Open pdf in IE using #toolbar = 0 does not display read mode menu

I m trying to open up a pdf document using IE 9 and Adobe Reader XI and if I have the toolbar hidden the first time the document displays the read mode menu bar does not display. I have to refresh the browser to get the read mode menu to display.
How do I get the read mode menu bar to display every time?
I have been able to reproduce this issue consistently using the link : http://www.adobe.com/misc/pdfs/TM_GuideforThirdPartiesFinalPrint.pdf#toolbar=0&navpanes=0

I mean, When I click on link which contains the PDF, The link gets open in another TAB of browser but not in proper format, please refer below mentioned screen shot.

Can't Open Final Cut - "Waveform Cache Files Folder does not have read/....

I am new to Final Cut and macs, so please bear with me.
I have created an animation in Final Cut pro (5) using stills. The project takes up a lot of space, which is why I have moved the 'Final Cut Documents' file onto my external hard drive. However, I relocated/reconnected the project files when I next opened the project and all was peachy.
Last night when I had the project open I got errors about not being able to save the project. This was my first problem, but is now insignificant compared to this new problem this morning:
I cannot open Final Cut. I have an error saying 'The Waveform Cache Files Folder does not have read/write access. Please select a new folder in the System Settings Dialog or correct the problem on disk'. Final Cut then proceeds to shut down, so I cannot change any user settings within the program.
I have made all Final Cut folders read/write as well as my external hard drive and anything else with Final Cut on it. It still presents this warning.
A final confession: last night in (I think?) User Preferences I changed some of the settings to my external hard drive (I'm not even sure what settings...I just checked boxes next to the Hard Drive and unchecked a box next to the laptop drive), hoping it would just save the project to it, rather than on my laptop. This may have contributed to this new problem...maybe not.
PLEASE HELP...this animation is due Monday.

Thanks for your reply - it sounds like it will work, but I can't delete one of (yes, I made multiple copies, but have been able to delete the others) the Waveform Cache Folders as it comes up with the error "The operation cannot be completed because one or more required items cannot be found. (Error code -43)." Is this the cause of my problems? How do I fix it?

Using SSH banner does not display

Anyone using SSH able to get the motd banner to display before the username entry? I upgraded from 12.2 to 12.3(14)T5 on a 3640 and the banner displays but only after you login. We were using motd banner to warn people of "Authorized use only."

I have both motd and exec banners configured.
I also tried incoming and login banners.
But for some reason it seems to work ok with plain telnet but not for ssh.
When I use ssh motd will not display before I login but it does after I login, like exec normally does.

Safari toolbar button does not show popover or menu

Brpwser does not display router setup menu

I have my laptop connected by cable, and have tried to access the router's setup menu with Internet Explorer 6 and firefox. I enter the password admin and the browser displays a web page with the following text

I want to change the wireless channel for my desktop which is connected with a wireless linksys pci card. I even disabled the laptop's wireless connection and the windows firewall.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Please make sure that the computer that you're using to access the router's setup page has no firewall (I mean to say firewall should be turned off, anti-virus, zonealarm and other security softwares). Make sure that you've cleared the cache as well (open an Internet explorer browser>on the top part of the page select tools>internet options>hit delete cookies, files and clear history)... Try another computer too. If ever none works, it might be necessary to upgrade the router's firmware.

Lightroom 5.3 does not display visualize spots menu - any ideas?

I have installed lightroom 5.3 on my desktop at home (upgrading from 5.2 and previous versions all the way back to V1). I do not get the menu showing visualize spots which is VERY frustrating since it will be a very useful tool. I ahve also installed 5.2 on my laptop and here I do get the tool. Any ideas on what I can do to fix the problem? Some setting? Bad install?

PS CC does not display images

I use (hope to) PS CC in combo with LR and Windows 8. When I select right click in LR and edit in PS CC, PS loads but does not display the image. If I look in PS under recently opened files, the file imported from LR shows. If I initiate the opening of the file from PS, it does not display. If I initiate the opening of any image file from CC, it does not display. What is the problem and how do I work around it??? Thank you.

Update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website. If you can't update the driver for some reason, then turn off the GPU features in Photoshop's preferences until you can get a working version of your video card driver.

OK, have managed to resolve this. The plugs ins are all registered in the registry, but no version is assigned.
Adding the version number (in my case 12.1.0.883) to each of the plug ins has solved my issue.
Under Regedit
Local Machine, Software, Business Objects, Suite 12.0, Enterprise, Auth Plugins
I do think this is a compatibility issue between install for CRS & SAP Business One, as we don't get the issue where SAP Business One is not installed.

When openning a PDF file, a new tab will open but it will be blank, it does not download or open any pdf files, this just started the last 3 days....!!!!

I am on the verge of deleting Firefox from my computer as it has wasted hours of my time, and none of the online trouble-shooting answers are of any help.
Until recently I could open PDF files in my browser window, and today its impossible to open any pdf file, it will not even download if I choose to download it.
This issue has been going on and off for nearly a year, and I downloaded Nitro PDF add-on to solve it previously as the Adobe reader add-on didn't do anything. Today In the options menu of applications where I can select the program I want to open the PDF files with I can no longer find the NitroPDF reader as an option, so I choose the Adobe add-on and no matter how many re-starts it refuses to initiate any PDF files, all I get is a open and empty new tab.
Internet explorer opens PDF files fine, so I know its not computer related.
I am running Windows Vista Ultimate, Firefox Version 19.0.
If there is a way of fixing this, please help because currently I am at the end of my patience.

Hey thanx for the help, it worked like a charm.
I think firefox changed the application lay out, as I used to be able to choose my PDF opener from the list at " Adobe Acrobat Forms Document' where I could choose Nitro-PDF reader, but it has now moved all the way to the bottom like you suggested to the obvious place of "Portable Document Format" section.
If someone didn't tell me , I wouldn't have scrolled all the way down to be able to find it... it really should be with all its cousins up the top...

Why can't I open pdf documents after using Adobe Reader security?

I have been able to open pdfs perfectly well up until I changed the security settings on Adobe Reader. As I read somewhere that Apples have an inbuilt pdf reader I trashed everything Adobe, but still can't open pdfs. Tried using Preview to no avail.
Is there some other way of opening pdfs without reinstalling Adobe?

You didn't think of mentioning that in your first post? So it's not Adobe Reader or Preview you are having problems with. It's pdf's in your browser!
For Safari, you need to remove the adobe pdf plugins which Adobe apparently screwed up. You need to remove:
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/AdobePDFViewer.plugin
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin
I think you can "get away with" removing just the second one. But both for sure should allow you to open pdf's in a browser (all browsers).

You can try a direct connection and select No Proxy in the connection settings.
You can find the connection settings in "Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection"
Also do a malware check with a few malware scan programs. 
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware. 
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.

My IPhone 4's mailing feature does not display the toolbar at the bottom for deleting, moving, or writing emails. What is wrong with it?

My work recently decided to buy every full time employee an IPhone 4 to be used for work purposes. (I do suspect these are refurbished, but I don't think that matters) I have had no trouble with it, except for on occasion the mailing feature does not display the toolbar at the bottom for deleting, moving, or writing emails. You know what I'm talking about...that bar at the bottom of the mailbox when you open an email that you use to delete, respond, forward, move, etc. It just goes away for no reason, and then reappears for a day or two, and goes away again. It is quite annoying since I can't respond to any of my emails without getting on my work computer. If you have any suggestions, please help!
