also using advanced settings as a "Hotmail account" .
    I suspect Microsoft have been tinkering again and Playbook have not caught up.
    Problem 2.
    Further problems are with the big red X and other failures to send replies, also happening around but not necessarily coincident with the update to 1526, Also mostly when replying the BES person. I have to edit the reply and change sender from my live.co.uk account to my outlook.com account (or vice-versa) and it will then usually send.
    I have tried the usual remove and add back accounts. Getting by with the chgange sender workaround.
    If anyone has found a solution to either problem I would be grateful for assistance. If it rings a bell with you too but with no fix, feedback woud be useful.

    Just me then.
    And it's happening with other recipients
    I think I will blame the update same as everyone else. Unprovable but it makes me feel better.
    Workaround for problem 1 is use Forward instead of Reply.
    Workaround for problem 2 is edit the stalled message, change From address then change it back and resend
    Terrible workarounds but hopefully BB10 may be the fix, if it arrives s before I get sick of this thing, which has served me perfectly for more than a year til now.

  • [No body found] on all mails from one account

    All mails I get from one account are empty, containing only [no body found].
    The mail is fetched from the ISP via fetchmail, forwarded to Zarafa-Groupware and synced with the mobile devices via Z-push (OSS ActiveSync solution). All other mail clients work fine (Android, IOS, Nokia Mail for Exchange,...) and the calendar as well as notes and adresses all sync fine. Only the mail bodies are empty
    The logs on the server look fine...
    Any hints on how to get get it working? Or at least on how to get more debug info on the Z10?
    Thanks in advance!
    Cheers,
    Ycas

    Hmmm...well, then the only thing I can recommend is that you contact your mobile service provider for formal support and, likely, escalation into BlackBerry. They may want to collect logs and such to see if they can replicate the problem. It also may simply be an unsupported provider...it's really quite impossible for any device to support every provider (I admit, it should work...but there is a slight chance...).
    Good luck!

  • "No Body Found" in emails

    I've set up my email using the same exchange settings as on my iPhone / iPad which works perfectly. All of my contacts, calendar, and emails came in, except there is no body within the emails on my Z10. Frustrating... Is anybody else having this problem?

    Did you call your carrier's Blackberry support team for help?

  • Cisco 2811 SIP-to-SIP GW T.38 does not work!

    Hello!
    Diagram is something like this:  Softswitch(MERA) -->>-- Cisco2811 -->>-- Softswitch(MERA)   It's needed to limit traffic if one of SSWs is hacked. But it is not a subject. We just need such "construction".
    Previously there was Cisco 1760 instead of 2811, result was the same. So I exclude platform and IOS.
    1. Voice calls are sent and received fine in diagram above.
    2. Fax are passed good between two Softswitches if I exclude Cisco2811.
    3. Faxes are stopped immediately when I re-route voice traffic through Cisco2811 (in the same conditions on both Softswitches as in above paragraph 2. That is, Faxes are passed between Softswitches directly, I don't change anything on Softswitches, and I just re-route Voice from both Softswitches on C2811 - Faxes stop immediately).

    Hi Ellad.
    Why don't try to use the 2811 as a SIP signalling proxy only?
    In this way the media (RTP or T.38) will be handled only from the two MERA SoftSwitch.
    To do this you must enable CUBE on your 2811 and use these special commands:
    voice service voip
         media flow-around
         allow-connections sip to sip
         signaling forward unconditional
         sip
           rel1xx disable
           header-passing
           midcall-signaling passthru
           pass-thru headers unsupp
           pass-thru content unsupp
           pass-thru content sdp

  • PowerShell runs on Windows 8.1 PS v4.0, but fails on 2008R2 PS v2.0

    I developed a PS script to run on my server to discover if certain files exist*. I developed the code on Win 8.1 64-bit which has PS version 4.0 installed. It works perfectly. I copied the files to my Win 2008R2 SP1 64-bit server with PS version 2.0 (script
    is called from a .bat file which just loads the script and allows it run).
    Both computers use Comcast as the ISP, but are in different locations. The code fails on the server with an Invalid HELO name from the mail server coming from the very last line of code below. This mail server does require SMTP_AUTH, but as noted above it
    works just fine from the Win 8 machine.
    I believe the code is all PS v2.0, but could be wrong about that.
    *I replaced the lookup logic for testing so my configuration is irrelevant (code shown just gets today's date instead of looking up specific data).
    Any suggestions for a fix?
    $todaysDate = (Get-Date -UFormat "%m-%d-%Y")

  • Messages are in hold in the Adapter Engine

    Hi all,
      I am seeing in my adapter engine that all of the messages are in status hold , it is for  a specific business system and interface.
    2009-02-10 21:41:30 Success Message successfully put into the queue.
    2009-02-10 21:41:31 Success The message was successfully retrieved from the receive queue.
    2009-02-10 21:41:31 Success The message status set to HOLD.
    can anyone please help?
    Thanks in advance
    Sugata B

    Hi
    i ve got the same problem .
    I m using the message monitor in order to find the first message in error in this queue and so to be able to free the queue.
    My problem is how to detect these holding messages.
    As the error is in the Adapter Engine , you cant see it in sxmb_moni transaction
    In the message monitoring, you can check it manually.
    I need to have an automatic report of 'holding messages".
    I try to connect the Adapter engine alert to the ccms. The problem is that autoreaction alert arent possible in this case.
    Any body found the means to check directly in the database with sql-based command the status of message ?
    thanks for your help

    I'm trying to put Solaris 10 on a fairly old 350 Mhz Compaq Proliant.

    Then it will continue on to the GUI portion of the install and give the error about not having any available disks to install on to (check cables)
    Is there any way to make Solaris 10 load these drivers? I know it doesn't support EISA, but this card is PCI. Not sure why it tries to load EISA drivers for it.
    This thing also has SCSI built into the motherboard, does anyone know if Solaris 10 will support that particular controller? No idea what it's called. If it will, I'm just going to plug the hard disk cable in to that and go with it.

    Has any body found a way to get Solaris 10 to install with the Smart-2DH controller? I've got a Compaq Proliant 1850R that also has that raid controller and the Solaris 10 install rejected the Solaris 8 driver.
