No customize on menu

Can't do things...
Eeekkkk!!!! How do i submit this???The keyboard won't go away!

Usually I have to dismiss the keyboard using the icon that replaces the back icon (looks like a very flat v). Probably it varies depending on your device.
What do you want to customize? The Android version doesn't have all the feature of the desktop version...

I have 9.0.1 on 2 pc's, both xp sp3. On 1 the 'open new tab' button is visible, on the other, the 'open new tab' button is not even available in the 'customize toolbar' menu for dragging and dropping. Why?

I used the same installation file, but on 1 pc, the 'open new tab' button is available in the 'customize toolbar' menu and can be dragged and dropped onto the navigation bar. On the other pc, the 'open new tab' button/icon is not even available for dragging and dropping. I uninstalled firefox completely, including settings and preferences, then reinstalled, but that did not correct the missing button.

Please try '''Restore Default Set''' in the '''Customize...''' window. If it's still not visible, one reason could be that the button is already placed on the toolbar but may be hidden behind another icon or toolbar.

GetUserName() "null" after Allowing Runtime Customization of Menu

We use JHeadstart 10.1.3 .3.75. Within the JHeadstart Application Definitions we configured the folowing security options:
Authentication Type = JAAS with Custom LoginModule
Use Role-based Authorization? = true
Authorization Type = JAAS
Authorize Using Group Permission = true
I've managed to get the row-level security working as described in [this |http://blogs.oracle.com/jheadstart/2007/11/row_level_security_using_vpd_a.html#adfbc] article written by Sandra Muller.
I retrieve the UserPrincipleName by calling the folowing statement in my ApplicationModuleImpl baseclass.
String vUserPrincipalName = ADFContext.getCurrent().getSecurityContext().getUserName();This worked fine until we want to implement the "Runtime Customization" of menu's.
By switching this option in the JHeadstart Application Definition, my vUserPrincipalName returns null.
Do you have any suggestions?
I am able to retrieve the username in my prepareModel step in the lifecycle. Should I set my context in this step or does that result in too much overhead?

Pass current sequence as argument in Customize Tool Menu

Is it possible to pass the full path and filename as an argument under the Customize Tool Menu?
Basically, I have an external tool that works on a sequence file and I'd like to call it from the Tools menu. It's a Command type but I don't know what to put in the arguments. I found a post where someone said use "%FILE%", but that did not work.
Also, if there are other keywords available, where is that list?

Hi Richard,
It seems there isn't a way to do this using the Command type. The problem is that you can't use an expression to specify the arguments for the executable and you need to use an expression to get the current sequence file's path.
However, you can wrap your executable in a sequence file that has only one step; calling your executable. If you place a Call Executable Step in your sequence, you can specify the argument as the current file path by using the expression RunState.InitialSelection.SelectedFile.Path.
Then add a new item to the Tools menu and select your wrapper sequence.

I need to customize the menu bar - remove some icons, add some

I would like to customize the menu toolbar, not just hide / unhide it. How can I do that - View, Toolbars, Customize does NOT give me access to adjust the menu bar. Is there an add on I can use?

Unable to move addons; not appearing in the customize toolbar menu

I want to move my addon icons and such for a few of my extensions (Forecast Fox, Webmail Notifier), but they are locked to my menu bar or are simply not appearing. When I go to the customize toolbar screen, the addons in question are not present to be selected and refuse to be moved from their present positions to somewhere more favorable.
How can I shift their locations so I don't have to hit Alt just to see the forecast?

When attempting to move the Forecast Fox toolbar display, you have to be viewing this page - http://www.getforecastfox.com/customize/16/
That page automatically opens when you hit the Options button for that extension in Extensions on the Add-ons Manager tab in Firefox 4+ versions. This is the only extension that I have ever seen which did preference settings in this manner.

Customize Sap Menu hide some Transactions

Experts,
I want to hide some transactions to certain users. My problem is that I cannot take the role associated to some of this transactions, so is there a way that I can edit or customize the Sap User Menu for a specific user??

To modify the SAP Standard menu, you have to modify SAP standard.
Instead of this you have 2 choices
- withdraw the rights from the given transaction (authority check)
- or you can create favoiurite menus

Hi,
the menu of SAPGui for HTML and for Windows are different:
ITS: Inside Menu, I do have submenus like Process, System, Help, etc.
Windows: Every Submenu is a seperate menu (Process, System, Help, etc)
How do I customize / change the Menu of the SAPGui for HTML so that it looks like on SAPGui for Windows?

