No Devices Displayed

For some reason the Devices icon is missing from my account. Thus, my iPods aren't showing up allowing me to download all the great new songs I just purchased from the iTunes store. Can you offer any advice on how to rectify this problem? Many thanks!

Hopefully one of these steps should solve the problem.
Go step by step and test.
1. System Preference > Sound > Output > Internal Speakers
    Highlight Internal Speakers / Headphones
    Make sure that Mute is not enabled.
2. Remove the headphone.
    If you see red light in the headphone port, plug the headphone
    in and out of the port 5 or 6 times to flip the microswitch inside.
    Sound output may be stuck in the digital mode.
3. Reset PRAM. http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4405
4. Reset SMC.     http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
    Choose the method for:
    "Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
5. Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup
    Audio Devices window
    Side Bar
    Click the Built-in Output.
    Under Mute any of the boxes checked? If so, uncheck it.

More than likely its a hardware issue, I have never encountered such a problem and best bet is to just go get it replaced. If you have insurance on your device apple will replace it as long as there was no water damage, if you dont have insurance they will charge $200 more or less. Hope you get it fixed

You're phone is locked to a carrier. You will need to contact the carrier you got you're phone from to have them unlock it.

Do as the diagram indicates: Connect your iPhone to your computer. Open iTunes on the computer and restore your device.

Using Win 10 there is a need for an app to determine the full device display area and aspect ratio programitically; the dimensions are needed to create full-screen bitmap.

While Windows.Current.Bounds returns the application windows size, in order to create a full-screen bitmap my app would need to retrieve the full display area of the device. I cannot even get the aspect ratio.
Pre-Win10, using Windows.Current.Bounds I can create a bitmap of whatever size application window the user is seeing. When the user is showing my app at full screen, I can therefore get the full display area and aspect ratio of the device and create a full-screen

With Win10, the user would need to know to hide the taskbar and also display at full-screen before an app can retrieve the display area and aspect ratio using Windows.Current.Bounds.

FF37 on JB 4.2 device displays black screen in videos while sound runs correctly

After starting random video from sites like for example YouTube and Vimeo, smartphone (Samsung Galaxy grand neo) begin to lagging for a moment while video frame display loading symbol. Afterwards symbol disappear and screen turn black while sound plays correctly.
Problem first appeared after I had
updated FF from version 35 to 36 and its also visible on freshly installed FF37 beta. Strangely, on device default browser and chrome everything works fine and w/o any lagging. I tried to resolve this by turning off hardware acceleration in browsers settings, install specific addons(5html everywhere) and even reinstall FF36 and FF37b but nothing helped.
Any idea how to fix it will be highly appreciated. Cheers.

ITunes 7: keeping a device displayed whilst it isn't connected.

Is it possible like in iTunes 6 to have the device (ie. Ipod shuffle) displayed on the side bar (along with playlists, store, library) when it is not connected in iTunes 7? It only appears when a divice is connected. It was a handy feature which saved me a lot of time. Is it possible? And if so, how can I do it? Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately for reasons unknown, this handy feature for the iPod shuffle was not included in iTunes 7.
So the first thing you will probably want to do is let Apple know your feelings on the matter by submitting the form on this support page .
Done that? Okay then, so now you'll probably want to make the best of the situation by figuring out if there's any kind of workaround to deal with the matter.
The best I can come up with is suggest that you create a playlist dedicated to your iPod shuffle which, for discussion's sake, we can call the Shuffle Playlist.
Once you have created that playlist, when you connect your shuffle to your computer you can drag the Shuffle Playlist into your shuffle.
After disconnecting the shuffle you can get to work on modifying the Shuffle Playlist for your next update.
Note that you will have to manually clear the iPod shuffle's contents before putting the next Shuffle Playlist on it.

Search for wireless devices display

Some how I managed to get up the circular display screen with a rotating line which displayed all available devices. Now its gone, and I cannot get it up. I left click on the taskbar icon and 'search for wireless devices' but only get the small display. anyone help please?

I think that it is not the reason why you can not start this application. You can configure the wireless connection on two simply ways. First one is to use windows settings (like in your case) or you can use some client to do this. In this way the windows option must be disabled.
As far as I know the ConfigFree tool is no a client. This tool can help you to get more precise information about your LAN or wireless connection. Like you can see there you can create some profiles and enable or disable all hardware components that your unit use for communication with other external devices.

Vertical Scroll Bar on the device display

Hello,
I had the problem with both horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Managed to get rid of the horizontal scroll bas using the parameters ~itsmobileelemfactor and ~itsmobileelemunits but the vertical scroll bar is still there. As our transactions are developed internally, I managed to sqeeze the screen elements but still the vertical scroll bars are there.
I am testing with Intermec CK3 device with Intermec Browser.
I was going thru this forum and someone has suggested to modify the CSS.
Can someone help me which html parameters are required and under which css class e.g. font size, line-height etc to reduce the overall screen size? I am not good in HTML.

TS3681 the device displays the Apple logo with no progress bar for 8 hours until battery run flat.

My Iphone4 displays the Apple logo with no progress bar for 8 hours until battery went flat this was after i try to make an up date know the i tunes dosent reconise my phone.

we are also facing the following issue. I was able to control the horizontal spacing with SICF parameters
~ITSMOBILEELEMFACTOR = 8
~ITSMOBILEELEMUNIT = px
However, I have tried quite a few different ways of reducing the vertical spacing. Nothing seems to work. The last thing I am trying is to go individually to each of the screens and remove the vertical spaces. Is that the only way out?
I have also developed a custom style (other than MOBILE4) and tried to play around with the custom class in the method _COMPUTE_EMPTY_SPACE (similar name). However, that also didnt change a lot of things.
Could anyone of you please suggest how to address this?
Any suggestion would be highly valued.

Device Name Displayed on Home Control App

OK, here's an odd one. One of my Door / Window Sensors will not display it's proper name on the Home Control app. When viewing my devices through a web browser, the device displays it's proper name of "Front Door Sensor". But on the Home Control app for iPhone, it displays the default name "Door and Wind...". But, if I refresh the display by pulling the screen down, the proper name displays for a few seconds before reverting back to the default name.
I have not tried deleting and reinstalling the device yet but I have tried renaming it several times to no avail. Any Modes or Alerts associated to that sensor work properly and display the proper name in a web browser, it just does not display the proper name on the Home Control app.

Is it possible to airplay more than one device at a time, for example splitting the screen into quad-view?

I was told by someone that it is possible to connect up to 4 devices at a time through airplay, but I can't work it out.

No you can't.
Audio can be sent to multiple speakers in some cases (eg from iTunes), but not video.

Hold down the option key on your Mac while you double click on the AirPort icon

Apple uses proprietary settings for their "extend" feature on their routers, so it would be extremely unlikely that a device from another manufacturer would be compatible for this purpose.
