The additional Fraudsafe security feature used by Mastercard and Visa when buying products will not load since the Firefox update so no purchases can be made and I have to swap to using Internet Explorer instead :(

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

The iCloud storage is meant for your backup, you do not get more space on iPhone.
You can by connecting to computer iTunes for update then you will not have space problem

What did you update 10.8.2 from exactly? 10.6.8 maybe?

Just updated Safari in 10.7.5 and now it will not load (beach ball)

.dmg and. zip webpages will not load through all browsers so I cannot download from sites

i have had this problem since i bought my Mac Book. When trying to load a .zip or a .dmg webpage, it will start loading the page and than stop. Without dispaying nothing only a white page. I wont show me any errors or nothing, just stop loading,
I have upgraded to snow leopard maybe it will stop doing this but useless. I tried using Safari, Google Chrome and Mozilla and still the same.

i tried everything you told me but its still not working. When i try and download its redirecting me as every download page should do, so that ok. But when the .dmg and .zip page will start loading it will stay blank and stop loading on.
I checked the download folder and even the preferences and nothing is showing up. I think its more of a permission problem than from the browser since all browsers are doing this.
I had Norton 2010 installed and was removed maybe it was the source of the problem but still.
More help is greatly appreciated.

Adobe Reader and Internet Explorer will not load the lastest version of a PDF off a website.

Even after trying to force a refresh with Ctrl - F5 the newest version of the PDf will not load.
We have tried clearing IE cache and restarting, and this does not fix the issue.
This issue is showing up on mutliple user accounts.
This is happening on IE 9 and 10, and several different version of Adobe read 9 and 10.

Okay. If you can provide an external example for me to look at I will know more. In the meantime, let's start by determining if this really is related to a locally cached file. Instead of clearing the IE cache, use the Windows Disk Clean-Up tool (in Start > All programs > Accessories > System Tools) to clean up as much as possible. With IE and Reader closed, I would certainly check "Temporary Internet Files" "Offline Webpages" and "Temporary files" and you can clean-up more if you want. See if this solves the problem (it should). If this solves the problem then at least we will have confirmed that there is something on cached locally that it causing the problem.

TS1424 downloaded itunes and itunes store will not load

I've installed Itunes from the Apple website, I need to access my account to deauthorise all previous computers however the Itunes store will not load up,any ideas?

What I don't get about this community is how come we have to rely on other users to guess how to fix major problem....SHOULDN'T BE Apple's duty to surf these users issues and give the RIGHT ANSWER ASAP!!!!!

I don't believe firefox is the issue but for some reason pictures and certain websites will not load correctly. Why?

This just started happening a few days ago. When I go to facebook the pictures are distorted and nearly impossible to discern who is in them. I also go to many different websites that do not load correctly. Not sure if it's java, adobe, or something else but it makes browsing the internet not fun. HELP!

I have the same problem. It seems to be due to FireFox 4.0 being unable to load certain embedded content, which Firefox 3 was able to load properly.

I love Firefox when it works. I receive pop up messages to upgrade, upgrade and finally when I can't take it any more I upgrade and then BAM! It doesn't work; won't load nothing - nada. NO Firefox on my Windows 7 desktop.

I think when uninstalling you may also have to choose (tick) to delete the preferences and other personal data like the bookmarks, stored passwords etc. to erase completely. If you are installing afresh, please try right-clicking on the file and '''Run as administrator''' to install. And when uninstalling, please also make sure choose to delete all data and also manually delete any '''Mozilla''', '''Mozilla Firefox''' or '''Firefox''' from %appdata%, %localappdata% and %programfiles%. You can open a location by typing for eg. %appdata% in the '''Run''' box (Windows key + R). You may also have to check the '''VirtualStore''' folder in %localappdata%. Files in the VirtualStore can be problematic. I think a clean installation may help.

Please note that using system restore would usually damage the Firefox installation.

Siteminder and KM - Document will not load in browser

Hello SDN,
I have posted this in the KM Forum as well, but wanted to post here as well since EP owns the Authentication for KM.
We have setup our EP6 SP2 portal to use Netegrity Siteminder for authentication. This works fine until we try to directly access a document in KM Content.
For example if we try to access a text file located at http://portal.server.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/ipaper_kmcontent/ipep/public/images/$images.readme.txt
We are prompted by Siteminder for Authentication which is successful then we just get a blank screen.
However if I take off the text file name and just leave the folder name /Images/ it loads but with the following screen
The folder you are looking for has no displayable content
You can try one of the following:
Access the folder using the User interface navigation.
Access the folder as a Web folder. You operating system and browser dictate whether this works.
If I click on the User Interface Navigation link it does load the folder contents and then I can click on the text file and it will open,
Any ideas why it will not open the text file or any other document when I use the complete access URL ?

I recently accidently erased over 7,000 pictures from Iphoto when I securely deleted them by accident and could not recover them. Now i'm starting from scratch by inserting my sim cards from my cameras to get the photos back, but everytime I click on Iphoto it doesn't load anything just black screen with spinning wheel, i understand i won't have any albums considering all the pictures are gone. I tried tie option command while opening and it didn't work. Do I have to redownload Iphoto totally? If i do can you explain each step in detail? Thank you so much in advance

Create a new Library. The only one was damaged by the mass deletions.
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