Hello Tobias,
I believe you're referring to the new design. In the Integrated ITS the Streamline design is now the supported design. If you're using Integrated ITS 6.40 then you might be able to change it still to the "old" menu bar by using the parameter ~menu_2002 with a value of 0 and parameter ~webgui_theme with a value of 99 in the service's Settings button in SICF. But that is actually not recommended by SAP, this is especially true because it is not supported anymore in 7.00 kernels.

Customize Class Menu Display

Wondering if there is a way in DW4 to customize the Class
drop-down menu so that it does not have a sample of all the
class/styles as I have some pretty wild ones that really clutter up
the menu.
Ultimately, it would be good if I could just have a drop-down
menu with plain text and no special formatting displayed.
Thoughts?? I've been through the options in DW, but I will be
darned if I can find an option for that anywhere hidden away..

I think maybe I did not phrase my question properly - so let
me try again.
In the Properties toolbar (at the screen bottom in DESIGNER
mode), in the Class selector box, when you select the drop-down
menu, a list of all your styles are presented. In my case, I have a
large selection of color modes with font options - which make
reading the list difficult with all the sample styles presented as
actual samples.
What I was hoping for was to have the list presented as plain
text, with no formatting shown in the Class box - so all the Class
titles appear the same, even though they may have unique and
colorful attributes associated.
Hope this may help bring some clarity to my question.

Customize Context Menu in Plot Legend

I am using Labview 2014. When I click (right or left) on the PLOT Style regions of a XY or waveform graph a menu a menu comes up. I would like to modify what is in the menu, but I cannot figure out how. There are several posts about how to disable but that is NOT what I would like to do.

Hi Mark,
You can change the plot line type, color and other properties using Property Nodes. To use Property Nodes, you first create a reference to the Front Panel object by right clicking the plot then selecting Create -> Reference. You can then wire a Property Node to the Plot Reference on the Block Diagram and modify the selected properties. Please see the below links for more information on Properties Nodes.

Customize Actions Menu in IR

Good morning all,
does somebody know how to configure the actions menu in IR's depending on the user?
Example: User A has "Compute" in the dropdown list, User B has not. Any chance to do this?

Customize Spry menu text

How do i set the css code to get a smaller text size in the
spry submenus than in the main menu? i would like the submenu text
to be 2 px smaller than the text in the main menu. When i change
the submenu text size it also changes the main menu text size in
the hover state. I want the main menu size to remain constant, even
in the hover state, and only have the submenu text size appear
smaller.

A normal question unawnsered on the adobe forum.
So many tech people on this site and no one has taken a step to help...
I have also problems with Spry and also liked to get awnsers for it.
But seeing this post makes me sad...
I now have given up hope that someone will be helping me soon.
The only awnsers i got so far is "No" and links to validators that couldnt solve my problem.
Its sad...
Software that is used by possibly millions of people, and still they provide support that raises questions...

Customize Context Menu item in BI7

The CONTEXT_MENU item in BI7 only allows us to select/unselect items we want to display on the context menu. But, I want to add a customized item in there and it was possible BW3.5. Is this still possible in BI7?

I'm not sure the exact SP/Patch level (maybe it's not until EP1?) that you have to be on, but SAP finally supplied a way to do this. If you are on an older SP or patch level, you can do something similar that I am having to do until you get to the right patch level/enhancement pack. Declare this function in a script web item in your template:

Below is an explanation of what the code does:
Create a new sapbi_Command object for a new entry, use SAVE_PERSONALIZATION even though we are going to override it with our own JS onclick.

Adobe Muse - Menu Bar Customization

I am new to muse and have made a couple of test sites. I am not working on my first Muse site and running into the problem of customizing my menu bar. The bar no longer shows up as 4 different sections. It comes up as one big one. How do I add more sections to my menu bar and how do I change the name? Is there a way to Make the Menu an Image almost like a Photoshop button but have a Pull Down Menu. Is it possible to have a Pull Down menu?

When you drag a menu to the web page it replicates the your plan view, to show the child pages you will have to choose 'All pages' as the menu type by clicking the on the small blue icon. If you want to customize the menu the way you want you can use the option of the manual menu.
