NZERROR: nzos_Handshake failed(29024) while adding Essbase to EAS (SSL)

Hello Guru,
I am trying to implement SSL for Essbase server on EPM 11.1.2.1, while I am trying to add essbase server in EAS console using SSL mode, it's giving "NZERROR: nzos_Handshake failed(29024)"
Still I am able to access Essbase in secured mode through MAXL.

This is what the error code means
NZE-29024: Certificate validation failure
Cause: The certificate sent by the other side could not be validated. This may occur if the certificate has expired, has been revoked, or is invalid for another reason.
Action: Check the certificate to determine whether it is valid. Obtain a new certificate, alert the sender that there certificate has failed, or resend.

I am sure that I am giving correct credentials as I did it couple of times.I just added the essbase server as LOCALHOST and username as ADMIN and password as PASSWORD and confirm password as PASSWORD.I am not sure where I am making mistake.or Do I need to configure anything after adding the ADMINISTARTION SERVER through CONSOLE.
Please let me know if you have any idea on this.

Yes,While configuring essbase server,it has asked me to provide userid and password twice.
First time:
By default it came with userid as hypuser.But i changed it to essadmin(This is the user which i have created in database specifcally for essbase).
Second Time:
After the above step is completed ,when i click next,It was asking the for userid.By default it came with admin.I left it as it is and provided password as password.
After this it took several mins to configure and finally came out successfully.
Now my doubt is that Do I need to provide essadmin(which i have given while configuring essbase server) while adding essbase server through CONSOLE?.

During the step, Adding the oracle Database Resource to the fail safe

While adding/Changing member in planning it gives the error "The SQL operation failed with an error code: 0"

Hi, While adding/Changing member in planning it gives the error "The SQL operation failed with an error code: 0" and not allowing any of the changes. I am not able to open the forms giving the error as "Fiscal Days Input - is invalid". Interestingly one form was opening, when the Page selection is changed it also started giving error as like "Fisacal Days Input(form name) - is invalid check log for details". Pls advice us that what is this error and how to resolve this. And Which log is to be referred for the details. Thanks Ravi

If a form is invalid it generally means that one of the dimension references is missing. Can you get in to edit the form? If you can, see if you can preview it. I suspect you will not be able to. If not, check all dimension boxes have at least one member against them. If you have multiple rows and/or columns check all of them too. I've had a couple of forms in dev "drop" a dimension reference but only once or twice so not enough to reproduce or find out what is causing it. Each time I got the "form invalid" error message and managed to fix it. Hope this helps.

Alex just a quick response to your advice re disabling AV, this did not work for me, after more searching the internet for a solution I found a post from 2013 where one poster offered the advice to go one step further, and it was to remove the AV package
completely, the package in question was KIS2013. I have KIS2015 and figured I would try it as I was getting a little frustrated with the constant failure to create a virtual switch.
Anyway, it worked for me, I removed KIS, rebooted, and the VS was created on the first attempt without any issue. So simply pausing/disabling the AV from within the AV program may not be enough, I suspect that some may work and others not, as in the case
of KIS. I wonder also if you disable the AV services at start-up if this would also work but I did not try it.
Anyway to other people experiencing this issue, I suggest disabling AV first as per Alex's advice, and if this does not work for you then suggest trying to remove the AV before doing anything more drastic like re-installation of OS as I have seen suggested
in more than one place.

Just wanted to add, it is also worth 'excluding' any Hyper-V folders from the AV engine, I did not try this before removing KIS2015 so it may work without the need to remove your AV product, but on re-install I have now exluded the folders as suggest by

While adding a software component in the SLD, i am getting the below error. Can anybody please suggest me the possible reason for the same.
Storing changes to persistence failed. Please check both your J2EE engine and database are in a healthy running state. (Error: CIM_ERR_FAILED: [NWMss][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Could not allocate space for object 'BC_SLD_CHANGELOG' in database 'X7A' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full.)
Also i would like to know what is a software unit in a SLD??

