When i delete all po line item and print it occurs error:
No print-relevant changes to document 3000000003 exist
Message no. ME140
Can you tell me how to print this po?

this was not the answer to my question.
assume your PO has 3 items and you only delete 1 of them, and you change the price in the second item.
What do you then ususally print?
A " change PO " which only lists what was changed, or a complete new PO which has only the 2 remaining items?

Think this is because there are no messages created for your order if you check under the header of the order there would be a option called messages we need to create a message so that the order can be printed you can check the type of message in transaction NACE.

Print relevant changes?

Hi All,
In our current set up for PO print even when a confirmation is entered by the buyer in the PO the change is considered as print relevant and automatically a mail is sent to the vendor. But we do not want to send the PO again to the vendor for this change.
Is there a way of controlling this?

Whenever I try to print my document which has track changes and comments, the comments don't appear on the printed page even though they show on the print preview. If I print double sided (duplex) the comment number appears in the text, but the comments themselves don't appear anywhere. If I print single sided, the comments appear in the balloons, but are cut off at the margin.
I have tried different settings but with no result. If I print this at work, it prints without a problem, so I can only assume that I need to click something (or unclick!) on my printer options to get the information onto the printed page. Error in ME9A print after changing quotation deadline date.

Dear Experts,
When we change the quotation deadline date in a RFQ and save it, we are not able to generate output in ME9A. The error is :No print-relevant changes to document XXXXXXXXXX exist. I have checked the config and Print relevant Purchasing Document Change is checked for the field EKKO-ANGDT (quotation deadline date). I went through the other threads but was not able to understand as to why this error is occurring. Please suggest.

   Ensure that the condition records are maintained correctly and the output is triggered automatically while creating RFQ. If its triggered, then proceed with the below config:
   Go to the path: OLME - Messages - Output Control - Message Types - Define Message Types for Request for Quotation - Fine-Tuned Control: Request for Quotation. Here, maintain the operation 2 along with your output type as shown below.
    Test the scenario again with a new RFQ. Check whether the output type is triggered once you change the RFQ. Test the scenario and revert back.

Hi Friends,
I changed a smartform regarding work order of me23n.
I Changes are working fine in Dev as well as in Quality Servers also.
i am printing long texts.
I called this form at tcode ME23N - pRINT PREVIEW.
when i press print preview button it througgs an error
that... NO print-relavant changes to document <po num> exist.
I checked all the requests are tranported to Pro and Nace configuration all are done.
At smartform tcode it gives the output(without data).
smartstyles also exist and tranported.
I checked all the ways to resolve this but i am failed.
Can anyone help me please.

Hi,
In message types it has the status with yellow light only.
i reimport all the requests to Production.
I debuged it using /H it goes to the mehod if_output_mm~preview of class cl_po_header_handle_mm.
Now i came to knwo that for some po's it is giving pritpreview for some others not .. even thogh
they have same output type.
the difference is at the above statement break point the variables has the data, some others which are giving
error 'no print-relevant...' doesn't fetch any data.
i am totally confused.. this is because of not creating po properly or technical issue.
plz guide me.

You can print because it's your document. Others shouldn't be able to. But then it's easy enough to unlock them altogether.
Easiest is to get encryption software and just encrypt the document. Or create a small encrypted disc image with Disk Utility and store the document in the disc image.

While creating purchase order document number gets created but when i view the created document in me22 it shows the error "Document doesnot exists".can anyone help me in this issue

How can I print a whole email document and not a "screen shot" like I get in the Print Preview option. I'd like to print from "file" and print" like I can on other browsers (IE, for example). When I try to print from Firefox it grabs all my info (file folders, etc.) from the left side of the page. I need just the email information, not the entire screen information. Thank you!

I agree; I should, but I can't :) I have an orange Firefox drop down that I go to to print, and it allows me to select "print", "print preview" and "print setup", where I can change the margins. It always defaults to a full screen shot (I use Yahoo) and does not show just the email. I don't need to print what is on the left side of the screen or anything other than the email (I can achieve these things by using file-print from IE, so I know it is doable, and I am still going into Yahoo and using their email when I do it).
Hope this helps. I'm not a fan of IE, but I really don't like the print properties I'm getting here (I'm a long time Mozilla user, but I'm losing too much info with this option and can't afford that anymore).

Printing only changed pages

In my department, we produce large technical manuals that are distributed to users around the world. When small changes are made to the manuals, we only distribute the changed pages (including the back side of the changed page since the documents are printed double-sided). Is there an automated way to only print the changed pages with the necessary back pages?

Rick Quatro at http://www.frameexpert.com has a plugin that will print only changed pages; I don't see it listed on his website at the moment, but if you contact him he'll be able to give you more details.
Rick's very, very familiar with the complications of dealing with changed pages in FM.

This might be able to be done through PLD.
1. Go to the Print Layout Designer.
2. Choose document type relevant to the report that you are going to
print.
3. Save template with new name if you are using a system default.
4. Open the template and go to Print Layout Designer > Display Document Properties > Paper Format tab.
5. Set the 'Number of Copies' to 3.
6. Save the new template and set it as default.

There a config area, where you can define default PO doc types for a particular Pr doc type. If you maintain the settings properly there, then your requirement can be fulfilled.
SPRO->IMG->MM->Purchasing->Purchase requisation->Define doc types.
This will serve your purpose.

How to print our several Billing documents in one spool request?

Hello all,
I encountered a problem while printing billing document.
Currently, we only can use VF02 to change billing document's condition type and print out Billing document. It's troublesome and waste a lot of time to change output condition type in each Billing document.
Is there a function that will list all the billing document, so we can print the selected billing document by pick this billing documents and send to printer.
If my description is confusing, Please let me know.

Let me introduce the special setting for our company's system:
There are 2 output condition set in SAP.
1. First one-ZD00, it will process automatically and send to a archive software. but won't print out. all of our billing document are using this output condition.
2. Second one-ZD01, manual print out. If we need to print out the billing document, we can go to header--output, select this output condition in the dropdown list, then set sent to Local printer. save and quit. the billing document will be printed out.
I had tried Txn VF31 and SE38.
1. If use repeat processing method, only pull out the billing documents with ZD01 output.
2. If use initial processing method, only pull out the billing document with output condition-ZD00 which hasn't been sent to the archive software yet.
So I still can't reprint the billing document with Output condition-ZD00 which has been already sent to archive software.
Sorry for the complex situation, but it's very important that we need to reprint these billing document. hope u can help me to solve this problem....
