System has not cleared two line items from the GR/IR clearing for this line item in PO.
What could be the reason these items are not cleared and now how these line
items can be cleared?

When the Dr and Cr amount are equal to zero system will automatically clear the line items in F.13. Here the open items are appearing with different amounts due to that system not able to clear.
By passing some manual JV or something you done to make Dr and Cr equal to zero then you clear through F-03(untick post automatically for this clearing in T.cdoe FS00)

U can do this in two ways one u can short close the order by entering Reason for rejection in VA02 at header level and if yr order is multiple line item order u can enter the reason for rejection in any of the line item which u don't want to deliver.
This is called short close ( as the qty is not delivered fully).

BSID and BSAD are Secondary Index tables for Customer line items. All customer open items are stored in BSID table and Cleared items are stored in BSAD table.

SLOC not transferred to lines items from Default Settings (SRM 3.0)
When creating a shopping cart via bbpsc01, an SLOC is selected via F4 help (reads from R/3 backend). The SLOC is not populated down to the line items in the Shopping Cart.
This functioned prior to application of BBPCRM support stack 8.
Response from SAP is that we must maintain these SLOCs and their appropriate matching nomenclature in SRM under Extended Attributes via entry and then a report. Unfortunately, we have over 290K of them, and users can add on the fly in SAP backend, so this is not feasible.
Any help is appreciated and will be rewarded!

The report they provided was merely for updating the description, once you have maually added the SLOCs in ppoma_bbp via Extended Attributes> Storage Locations (report BBP_ATTR_TEXT_REFRESH).
What report would allow me to download locally all Storage Locations? If I schedule this to run from time to time, does it just pick up the new slocs?
I am fine with applying all SLOCs to my root structure, but do not know how to apply in ppoma_bbp other than manual entry.

Please provide some valuable inputs for the following scenario:
When a sales order line item is created(VA01) or changed(VA02) with reference to a Contract the open quantity is deducted in the contract which is a standard functionality. If the referenced line item is copied (custom enhancement to copy line item), then for the copied line item the open quantity is not getting deducted instead ATP quantity i.e. Available-to-promise is deducted.
Any inputs on how we can fix this functionality i.e. deduct the open quantity from the contract for the copied line item?
P.S. : Custom enhancement to copy line item is working fine, but open quantity is not getting deducted if the copied line item was referenced to a contract.

Yes, that was my original interpretation. I was having a hard time believing that someone would ask such a question.
I guess, then, that you already know that you will have to add this logic to your enhancement. You should create your specifications and hand them off to a developer; ideally the one who created this enhanced solution in the first place.
I do not provide advice in these forums about details of enhanced solutions. Perhaps one of the other members will be more willing to do your work for you.

Different ship to party for one of two line items from sales order
Hi Experts,
1. The Sales Order No.19701 is an Export Order, received from M/s. Industries & Construction, Indonesia. We have to supply all the materials on FOB Indian seaport basis.
2. However, we have to dispatch against Line Item No. 280 & 290 to one of our subvendors, M/s.Industries, sec,rabad to complete some Control Assly. as per agreed Inspection terms.
3. After completion of Control Assembly & Client's Inspection materials will be finally dispatched to nearest Seaport for seafreight.
So here i can i map this scenario from sales order to billing, ship to party for those 2 items must be sub vendor.

You can map different ship to party . First you need to configure customer master for the same.
Add the alternate ship to parties to customer master of sold to party, your export customer.
While creating master data for sub vendors as ship to party ,you need to maintian proper customer pricing pricing procedure and tax classification as you mentioned customer is export customer ,but ship to party seems to be domestic ,so carefully check the same. also check the shipping condition if it is separate for exports.
Then in Sales order transaction on line item data ,change your ship to party for the line item as per the the requirement.
for further processing of this scenario ,like excise invoice and ARE1 u might have lsome issues if ship to party is liable for duties and taxes and Sold to is exempt and you are drawing only one invoice for these 2 separate deliveries. pl check on the same.

I think you can just delete it in the sales order directly, if you are using make-to-order scenario, then there will be special stock left for the sales order as the production has been goods receipt, you need to use MM transaction move the stock to unrestricted use stock. If you are using make-to-stock scenario, there should be no further problem. If you are using assembly order, please try to reject the sales order item to see if it could fullfill your requirement.

