Open Target Quantity and Open Target Value in Contract

Hi,
When we execute transaction 'ME3N', it displays the report which is having columns as 'Open Target Quantity' and 'Open Target Value'. I have the similar requirement to read this 'Open Target Quantity' and 'Open Target Value' of contract.
Is there any table which stores these values or is there any function module which gives the value of 'Open Target Quantity' and 'Open Target Value'.

I tried to find that way too. But I was not able to get the table / field for 'Open Target Quantity' or 'Open Target Value'.
Now, I am looking for the logic to get the 'Open Target Quantity' and 'Open Target Value' in contract.

I dont see anything like open PR quantity. u cant have GR based on PR, even if it is an internal order an STO has to be cretaed out of this PR.
Check for more with ur functional consultant and design acordingly.

Dear Friends,
How can we get Open PO Quantity and Open PR Quantity?.
I used 2LIS_02_ITM, 2LIS_02_SCL to 0PUR_C01 Cube and 0PUR_DS03 DSO and I have done lots of R & D by using restrictions i.e. Delivery Completed indicator, I'm getting GR Qty, but not Open PO Qty..
And in teh same way how can I get Open PR Qty?. From EBAN table, I can create Generic DS, But is the any SAP Defined DS's apart from 0DF_IS_DFS_32

Material Confirmed quantity and Open quantity

Hi All,
I am working on a report where the user wants the material confirmed quantity and open quantity at the batch level. I know for open quantity VBBE-OMENG can work. Just need confirmation that this is the correct field. However for confirmed quantity I am not able to narrow it down to one field. I have the following fields as possibilities but not sure which is the right one.
1) VBBE-VMENG
2) VBEP-BMENG (This is the at the sales order level though. We need it at the batch level)
Can you please let me know if i have the right approach here? The report has Material, plant, sloc and batch along with a bunch of other fields.

you should extract the quantities from all the deliveries selected for material and batch, and selecting only open deliveries.
Use a selection like this:
    SELECT lips~MATNR lips~WERKS
           lips~CHARG lips~LFIMG
      INTO TABLE lt_lips
      from lips as lips
      INNER JOIN vbup as vbup
        on lips~VBELN = vbup~VBELN AND
           lips~POSNR = vbup~POSNR
     WHERE lips~MATNR = p_matnr
       AND lips~WERKS = P_WERKS
       AND lips~CHARG = P_CHARG
       AND ( vbup~WBSTA eq 'A' or
             vbup~WBSTA eq 'B' ).

I have a requirement that i need to get the all sales orders open values and delivery values. I need to build a logic for this scenario. could you please provide the logic for getting the open sales order values for respective customer.

But still I would like you to have a look at VA05 where both open quantity and open order value will flow. If you still feel to get the related tables, you can consider VBBE where you can get open order quantity

Not possible to archive REL status orders. Order should have CLSD status.
There is no relation between closing the order & period lock. What is the error you are getting while closing the order?? Post that error.
Hope, confirmations or goods movements might have been done for those PM orders. As settlement have not been done, Closing of order might have given the error.
If so, open FICO periods as per the order periods & do the settlement. Then close the order. Then try archival.
Note: As much as information you give, as fast as you will get proper responses. Keep more information in your thread always.

Report with open Purchase orders and open Goods Receipt (without invoices)

Dear All,
We require a report in purchasing which will show:
1. open purchase orders
2. open goods receipts
We do not want POs and GRs that have been created into invoices to be included in the report.
At the moment we tried ME2N with RECHNUNG in selection parameters but it includes invoices. We have tried other selection parameters and reports but the results are not helpful.
I have also checked SDN but there is no correct answer. Most of them specify the ME2N with RECHNUNG as a solution but this does not work for us.
Any help would be appreciated.

go to next screen....Go to change layout
Select to be deliverd(Qty) and Value, also to be invoice(Qty) & Value.

EKPO-ELIKZ "Delivery completed" indicator, This tell if the given PO line items has any open quantity or not.
Logic to find out if a given PO has Open Quantity or not is do the following:
    " select the PO Qunatity.
    SELECT SINGLE MENGE FROM EKPO INTO PO_QTY WHERE
    EBELN = ITAB_PO_LN-EBELN AND
    EBELP = ITAB_PO_LN-EBELP.
    " select the GR qunatity which has been received.
    SELECT SUM( MENGE ) FROM EKBE INTO GR_QTY WHERE
    EBELN = ITAB_PO_LN-EBELN AND
    EBELP = ITAB_PO_LN-EBELP AND
    BWART = '101'.
    " select GR Quantity which has been reversed.
    SELECT SUM( MENGE ) FROM EKBE INTO GR_REV_QTY WHERE
    EBELN = ITAB_PO_LN-EBELN AND
    EBELP = ITAB_PO_LN-EBELP AND
    BWART = '102'.
    POSTED_QTY =   GR_QTY - GR_REV_QTY .
    OPEN_QTY = PO_QTY - POSTED_QTY.

Open Order Quantity for open sales orders

Is there a standard SAP Report that gives the open order quantity for every open sales order. "Open" is defined as any order quantity that has not shipped. Delivery creation is not the same as shipment. VA05 Report does not contain enough information to calculate the open order quantity for an ERP-based backlog report.

Try VA05 schedule lines standar variant...include status fields and both ordered qty and confirmed qty. In SAP standard system order status, status A means open orders fully (Nothing shipped, everything opened). Status B means in process orders (Partially processed - shipped). Status C means complete orders (Nothing opened). As there is no delivered qty in VA05, you need to download to excel the file and calculate the difference between both qty fields for each A and B status. That is a way to get the missing qty to be delivered or open qty as you stated.

In EKPO Table u select this fields Purchase Document no and Item no of Purchsing Document , Material no , and Purchase Order Qty.
In MSEG Table u select this fields Purchase Document no and Item no of Purchsing Document , Material no , and Qty.
Both Tables having Purchase Document no , So Purchase Doucment no throguh u will get the Material and qty , Finally u Subract the both Material Qty's .
u will get the Open Po For particular Material.

When I open fire fox and open uther lings I'm geting masage that fire fox is not resonding and some time loads after a while and some time not.

Try to update to Firefox 24 (just been released).
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
