Sorry for my poor english vocabulary. I'll do my best to explain.
I just cleared my computer (Macbook Pro 2011) and wanted to reinstall the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard Student ans Teacher Edition (Mac, English) that I bought (near october, november 2011) but my adobe account was no longer activated. Now that I reactivated it, with the same e-mail, this purchase is no longer in this account. So I was wondering:. How can I get my access back to the downloadable products that I bought?

I tried to find help with the support by web chat for 2 days already, but every time it says that chat is un available (even if it's suppose to be 24/7)... I dont know what else to do.... please help!

    No, it does not, not if the creation of the Apple ID was completed, which unless you are referring to a different Apple ID I presume it did since you are posting here. And once created, you can't get apps without providing a payment method; setting up for just free apps requires a very specific procedure or a payment method is necessary. Creating an account via Game Center does not work.

    Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID. 
    You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

    Because of this I was having trouble transfering some purchased apps. I apparently purchased some apps with a newer apple ID I created with a new credit card (thinking I was only changing the credit card settings from my initial account), yet both are under the same e-mail address. This is also giving me trouble with setting my iCloud account up because it says I need to "verify account" and that it will send me an e-mail to do this, but it hasn't!

    You cannot transfer content between two accounts. The sooner you make the conversion, the better. Just pick the new one and start using it(buying music etc).
    *A lot of people open new accounts when their email changes or they have a new email. You can just access your apple id account and change the primary email that you use to log in along with other details.

    By any chance, did you have the Find My iPhone app installed prior to it being stolen?

    The idea to jumpstart by change was not the smartest one, but gives you an opportunity to use that "temporary" account as permanent. You do not have a choice cause obviously despite you thinking that old account is no more -it does exist on Apple servers. And if you are unwilling to share your [email protected] with friend, just create one extra [email protected] for your friend. One suggestion - do not use gmail.

    I believe part of the recovery process is you get an e-mail allowing you to reset questions.  If that e-mail isn't correct either because your son set it up then you really have no option but to ask Apple again.  They are getting strict abotu security and given the number of "My iTunes account got hacked" posts here I can guess why.  They have no way of knowing you really are the owner of the account.  It's like me going to a policeman and saying, "See that car over there?  That is mine, can you open the door for me?" and the police opening it on that basis alone.

    Very simple.  Turn off Find my iDevice, then  Tap Settings, General, Erase, Erase all content and settings.

    All contacts, calendars, photos etc should be on your computer as the iphone is designed to be synced to your computer.
    Just sync them to your new iphone.

    You can only sync to 1 iTunes library on one computer.
    If you sync to another, you get what happened to you.
    If you have not backed it up on your computer, where you originally synced to, you are out of luck.

    It won't show on iCloud because iCloud is associated with a specific Apple ID.  The music should be on your computer's iTunes and a Sync will put it on the iPad (be sure to configure iTunes properly).  If you want to get it from iCloud, I think that you need to temporarily change your ID back to the old one but I've never done that myself.

    If you haven't received the item but you've been charged for it then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that in-app purchases and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.