Functionality
Function module BAPI_PO_CHANGE enables you to change purchase orders. The Change method uses the technology behind the online transaction ME22N.
Alternatively, the IDoc type PORDCH1 is available. The data from this IDoc populates the interface parameters of the function module BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
Functionality in Detail
Authorization
When you create (activity 02) an Enjoy purchase order, the following authorization objects are checked:
M_BEST_BSA (document type in PO)
M_BEST_EKG (purchasing group in PO)
M_BEST_EKO (purchasing organization in PO)
M_BEST_WRK (plant in PO)
Controlling adoption of field values via X bar
For most tables, you can use your own parameters in the associated X bar (e.g. PoItemX) to determine whether fields are to be set initial, values inserted via the interface, or default values adopted from Customizing or master records, etc. (for example, it is not mandatory to adopt the material group from an underlying requisition - you can change it with the BAPI).
Transfer
Purchase order number
The PurchaseOrder field uniquely identifies a purchase order. This field must be populated in order to carry out the Change method.
Header data
The header data of the Enjoy purchase order is transferred in table PoHeader.
Item data
The item data of the Enjoy purchase order is stored in the tables PoItem (general item data). Changes regarding quantity and delivery date are to be made in the table PoSchedule.
Use the table PoAccount to change the account assignment information.
Services and limits
Changes to existing items cannot be carried out with the Change method. It is only possible to create new items.
Conditions
Conditions are transferred in the table PoCond; header conditions in the table PoCondHeader. A new price determination process can be initiated via the parameter CALCTYPE in the table PoItem.
Vendor and delivery address
The vendor address in the table PoAddrVendor and the delivery address in the table PoAddrDelivery can only be replaced by another address number that already exists in the system (table ADRC). Changes to address details can only be made using the method BAPI_ADDRESSORG_CHANGE.
Partner roles
You can change all partners except the partner role "vendor" via the table PoPartner.
Export/import data
Export/import data can be specified per item in the table PoExpImpItem. Foreign trade data can only be transferred as default data for new items. Changes to the export/import data of existing items are not possible.
Texts
Header and item texts can be transferred in the tables PoTextHeader and PoTextItem. Texts for services are imported in the table PoServicesText. Texts can only be replaced completely.
Version Management
You can make use of the Version Management facility via the table AllVersions.
Return
If the PO was changed successfully, the header and item tables are populated with the information from the PO.
Return messages
Messages are returned in the parameter Return. This also contains information as to whether interface data has been wrongly or probably wrongly (heuristical interface check) populated. If a PO has been successfully created, the PO number is also placed in the return table with the appropriate message.
Restrictions
With this function module, it is not possible to:
Create subcontracting components (you can only use existing ones)
Create configurations (you can only use existing ones)
Change message records (table NAST) and additional message data (this data can only be determined via the message determination facility (Customizing))
Attach documents to the purchase order
Change foreign trade data
Change service data
Change or reexplode BOMs
A firewall prevents the manipulation of data that is not changeable in Purchasing according to the business logic of the purchase order (e.g. PO number, vendor, etc.).
PO items with an invoicing plan cannot be created or changed using the BAPIs
In this connection, please refer to current information in Note 197958.
To change addresses with numbers from Business Address Services (cantral address management), please use the function module BAPI_ADDRESSORG_CHANGE.
To change variant configurations, please use the function module BAPI_UI_CHANGE. More information is available in the BAPI Explorer under the Logistics General node.
In the case of changes that are to be made via the BAPI_PO_CHANGE, a firewall first checks whether the relevant fields are changeable. This approach follows that of the online transaction. Here it is not possible to change the vendor or the document type, for example.

Help in the Case of Problems

2. If you have detected an error in the function of a BAPI, kindly create a reproducible example in the test data directory in the Function Builder (transaction code SE37). Note 375886 tells you how to do this.

2. If you test the BAPIs BAPI_PO_CREATE1 or BAPI_PO_CHANGE in the Function Builder (transaction code SE37), no database updates will be carried out. If you need this function, please take a look at Note 420646.
3. The BAPI BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL serves to read the details of a purchase order. The BAPI cannot read all details (e.g. conditions). However, you can use the BAPI BAPI_PO_CHANGE for this purpose if only the document number is populated and the initiator has change authorizations for purchase orders.

To split the payment document value as per the line items of the purchase order in the period of payment, so that the payment amounts are measured against the Capex order assigned as account assignment in the purchase order.(Account assignment tab for the individual line item in the PO.
Example:
Inputs:

