ORACLESERVICESID is not getting started

Question

Hi Support Team,
Here iam in desperate need of an instant support from your side. We have installed SAP BI 7.0 on Windows 2003 server with oracle 10g as a database.My Server is not getting started as i found that my ORACLESERVICESID is not in started mode.When iam trying to start the sevice manually it gives an error saying that " Error 1053 : The service did not respond to the start or control request in timeley fashion".
When iam trying to connect to the database, it gives me an error " ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error." .
I have checked the notes no : 441518.We tried re-creating the service again but that too cannot make the server up.
Kindly assist us in relsoving this issue as it is of Very high priority here.

Thank you for the reply. I have checked the status of ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME. Both are shpowing towards the right paths.Below i have pasted tnsnmaes.ora and listner.ora files. Please check that :