Error while adding a used relationship between the New DC and the Web DC

Hi Gurus
We are getting the Error in NWDS while Adding a used relationship between the New DC and the Web DC.
Steps what we are Done
1. Create the custom project from inactiveDC's
2.creating the project for the component crm/b2b in SHRAPP_1
3.After that we changed the application.xml and given the contect path.
4.Then we tried to add Dependency to the custom create DC we are getting the error saying that illegal deppendency : the compartment sap.com_CUSTCRMPRJ_1 of DC sap.com/home/b2b_xyz(sap.com.CUSTCRMPRJ_1) must explicitly use compartment sap.com_SAP-SHRWEB_1 of DC sap.com/crm/isa/ like that it was throwing the error.
so, we skip this step and tried to create the build then it is saying that build is failed..
Please help us in this regard.

After ur valuble inputs we have added the required dependencies and sucessfully created the projects, then building of the projects was also sucessfully done and EAR file was created.
We need to deploy this EAR file in CRM Application Server by using the interface NWDI.
For Deploying the EAR into NWDI, we need to check-in the activites what i have created for EAR. once i check-in the activites ,the NWDI will deploy the EAR into CRM Application Server.
In the Activity Log we are able to check the Activities as Suceeded but the Deployment column is not showing any status.
When i right click on my activity Id the deployment summery is also disabled.
So finally my Question is that where can i get the deployment log file, and where can i check the deployment status for my application..
Any pointers in this regard would be of great help..

 Cannot add additional approver
 We are now on SRM 5.5 and a document attached shows the
 patch levels
 from SPAM.
 In shop transaction, it is possible to change the
 default approvers,
 but not possible to Add.
 When we add, the system shows the list of available
 approvers, allows
 selection, but "transfer" button does not actually
 transfer.
 When the cart is saved, the added approval shows as "no
 approval
 available".
 We are using the standard workflows for 2 step approval.
 A document is attached to show what happens and the
 results of checks
 we have performed.
 BUS2121 also shows as ok when checked.
Any pointers what could be possible reasons.

Hi,
This error generally arises when your system datetime is not in sync with the Domain Controller datetime. Try following steps:
1. Check if the Windows Time Service is running on your machine or not. Try restarting this service and then restart host instances. Then run your script.

         I am using RHEL 5 - 64 bit Linux on 3-Tera Virtual host with Java 5,MySQL and adobe pre-configured Jboss 4.2 to install LiveCycle 8.2 and My intension is to get the Rights Management Service Installed . After configuring the .ear files(using Rights Management alc-lfs not excluded-solution component in the LCM CLI properties file ) and running the Jboss , I get the Jboss Running but with following Error

I tried to look for adobe-usermanager-dsc in the admin UI but did not find one over there . I even tried copying the adobe-usermanager-dsc.jar to pre-configured Jboss server/all/lib directory but that does'nt makes a difference .
I was suggested to use different combinations of excluded solution components in the cliProperties file
When I used the following list of   excludedSolutionComponents I did not see the (ERROR [com.adobe.idp.dsc.startup.DSCStartupServlet] DSC Startup failed. Reason: Internal error.) but still the dobe-usermanager-dsc does not starts and I get the same errors of (com.adobe.idp.dsc.registry.ServiceNotFoundException: Service: DirectoryManagerService not found.) when the LCM CLI reaches installing the Rights Management DSC.

Anybody could provide the solution or rootCause to this issue(I know this error is throwing by pricing pipe line but why its throwing I am not getting) Please any body tell me ASAP, I am gated with this issue.

I don't know much about promotions, But it looks like that there is some problem while applying some promotions for the added item.
Check for this id:200131
atg.commerce.pricing.PricingException: Failed to get an adjuster for pricing model Item Discount - Percent Off:200131
        at atg.commerce.pricing.DiscountCalculatorService.getAdjuster(DiscountCalculatorService.java:361)
Try adding some other item.
FYI - if it's promotion issue and promotion for all order, issue will come for other item too

Error while adding space to the table space

HI Gurus
Can you please put some light on the error which i encountered while adding space to a tablespace
ALTER TABLESPACE "GISR_NDEX" ADD DATAFILE '+DATA2' SIZE 2G;
ALTER TABLESPACE "GISR_INDEX" ADD DATAFILE '+DATA2' SIZE 2G
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01119: error in creating database file '+DATA2'
ORA-17502: ksfdcre:4 Failed to create file +DATA2
ORA-15041: diskgroup space exhausted
Any suggestion is highly apprciated .

Try creating smaller files or adding disk space.
