Not possible to edit Comm. Structure or Activate transfer rule

Hello Experts,
Do you know what is causing the problem in development box we facing? We are neither able to edit Comm. Structure nor activate transfer rule for myself data mast data sources in BW. Basically, it doesn't let us go in edit mode when we open communication/transfer rule screen on workbench (RSA1). This should be something basic problem but I can not think of anything now? Do you have any suggest about what to check?

Details of what I have repeated (multiple times so far) in system:
Regenerated data source from ODS. Replicated data source to info source and then activated by program Teja suggested (that's where I am having trouble because I can not go to edit mode within transfer structure details screen). I tried loading data with init. request from ODS to Cube and failed with time stamp error of data source.
Issue is still unresolve?

Make sure the capacity planning relevant field is maintained for the Infostructure config setttings in MC7F.

Programme to activate transfer rule

Hi Gurus
I am trying to load data to newly transported work from BWD ( infosource 0FI_AA_11 ) but I got some error while loading transactuion data so i was told to run ABAP programme RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL to activate transfer rules but not sure which transaction I need to use to run this programme .So would you pl tell me the name of the transaction and also tell me the logic behing running this programme?

I have activated all the transfer rules and then try to load the transaction data but its stil;l giving me the same error.

BW Experts,
I am trying to activate transfer rules for 0MAT_PLANT. I get an error saying "Error while activating DDIC "
The diagnosis says the following

The reference field specified for the field does not exist in the specified reference table.
Procedure
Check the reference field and reference table for this field in the single field maintenance of the corresponding table.</b>

0mat_plant_attr is business content datasource, seems this should not happen, if the waers not exist then the datasource should can be activated, perhaps metadata inconsistency (ddic error), try to replicate datasource again from bw.
or do you add fields (no access to system to cross check the datasource in r/3),
as mentioned check in r/3 rsa6, datasource 0mat_plant_attr, double click the 'extract structure', check if losfx has waers, if no exist, and you have no enhancement, try to transfer again with rsa5. then replicate datasource again from bw and try activate transfer rules.

Activate transfer rules - problem

I was creating transfer rules for DSO 0FIGL_O02 for infosources 0FI_GL_4. Activate transfer rules bring me mistake :Data element for InfoObject BELNR 0AC_DOC_NO could not be created.
Information from log:

Message no. RSAR274
Diagnosis
Special data elements of the type and length of the source system are required for creating the transfer structure. Errors occurred while creating a data element of this type for InfoObject BELNR 0AC_DOC_NO. The data element should be of type CHAR and length 000010. The technical name of the data element is /BIC/OW_######################.
Procedure
Check the log.
Check data element /BIC/OW_###################### in the repository. Activate data element /BIC/OW_###################### in the repository and check the activation log, if necessary.
0AC_DOC_NO - is important because this is key in DSO. This object have type CHAR and length 10. What i shoult do?

Activate the Infoobject 0AC_DOC_NO is not recognizing by system please re-activate this once again and check the transfer rules.

Unable to activate Transfer Rule

Hello Experts,
I am not able to activate Transfer Rule in my System ( BW 3.0).
I have written one routine and then when I am trying to activate I am getting below error messageu201D
Object 0NOTIFICATN_ATTR object version not found in table.
My Data Source name is 0NOTIFICATN_ATTR.
I have also tried to activate by using RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL but still no luck.
I also checked table TADIR and I can see entry over there.

Try to activate the transfer rules by executing the SE38 report - RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL.
Also check the note - 884385 , For 'RSAR' errors while activating update and transfer rules.

I've activated IO 0DISTR_CHAN, so his flow before and after. I went to load master data, but I found his transfer rule isn't yet activated. I tried to activated it but a error message like:

Message:    Statement concluding with "...LIKE" ended unexpect
Procedure
If the problem occurred during the data load or transport, activate the transfer rule.
If the problem persists, search in the SAP note system under 'RSAR 245'.

Problems to activate transfer rules and infosource 2lis_02_itm and 2lis_02_

hello,
now I am working with the 0PUR_C01 cube of purchasing and I want to active the data flow before for it.
I try to do it directly selecting data flow before in the activation settings of the cube, but I coludn´t
after that, I try to do it activating the transfer rules and the infosource separately but I get some errors, teh most important thing (because I have the same situation in other areas) is:
The creation of the export DataSource failed
Message no. RSBM035
Diagnosis
The creation of the DataSource &v1& was unsuccessful.
System Response
Whilst generating the export InfoSource, the metadata for a DataSource must be generated. An error arose when doing this.
Procedure
Consult the appropriate developer (function module: RSB1_OLTPSOURCE_GENERATE).

