Open c won't turn on

my zte open c died today. Battery was 1/3, and i plugged it into car charger, and it went blank, and is now unresponsive in every way, its not "bricked" it is a brick.
i had the zte open for about 5months and it went the same way, except in that case the battery went flat, and the phone refused to charge or wake up.
Mozilla, ZTE SUCKS. sorry, i had high hopes, but this is bullshit.
and i spent all last Friday/Sat, learning how to install andoid with gapps, so i could use audible,
and it worked awesome for the week (except for camera didn't work) and of course the sound went weeks earlier.
Guess i'll get a Samsung, privacy doesn't matter much in australia now anyway,
oh the question, for wat its worth, any chances theres something to be done to reset or fix this brick, besides throwing it at a wall. err?
i'd appreciate my money back, though i doubt i'll get it, or a phone that effn works for more than, oh i don't know, a yr might be nice, maybe two......

I understand the frustration since the phone will not turn on. The testing we can do here in the forum are limited and if we do not succeed, please contact the place of purchase for the device to check out the hardware warranty.
#Let the phone charge on a charger, other than the car charger for a bit, do you see the battery on the screen after leaving it on the charger for at least half an hour to an hour?
#Have you replaced the battery since it went flat?
#After a charge, see if you can adb devices to see if it detects the driver.

Follow the procedure below to troubleshoot this issue.

To eject the Disc, hold the Mouse button down, (or what passes for it on a Laptop), while powering up, if you also hold the Option key down at the same time it should eject & give you a chance to insert your install disc & wait for it to shw as a Boot option.
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Tiger Mac OS X Install disc , then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, *you must select your language first.)*
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Click the disclosure triangle to the left of the hard drive icon to display the names of your hard disk volumes and partitions.
5. Select your Mac OS X volume.
6. Click Repair. Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."
Then Safe Boot , (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it finishes.
If it appears to be time for An Archive & Install, which gives you a new OS, but can preserve all your files, APPs, pics, music, settings, etc., as long as you have plenty of free disk space...

N95 light won't turn off when slide open

I just find this, in rare occasions the backlight won't turn off and auto keylock not fuction(s/w) when the slide is open, but the phone is too shy to do it again after reboot, this is definitely a bug to me. It is a N95-1 with V21.0.016 f/w.

GX740 monitor won't turn on when lid is opened and weird HDD specs?

This is the second GX740 I have received after returning the first one due to a defective hard drive.
I have changed all the power options so that closing the lid does nothing except switch off the lid. However, when I close the lid and reopen it, the screen won't turn back on. The system itself is still on and working though (ie. cpu running, harddrives running) but its just the screen that won't turn on. The only thing I can do is hit the on/off button, which I have set to go to sleep. The funny thing is that when I hit the on/off button again and bring the pc out of sleep mode, the screen will start functioning normally (ie. when I close it and reopen it, the screen will turn on) but if I switch it off or restart it, then the monitor will not turn on when the lid is closed and opened again.
Also another very strange thing I noticed is that although my harddrive is a 320gb 7200rpm WD drive, the model number in Device manager is WD6400BEVT - which I'm guessing is the number for the 640gb drive?! This hasn't caused any problems so far but it seems very odd to me and I am just wary of complications in the future as I returned the first GX740 I got due to a defective harddrive
Also, I have updated windows 7 completely.
Any ideas?

It does seem the same issue and for that you should update the graphic drivers and VBIOS. You can find them here: http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=searchresult&keywords=GX740&table=download
Vbios is under Firmare and VGA drivers under Drivers.

If the rebuild doesn't help try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder (Snow Leopard and Earlier).
or with Lion and Mt. Lion from the User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto/
Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder
3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

Hello, my name is Bryan.
I've got a problem with my iPhone 5s. I opened my iPhone to fix an issue with the home button (Watched a guide on youtube on how to achieve this), and I connected everything as it is supposed to go, my home button is working but now my screen won't turn on or the phone won't play any sounds. I know the phone it's on because I can connect it to the computer and the computer recognizes it. Also, I tried calling it, and it rings on the phone I am calling from, but my iPhone simply won't play any sounds...
I am also sure the phone is not in DFU mode.
Any help?
