No service for system SAPPRD, client010 in ID

We are having trouble sending idocs from ECC5 system to XI 3.0 system. even though we have receiver determination, interface determination, sender agreement, receiver agreement etc. all configured for business system SAPPRD in IS, we still get error in SM58 in client system PRD: 'no service for system SAPPRD, client 010 in integration directory'. we also have port SAPPRD configure in XI system /nidx1. in sender system (prd), /nwe02 shows all green, status 03: data passed to port ok. but sm58 shows error above.
what did we miss?
Thanks
Jane Zhou

Hi Jane,
I got the same error message. In the directory I configured SAPR3 as a party and also as a business system underneath it. So:
Party - SAPR3 - Service - Business System - SAPR3
I changed it to:
Service Without Party - Business System - SAPR3
This solved the problem in my case. Maybe it helps you too.

  • "No service for system..." after transporting from dev to prod

    Hi,
again i have a problem like some other guys also had. I already checked several postings concerning this issue!
We transported dev-objects to prod, also ID-object like Business Systems.
The sender side now changed their communication for sending IDoc's to our Prod-XI. While sending IDoc's form Prod R/3 they get "no service for system SAPPSI, client010.." etc.
    I already checked:
    1. idx1 port is SAPPSI pointing to right destination PSI
    2. idx2 all necessary Metadata are loaded
    3. checked adapter specific identifiers in ID and also reloaded them with no change!
    4. in receiver IDoc CC i added RFC-Dest: PSI and Port is SAPPSI
    5. did a cache refresh!
I need to let you know that we are using one SLD and already communicated with the sender-prod r/3 -system to SAP XI -DEV.
can someone please help us?! we have no clue what might be wrong!!
    br

Well i have some strange thoughts:
when the idoc is send in sender-system the values on sender informations are:
    Port: SAPPSI
    Partner number: PSICLNT010
    Type: LS
    The error we receive is:
no service for system SAPPSI, client 010 in Integration Directory
    Shouldn't there be the Partner-Number like PSICLNT010?!
Can someone confirm and tell me if i am right?!

  • IDOC-Xi-IDOC: CRM - XI -R/3 (No service for system SAPOCC, client ** in ID)

    Hi all
I am doing a scenario IDOC - Xi - IDOC where CRM sends an IDOC to R/3 via PI.
I have configured everything in OCC (CRM system), PI and BSC (R/3 system) but when I test it with the transaction WE19 in OCC nothing happens in PI or BSC.
All i can see if a message in SM58 transaction in OCC.
    Function Module - IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS
    Target System - XI.
Status Text - No service for system SAPOCC, client *** in Integration Directory.
Could anyone tell me what is the problem.
Your help will be very much appreciated

Error message: No service for system SAPCRD client 201 in the integration directory
Cause: There is no service without party in PI server that represents OCC server with client details.
    Solution:
We send IDocs from system OCC to PI. In the control record (Segment EDIDC40) of the IDoc, the SNDPOR (SenderPort) field contains the value "SAPCRD". The client of the sending system is determined by the MANDT field of the control record. The system ID and client are then used to determine a service without party of the type (business-system/business-service)
In System Landscape Directory (SLD) create a technical system for OCC system and assign a client for the same. Don't forget to assign an "ALE logical system" to the technical system created. Create a business system for this technical system. Then Business System can be imported under service without party/update the details existing in PI.

  • Basis: No service for system , client  in Integration Directory??

    Hi All,
IDocs from SAP QA are not being sent to PI QA. I see error in SM58 in SAP QA as: No service for system , client  in Integration Directory.  Please dont jump to asnwers by looking at above error. I could fix that, but thats not the real problem.
    Because I have checked
    1) SLD home page ---> Technical Landscape --> Select Web AS ABAP --> Select the technical system --> Clients ---> Click on the client used as Business system --> Here look for the logical system is defined (No Problem here, as logical systems is defined).
    2) ID---> Click on Objects --> Service Without party/Party > Double click on business system>On the tright side--> Service --> Adapter specific Identifiers ---> Check IDoc Adpater, Logical System (No Problem here as I see Logical System).
But I can't find values R/3 System ID and Client under "IDoc Adapter and RFC Adapter". I think thats problem here, when I click on "Compare with SLD" in edit mode, values are not getting populated into R/3 System ID and Client. It makes think there is communication error from ID to SLD. How I do confirm if its the real problem?
    3) Checked Note 940313 - IDoc adapter: Error messages in SM58, No problem here
    4) Did SLDCHECK from PI QA, works fine, no problems here
Both PI DEV and PI QA pointing to the same SLD. When I send IDocs from SAP QA to PI DEV, everything works fine. I can't send IDoc from SAP QA to PI DEV (changed RFC des to point to PI QA, it shouldn't be a problem).
How do I find out if communication between PI QA - ID is workign fine with the SLD? Is there any other issue you can think of causing the above error?
    Thank You,
    Indrasena Janga

*I have trobleshooted  a similar issue. In my case also the tRFC failed with the error "No service for system SAP, client 400 in Integration Directory".There were 11 IDOCS associated with this tRFC and when I saw control record of first IDOC,in sender information ,the sender partner number was wrong.Instead of "SAPSID",it was found as just "SAP".Where as the remaining ten were maintained with correct sender partner number.remaining ten IDOCS were dependant on first one.

  • No service for system SAPABI, client 800 in Integration Directory

    Hi,
We are getting the error in BI "No service for system SAPABI, client 800 in Integration Directory", when we extract the data from R/3 (ECC6) into BI System. It was working fine earlier, till XI-BI integration was done.
But, After XI integration is done in BI system we are getting this error, when ever we try to load the data from source system. The XI integration is removed now, but the error still continues.
The source system is ok and could able to replicate the data from R/3 into BI. Is there any XI related customizing need to be removed from BI?, so that it directly goes to the source system for data load, instead of hitting the Integration Directory, which is part of XI.
It would be great, if someone can give a solution for this.
    Thanks in Advance,
    SAP Admin.