I activated others Infocubes, but I have the same problem for Infocubes with ODS inside they data flow,
I tried with some notes like: 538052 and I enter the client but not the user or the server, I proved the RFC Connection too.
But the bug issue is the export data source creation that failled everytime, right now I try to solve this and the log says some error about the syntax error in transfer routine for the infobject 0GN_R3_SSY this object exist as characteristic and his convertion routine is ok (because I verificated) and exist as part of the transfer rule but I don't know how to go to the routine creator for check this point.

Not possible to edit "Smart drums" tracks

I have not been able to find out how to edit "Smart Drums" tracks. I am not even sure that it is possible. As far as I know all the other "Smart" instruments are editable so it is a mystery why the drums are not.
If anyone knows how to do it please let me know. Otherwise I would suggest that Apple add this functionality in an update.

Titles are not possible to edit or double click in a project anymore...!? something locked?

Hello,
in my project which worked fine for weeks I have to do title changes for different countries.
Now it is impossible to double click or edit the titles anymore.
I can create new titles but I can't edit them in this project.
When I create a new project I can edit titles.
Could there be sth locked in this project...!? Please help.

Template Selection Not possible whicle creating Project Structure

First create a template in templates view of cProjects
this template is based on project type... Means you can have different templates for different project types..
Then select the project type for which you have created template, then only they will be visible in dropdown...

Error RSAR 245 - Can't activate Transfer Rules in BI 7.0

Hello SAP community!
I'm working with BI 7.0 trying to create an Infosource for loading an InfoObject (Z version of 0MATERIAL but with less attributes) from a Flat File (CSV file).
In my Datasource/Transf.Struct fields are of types CHAR, DATS, and NUMC since I am reading from a flat file. Target attributes and characteristic are of the same data types (CHAR, DATS, NUMC).
The error message is:
Error generating program
Message no. RSAR245
Diagnosis
An error occurred during program generation:
Template:   RSTMPL80
Error code: 6
Row:        47
Message:    Statement concluding with "...LIKE" ended unexpect
Procedure
Correct the template to remove the problem.
I am new to BI 7.0 and just have experience with BW 3.5.
I have searched for OSS notes and found several like 587869, 596749, 602318, but after reading the notes I still don't know if the problem is a support package is missing or whether I am missing some activity/action during creation of Infosource (since I'm new to BI 7.0).
I have checked SU53 right after error message occurs and it says that "The last authorization check was successful", so I don't think it is an authorization problem.
Can anybody help?

Hi Maro,
If you are running on a support package less than 10 please upgrade and try as we had issues with data load from flat file , we got rectified after patch level upgrade.
Ideally if possible move on to SP14 , which is a bit stable and eliminates some of the issues automatically.

The deletion of the communication structure for InfoSource 8ZPOS_O13 is not possible. InfoObject 0BASE_UOM of the communication structure is still being used. This use must be undone first.
Concretely the communication structure of an InfoSource can only be deleted if there are no update rules for InfoCubes and no transfer structures for source systems for this InfoSource.
System response
Activity was finished without database change.
Procedure
Check the use of your InfoSource 8ZPOS_O13 in the transfer structures. Delete all existing transfer structures of your InfoSource 8ZPOS_O13.
Check the use of your InfoSource 8ZPOS_O13 in update rules for InfoCubes. Delete all existing update rules for your InfoSource 8ZPOS_O13.
Afterwards, you can delete your communication structure for InfoSource 8ZPOS_O13.
where as i have deleted all update rule for the infosource ZPOS_O13 . but still i m not able to change it .
I have check ed it and it not lock in any req . so please let me know how can i proceed .

you may need to check the transfer structures,
right click infosource and 'change', click 'comm.structure'/expand,
click 'transfer', move the 0BASE_UOM from left to right side,
or if you wont use the comm structure anymore, you can right click infosource and 'delete comm structure'

Not able to edit service ticket (complaint) in CRM

Hi,
The service ticket (complaint) in CRM has been replicated to R/3 as credit memo request, but the document in CRM is not able to edit. The error message is " Document is being processed, not possible to edit".
I checked in SMW01, those tickets are unprocessed status, tried to reprocess but not to edit the document. Also tried to manully send to R/3 using toolbox transacton but no luck. I tried to push stucked queues in CRM but not moving.
Pls suggest me what is the way to reprocess the stucked BDoc in CRM.

Hi Sandeep,
This happens when the document is distributed to ERP Systems. There are certain Item Categories that are sent to ERP System and only once the confirmations comes from those system you can further process those document.
You won't find any errors there.
You can check the BDOC Entries and then can find the target system where the document was distributed. And then logon onto that system and release that document.
