Not able to edit the Debit memo request after cancelling Billing document

Hi,
This is a process in SD/Customer service.The issue is even after cancelling the billing document we are not able to edit the item details in debit memo request..Pls suggest how we can edit the item details after cancelling the billing document

Yes, the whole sales document could not be deleted as well.
Sorry for the misleading answer.
As per the long text of error V1006, the document cannot be completely
deleted because further processing has already taken place. Even though
you have cancelled the subsequent documents, if you refer to the
document flow, the subsequent documents might have already been created
The cancellation of these does not delete the request.
Please have a look at table VBFA in transaction SE16 and you can see
that the subsequence documents are still displayed.
What you can do is to enter a reason of rejection for all items to
prevent further processing of the request.
Please refer to Note 147028, you don't need to apply
this note, please refer to part of "NOTE:...".This is a restriction
of the system.
For order-related billing, it is not possible to delete the sales
document, even if the subsequent invoice has been cancelled.
You have to reject the items.

    Hello Lokesh,
    The edit feature of claims is on the basis of status. Approved & Rejected claim requests cannot be edited. The approver has got the option to edit the claimed amount on basis of the proof attached.
    Hence the approver can edit and then decide to approve or reject. But employees in case of any
    rejection of claims needs to reapply with a new claim.

  • F110- not able to clear the debit and credit entry with the same reference

    Hi,
    I am not able to clear the debit and credit entry with the same reference in F110 even after having the payment terms as immediate payment, payment method is maintained in document no and vendor master data. Both debit and credit entry is appearing in FBL1N as an open item but it is not appearing in F110.
    In Log message appear as 8 days grace period is existing whereas as payment term is just 0001- immediate payment.
    Kindly advice me what could be wrong.

    Hi,
    Credit and debit balance in vendor account are not cleared automatically when only vendor line item has payment method and credit memo has not payment method. Also when there is not payment method maintained in vendor master data.
    In such case to avoid payment to vendor when vendor has debit balance we perform debit balance check.
    In second scenario when u2018individual paymentu2019 is selected in vendor master data vendor invoice and credit memo are not cleared automatically in F110.
    To setoff vendor credit and debit balance in F110 you to uncheck u2018individual paymentu2019 check in vendor master data > company code data > payment data.

  • Internal order number not present in debit memo request in External billing

    Hi Experts,
    We are working on external billing in CRM and have single object controlling configured. I am trying to create a Debit Memo Request in ECC from a confirmation in CRM. This confirmation is created as a follow-up to the service order. The debit memo request is getting created once the confirmation is completed but it does not have a reference of the internal order and hence on billing, the revenue is not getting posted to the internal order. Could you suggest if there is some setting required in CRM to link the internal order to the Debit Memo Request?

    In that we are not able to edit the value options in LKM.

    We were using JDK1.6.0_29 and it was not supporting ODI 11.1.1.5, so we have uninstalled the JDK1.6.0_29 and reinstall the JDK1.6.0_11.This solves our issue.

  • 3.6.8: I'm not able to edit the bookmark name before saving it.

    In any webpage on any tab:
    Cmd-d or click star twice.
    The Edit Bookmark dialog appears, with the Name field highlighted.
    My cursor doesn't change when placed over the highlighted Name field.
    If I click or double-click anyway, nothing changes.
    If I press Delete, the field contents are erased and I can type something in.
    The mouse still can't be used to move the cursor or highlight any characters in the field.
    I don't think I had this problem before 3.6.8.

But on my iPad now there are to application present Docemnt-2 (Free) and Document-2. I am not able to open any existing document using the upgraded version of application. How do I connect all the existing txt,PPT,XLS doccument to the new upgraded Document-2 application and then to edit it on my iPad.

    As suggested I had deleted the free application and did a hard restart the iPad. I have again copied the document using iTunes. But I am not able to edit any document using this app. Document 2 (paid version) supports editing features of the txt/ xls /ppt files. Is there any problem while loading the Document 2 app. If I reload then do I need to purchase again?

    I have a OSX IMAC Version 10.8.5.  I got pages at the same time I purchased this computer.  I use a document to write all my passwords. Seems like when I E-mail myself the document from pages, I have not been able to type in the document, it acts like it is locked. I checked all the "lock" and "unlock" fields, and none of them were locked.  I notice the document says PDF.  How do I correct this?  Seems like I've tried everything.  If you can help, that would be great!

    I am not able to edit the lov of an object in a universe.
    The universe(XI3) is based on stored procedure but it also contains tables from database.
    The object points to the table which is not a stored procedure, any idea why we are not able to edit its lovs.

  • Not able to edit the report created on different data source.....

    I have a query regarding Report in OBIEE - reports developed from BI Publisher are specific to data source on which they have been created ??
    i have a sample report that was created on different data source, i have the corresponding RPD also. I changed the data source according to my DB and when i try to update/edit the report,
    on Analytics for adding a new column, it is generating a seperate new Query from QueryBuilder for that additional cloumn rather than adding up the new query with the previous one(existing report query). Is it because of mismatch of data source on which report had been created and on which it is being update ?? if it is the case, where do i need to make changes related to JDBC connection or others ??
    when i try to create a new sample data set and try to update it, it adds up the extra edited things to original query and works perfectly fine. can ny 1 help me for the same ??

    Normally,what we do is once we provide access to webi users group for each user from BO supervisor module, user(s) will able to refresh/edit the existing report from Full client BO.His colleagues have had no problem editing all his reports from their machines but he is not able to edit any report from his machine and BO is getting freeze.
    He also reinstalled BO and cleaned out everything on his Computer and re-built it but the issue is not yet resolved
    Can you please tell me how to resolve this issue

  • Not able to edit the report from BO 5.1

    Hi,
    User has Business Objects 5.1 version on his machine  and he is able to login to Business Objects 5.1.2 and can also open the BO reports from the required path
    When he edit the report, the BO is gettng hung and following errors occured one by one when he clicks ok button
    error1: "you must close this universe(name of universe) before importing it"
    when he clicks OK button on this error, second error is received
    error2: "Some obsolete objects have been removed from the query. (QP0027)"
    When he clicks OK button on this error, third error is received
    error3:"A connection required to refresh this document is unavailable(DA0004)"
    I am not understanding why these three errors are receiving one by one.Please tell me how to resolve above errors and edit the report