    Hi,
First check at BI side transaction: SICF there services are properly configured or not, the services should be in Active state.
Second you must check transaction: SXMB_MONI here you can check what ever the Reports or Webservices are coming from out bound to inbound.
    1. first check out bound in that server you type SXMB_MONI there u can see Flag that should be in black. If it is Flag is in Red then the Report should be stoped there it self.
    2. Once it came to receiver side then u must check at inbound server by typing transaction: SXMB_MONI by checking that flag you will know what might be the problem.
Once check ur RFC connection also because you can get problem from RFC connections also.

  • No service for system SAPNID, client 800 in Integration Directory

    Hi All,
I am getting “No service for system SAPNID, client 800 in Integration Directory” in tRFC monitor (SM58).
My scenario is IDOC to File.
I did following step in R3.
    1.     Created RFC destination pointing to XI systems (name:XID)
    2.     Created IDOC port (name: SAPNID) and use above (XID) RFC in RFC destination.
    3.     Create Partner Type LI (Partner No. 3000) and add message type “ORDERS”, set the receiver port (SAPNID) created above.
    XI Side.
    1.     Create Technical System (Name : XID)
    2.     Business Systems (Name: R3XID)
    3.     In Integration Repository.
    •     Created Data Type
    •     Import IDOC “ORDERS.ORDERS04”
    •     Created Message Interface
    •     Created Message Type
    •     In Mapping Object created Message Mapping and Interface Mapping.
    4.     In Integration Directory
    •     Created the Scenario (name : “FILE_FROM_IDOC”)
    •     Assign Business Systems as “R3XID”
    •     Create communication channel(name: “FILE_ORDERS_COM_CHNL”)
    •     Create Receiver Determination
    •     Interface Determination
    •     Receiver Agreement.
IDOC is triggered correctly but in tRFC monitor I am getting following error

  • No Service for system X, client Y in Integration Directory

    Hi All,
I have the XI, SAP R/3 and BI system setup on the same machine. I am doing a Idoc to File scenario. This is the first development after fresh installation.
I configured the ports(we21),partner profile(we20),distribution model(bd64) etc and ports by idx1.. After all this, I generated the Vendor through bd14 and getting the following error <b>(No Service for system X, client Y in Integration Directory)</b> in sm58. But when I check the outbound message in we05, its successful. Can someone please help me on this!!
    Thanks

    Hi
    Go through this
first clear the SLD cache, by choosing from the menu Environment --> Clear SLD Data in ID and open your scenario and see if you any Business System assigned to it, you check that by going to,
your scenario --> service without party --> business system, and if there are no business system existing, you have to assign a business system.
Also have a look at the following thread,

  • No service for system X client Y in the integration directory

    Hi guys and gurus,
I've struggling with the following case for a couple of months (!!) and still I can not make it. I have to say that I am coming from the MM modules but trying to set up a ICH demo by myself during my spare time.
I send an idoc from R/3 to XI using program RSMIPROACT and I get message <b>No service for system SAPR3I, client 800 in Integration directory</b>. Even though, idoc has status 03 (Outbox).
    - I have created a technical and business system.
    - Connections work properly in SM59
    - Port XIDOCPORT with RFC XIDCLNT100 maintained txn WE21
    - Partner XIDCLNT100 (LS) with Outbound parameter:
Idoc name - Port created. txn WE20.
    - IDX1 maintained in XI system.
    Is there something missing?
This is my first post but points rewarded if somebody takes me out of this hole.
    Thanks,
    Ivan.

  • No service for system in Integration Directory

    Hi,
i already checked SDN and OSS Note 940313.
We want to send IDoc from System to XI. Therefore sender gets "No service for system SAPPSI, client 010 in Integration Directory"
Thats because IDoc-Adapteris not able to identify SAPPSI.
Well this Port does exist in IDX1.
In Integration Directory the Adapter-specifc identifier shows "PSI" and client "010".
So everything seems to work fine! Even the RFC-Destination has no errors!
The IDoc contains "SAPPSI" and the client "010" in the right fields, but we have no idea what causes the problem!
Does somebody can provide me with ideas on how to solve this issue?!
    br

    Hi to all.
Because i already did everything you mentioned i am kind of desperate.
    Question concerning Sender-Information in IDoc-header.
    There is send <SNDPOR>SAPPSI</SNDPOR>.
This port reference the one in IDX1?!
I am asking because we have a testsystem also sending IDoc's where everything works out. System is called ASI so the port is SAPASI. As i mentioned, this works!!!
In ID the Business Systems are called ASICLNT010 and PSICLNT010. The adapter specific Identifiers are saying:
    For PSI
    R/3 System ID: PSI
    Client: 010
    For ASI
    R/3 System ID: ASI
    Client: 010
So what the hell is the problem?!
    br - thx to all!

    Hi Ravi,
Have you imported the Business System in Integration Directory?
Check whether  you see the logical system name in adapter specific identifiers or not...
Also check from integration directory that cache notification was done and also check SXI_CACHE in the abap stack.
    See this thread...
No service for system SAP***, client 001 in Integration Directory
Please go through below content from sap note  for your issue...
Error message: No service for system SAPABC client 123 in the integration directory
    Solution:
You send IDocs from system ABC to XI. In the control record of the IDoc,the SNDPOR field contains the value "SAPABC". The client of the sending system is determined by the MANDT field of the control record. The system ID and client are then used to determine a service without party of the
    type (business-system/business-service):
    Business system
-> Activities in the System Landscape Directory (SLD)(Create technical
