    Nokia has not announced any specific availability dates for any region/country.
    All that has been published is here:

    where there's the statement "expected to ship in the second quarter of 2009".
    That means it'll probably ( "expected" is not the same as "guaranteed" ) be available somewhere in the world by the end of June.
    Of course, it could also mean that it will be available somewhere in the world as early as 1st of April, too.
    Note that if you are after operator customized versions, they also usually come only 2-3 months later than so called unlocked or SIMfree models.
    So, if the unlocked model comes in some regions at the end of 2nd quarter (end of June), it could be August/September before it is available in your part of the world (where ever that is), depending on the situation.
    If you subscribe to Nokia press releases via http://www.nokia.com/press then when it actually starts to ship somewhere, you'll get notified via email.

    According to SAP's feedback, SPS10 is scheduled for release today (24-11).
    I have checked but it is not available yet.
    I suggest to check next Monday.
    I will also do so and feedback.

  • Why hasn't apple set an official release date on the new ipod touch 5th generation?

    I was really happy to preorder the new Ipod touch and thinking it was going to be shipped when the iPhone came out. But why do we have to wait until october ?

    Correction the ANNOUNCED it on the 12th of september.
    Nobody knows (except for apple of course). All it says on the ipod touch page that it ships in October so it could be any date. I predict that it is in the first two weeks of October but when it says buy it now instead of pre-order you know its about to come out.

    I wondered if there was an planned official release date for the JDK1.4.
    Some of our management are very weary of using a "beta" version and I also believe that the redistribution licence is different for the "beta" versions.

    Although there is no official release date for this version, in a recent Java Live chat session (http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/community/chat/JavaLive/2001/jl0925.html)
    Sherman Dickman, product manager at SUN, was asked about the release of 1.4 as a product and replied �The first Release Candidate will ship at the beginning of 2002, and the Final Product will ship in the first quarter of 2002�.
    The Release Candidate is now out so I guess the full release is due out in the next 2+bit months

    If I pre-order an album prior to its official release date, does anyone know at what time of day during the release date I can download it?
    The album in question is released tomorrow (April 25). Can I download it at midnight? If so, midnight in what time zone?

    p13, you will be notified by e-mail when the store has placed the album in your account for download. Don't attempt to download prior to that because if there are any extras you will not get them. Word of warning, the one time I pre-ordered, I wasn't notified until about 5PM that the download was available in my account.

    Just wondering if anyone knows the official release date for the Zen Micro in all colors... more specifically pink? On the creative website it says that it is currently not in stock... on e-bay it says they will ship out on the december 5 release date, and on amazon.com it says they will ship out on the february 5, 2005 release date? Which date (if any) is right? I am trying to buy a Micro but I only want a pink one and don't want to wait until February... can anyone help? eek!

    I just got an email back from Creative customer support and they said they "do not have a specific availability date at this time." Don't know if that means they are released but none are in stock, or if they are not yet released.
    Oh well

    Does anyone know of an official date for the UK release Of the new Nano. It seems everywhere else is available except Europe? I always thought Apple released products on the same day or near enough.

    There is no official release date for the Lumia yet. WP8 will be launched on October 29 though so we can expect phones shortly after that. November 1st sounds like likely date (even though it might be in a limited scale).
