I just purchase iphone 5c, and I made my iturne account, in order to downloan the app I have to put my payment information. But always shows " your credit card payment information doesn't match your bank's records". and I tried three different card shows same thing.

Check out the article below to troubleshoot issues with adding the credit card to your iTunes. You may just need to remove all card accounts and set it to None and then try adding the account again.

According to iTunes, my credit card information does not match my bank's records. But, the information I filled in is all correct. How can I resolve or manage this situation?

The exact NAME, ADDRESS and POSTAL code MUST match whatever is on file with bank. Also, make sure you select VISA , MC etc. This just happened to me when I updated a new card. Also you will get a $1.00 authorization on your account that will fall off in a few days. Don't be alarmed.

I don't know that you can purchase in one country and use it in another. Try contactoing Adobe support thru chat:

I see this as a common problem, please guide me as to what should be done to rectify it.
While opening \Payroll\Description, it gives message as under:

Hi,
I feel that "HR: Security Profile" option is not set properly, BZ of that screen is errors out.
Please check the following Profile Options
HR: Security Profile -- Enter the sec profile name which is business Group name
HR: Business Group -- Your Business Group Name
Note: If you set the HR: Security Profile optional first, then system will sets the HR: Business Group profile option too automatically.

I bought a creative cloud plan from 500px, but when I try to redeem the license code I get the following message: "This card was purchased in a country that does not match your Adobe ID. You can try signing in with a different Adobe ID or get in touch with us if you need help".
500px did not sell this to me as a product which could only be used in the USA.
This question has been posed previously - suggestions include changing the country associated with your adobe ID. However I have doubts as to the legality of this as why else would this restriction be in place if it were not for tax reasons.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Unfortunately we can't change the country associated with an Adobe ID but have the following options:
- you can create a new Adobe ID with the country using a different email address
- if you'd prefer to use your current email address please contact Adobe http://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html who can assist you to
make a change to your existing ID that will allow you to create a new ID with the original email address.

I've moved and now the itunes store will not let me update my account to match the bank records. It gives me the error "Your credit card information does not match your bank records." when in fact it does.

Nothing on Apple's services has worked correctly since they started this iCloud c**p. Did anybody there actually think this through before implementing it? I can't get on iCloud because I only have one email account and it's associated with no less then three Apple IDs (their server hiccups and I get locked out.) Now I can't make purchases in iTunes.

If you are getting a message stating that you are not verified. Then you might have not received the iTunes Store verification email. You will need to contact iTunes Customer Support. They will be able to verify your store account. Then you will be able to sync your iPod Touch while signed into your store account. Your iPod Touch should allow you to purchase your Apps from that point on.

i have no way of finding out which address Itunes has on record - but i know my cc is ok, because i just purchased something in Amazon. i tried every combination of my address, and made sure the security code was correct.