Currently we are able to show the amounts as Rs 6000 for line item 10 & Rs 4000 for line item 20.
The problems faced.
1. The VAT line items are auto created, hence the reference of purchase order number and line item are not available. So the VAT portion which is part of payment liability does not get reflected against the PO.(not able to show the VAT portion , when we try to show the payment amount per PO line item.)
2. The withholding tax is also a problem; WHT is not calculated and assigned per line item. It is calculated on the total amount of basic and VAT. Because of these reasons, the payment could not be shown properly according to the line item of the purchase order.
3. When part payment is made, against invoices, there is no provision to assign a payment amount against a particular line item. Further, when final payment is made in different period, the clearing document will get generated. That adds to the complexity of differentiating full payments and part payments final clearing.
4. When residual payment is made, a new line item is created. Here assignment of Purchase order line item against payment for residual items become a problem.
5. Many a times advance payments are made. Later the invoice is created and balance payment is made. In those situations, the clearing document creates one more line item and makes payment for the balance item. This adds complexity in bringing balance payment alone and to split as per the purchase order line item. The clearing document number system is multi dimensional. It creates two line items for the same item (one at the time of advance and another the time of clearing.)
6. When full payment is made, the payment document number and clearing document numbers are same. In cases of subsequent or partial or residual payment, the document numbers are different. Because of this, the part payment amounts are shown in the period, where the final payment and clearing are made.
Please suggest a way to split the payment amount in the exact posting period with all the considerations given above.

User needs to delete a line item from old STO
Hi all,
User needs to delete a line item from old stock transfer order and would like to be advised what he needs to do to delete the line item from the STO.
On the STO, Goods Issue done and reversed also. Delivery completed indicator not checked. I aslo found that the payment has been made for the line item 40 for Freight. Carrier charges. It seems that the payment has been made/cleared to the vendor. I think Due to this reason they are unable to remove this line item from STO. They have attempted to delete or block an item that is not yet closed. All down (advance) payments made to date have been taken into account.
Can you please advice how to resolve this problem?

Delivery completed tick is also there for STO PO. If you are not getting it then check settings. Also you can mark deletion indicator for that line item. Or minimise quantity to goods received quantity.
For STO if delivery is made from delivering plant but Goods receipt not done in receiving plant then that material remains in transit. Can viewed with ME5t. In this case that line item cannot be delted or delivery completed.
Still your client wants to complete these type also better to leave decision to business if they want to reverse delivery (Stock of issuing plant will increase) or make Gr ( Stock of receiving plant will increase) Although they can adjust later with physical inventry process and make stock in system to real physical stock

Problem in invoice printout for second line item of the contract.

There are two line items in the contract. Both with different material and different plants. 1st line item with plant japan, and 2nd line item with plant singapore. But, when i try to take printout for 2nd line item after invoicing it, the address appearing in printout is of Japan instead of singapore.
Any idea why this happening?

If that is a header output, then there are issues at the design level itself. You have an output as header output and you expect the item level details to be printed in two different printouts.How is this handled in the program. Mostly header outputs are used to print the details abotu all the items in the doucment , not for a specific item. If you want to print a specific item only , then it is always advisable to configure the output as item output.
Leaving that aside, the problem lies in the code. You may be selecting the item number when you are printing the details of the second item, but for printing address, you are not coding using the item number.
To prove this test this scenario.
Create an order with first item belonging to Singapore plant and second item Japan plant.
Now create the otuput for item1----it will work fine
Do the same for item2-----Now, the plant address will be of Singapore, while the material belongs to Japan.
If this happens, it can be safely assumed that problem lies in the code. Do this test and then if the problem is in the program, discuss with your developer, he will rectify the bug for you.

Profit center clearing accounts line item display
Dear all,
I have implemented document splitting at profit center level.
The zero balance clearing account (profit center clearing account) is open item managed and also line item display tick is put. eg both ticks are active.
I am trying to see the line items in the account using fbl3n,fs10n etc but am not able to view the line items althought the balance of the account is visible in fs10n.
the message i get is 'no line item selected'.
Pl suggest some way through which i can see the line items of the profit center clearing account.

I am also facing same problem, I am using T Code FAGLL03 to display Line Items for Zero Balance Clearing A/c but I am not getting line item display instead it is giving following error.

You have stored account 141010 in company code VALC as a clearing account. At the same time, you use line item management with this account.
System Response
Error message issued because line item display cannot read data for an account in a ledger if line items exist partially in the entry view together with clearing items for which there are no line items. In such cases, only the data with line items would be selected.
Procedure
Check the Customizing settings or account control. Change the settings so that only automatic postings without line items can be made to the account, or select a different account as the clearing account.

Transfer posting with clearing missing line item
we create a customer FI invoice 300 USD for one customer A, reconcill. account is 1019500, we do fb05 transfer posting clearing, thus another account is temporary account :1015600, the clearing document type is Z1,

in FBl3n for 1015600, we see line item 300 USD, in FBL3N for 1019500, we also see line item 300
but in FBL5N for customer, we can't see document type Z1 and line item 300, why this happens
my document type Z1 already set intercompany posting and customer account type allowed.
I tried post incoming payment, also can't see line item, but for invoice, we can see line item.
why clearing doc not appearing in customer line item?I choose all items,
the funny thing is the invoice 300 USD is in cleared status, thus no open item, but the customer balance is not correct, it should be 0, not 300 USD.
