Order history page

So my orders are showing on my order history page now. Dare I hope for tracking numbers soon?

Hi Manish-Sharma,
Thank you for your reply. It is very much appreciated.
I tried answering in the forum on the message page, but as previously, the forum entry level for some reason rejected my screen name, which is "stehkoyeh", saying it was already taken and yes, I am properly logged in. I guess it's not my night.
Regarding attaching the jpeg image, I looked for a reply field, but I guess not having my screen name accepted prevented me accessing it. I thought therefore it could go on the email, but I was unaware it couldn't be done.
I can 'see' now my email reply posted, but I honestly didn't realize that only text gets through, not images.
I am really grateful for now being able to download PSE10, which is downloaded and safely installed and working fine. I thank you personally for making this possible.
Anyway, thanks also for staying with me, it being so late on a Sunday here on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.
Your Help service, although difficult for me personally, has been wonderful, because it did what it was supposed to, in spite of my errors!
Regards,
Gareth

  • HT2376 How do i retrieve a lost key code for Pro if it is older than 18 months ? which is the longest you can look at on the orders history page.

    I Upgraded to quicktime pro years ago on my pc , then when i got a mac i purchased another copy for mac. I ve now gone back to pc and want to retrieve my old key code. The check your order history only goes back 18 months and i think i got mine about 4 years ago . Any advice ? or do i need to buy another copy . Cheers

    Regardless of what any of us think, the fact is that Apple no longer provides lookup of orders older than 18 months. Why they chose this none of us here can say, but that's what they have decided. So it's no longer possible to look up a QuickTime key purchased more than 18 months ago. If the user failed to keep a copy of the email or otherwise record the key, as Apple themselves advise, then a new QT Pro key will be required.

  • Why won't the re download link on my order history page for my product PSE10 not work?

    Hi Folks,
    I purchased PSE 10 Jan 30, 2012.
    I lost some apps due to some bad blocks and now I wish to re download my product, PhotoShop Elements 10. The download link on "MY ORDERS" page <https://www.adobe.com/account/account-orders.html> is unresponsive. I click and double click and nothing happens.
    I had a dmg in my download folder and when I double clicked I got this message:
    Can anyone help plese. Time is of the essence.
    Thanks,
    Gareth

  • Re: No order confirmation or order history

    I made an online order this morning as well, but mine is to ship out rather than pick up. I never got a confirmation email from BBY, nor is my order showing up on the order history page. I did get a confirmation of the order from PayPal, however. Unlike you though, my order is still MIA. Is there some kind of glitch happening today with ordering? I've never had this problem before.

    Good evening brent_ohara-
    I apologize for an inconvenience that you might have been under by not receiving your confirmation email after you placed your recent order with Best Buy. It has come to my attention that there was a maintained preformed on BestBuy.com that delayed some confirmation emails.
    I took the opportunity to review your order using the email address that you used to register on the forum, and confirmed that it’s processing accordingly. You should now be able to view the order history on your BestBuy.com account. If you continue to have trouble locating the information, feel free to reach out to me.

  • Pass values to OAF search page (View Purchase Order History)

    I need to call a OAF page from a PO Approval Notification. I need to call page View Purchase Order History (func:ICX_PO_REVISIONS).
    I am able to create the URL (using function FND_RUN_FUNCTION.get_run_function_url) and when I click on the link it opens the page fine, but it’s a page that contains simple search region and I need to populate the Operating Unit and PO Number fields (I can easily get from the PO) of the search fields, this will allow the user to just click the go button.
    Is it possible using the function FND_RUN_FUNCTION.get_run_function_url and passing parameters (field values) or setting the URL to JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=ICX_PO_REVISIONS&akRegionApplicationId=177&addBreadCrumb=Y&CorePO=Y and then passing the parameters?
    How would you achieve this if possible, call the page and populate the search field values? It does not seem to work, I have been able to pass paramaters to an OAF page that does not contain a simple search region to return results.
    Function paramaters:
    FND_RUN_FUNCTION.get_run_function_url (
    p_function_id => 3101,
    p_resp_appl_id => 201,
    p_resp_id => 50598, -- MS Purcahsing Superuser
    p_security_group_id => 0,
    p_parameters => 'PoNum=' || l_document_id || '&' || 'retainAM=Y' || '&' || 'addBreadCrumb=Y',
    p_override_agent => NULL,
    p_org_id => 101,
    p_lang_code => NULL,
    p_encryptParameters => FALSE);
    Thanks,
    Shaun

    What I found is there are 2 variables SiteName and SiteName1, if you use SiteName1 then it shows proper value as a site description. I replaced SiteName with SiteName1 and it works. This might help to all who are like me and trying Tutorial example.
    I am not sure how many may have tried OAF - Tutorial examples. They are really complicated and not easy and in most cases they are not coming out in first try but if you really try then it will give lot of understanding.

  • I ordered at around 12:30AM pacific and it does not show in my order history.  When I look it up on the order status page, it just says "received and processing".  Do I have any chance of getting it on friday?

    I ordered at around 12:30AM pacific and it does not show in my order history.  When I look it up on the order status page, it just says "received and processing".  Do I have any chance of getting it on friday?

    It seems to depend on a variety of different things.
    Verizon appears to be going by the process time of orders, and not the order time of orders.  Your process time will be the timestamp on your confirmation email.
    It also depends on which model, GB, and color you ordered.  The 6+ were in high demand and low supply.
    It also depends on which warehouse (order location) your order was being processed through.  Verizon reps have told me that some warehouses have more of certain phones than others, and if your order went to a warehouse that doesn't have enough of that particular phone then you are SOL and will have to back for a backdated order.
    There is a possibility you will get it, but if you ordered any of the 6+ models, then it is unlikely.

  • Unable to Re-download Adobe Acrobat X Pro - Order History is Empty

    The SSD on my laptop computer failed, so after I got a new one and got Windows 7 loaded I logged into my Adobe account to re-download Acrobat X Pro.  I purchased the product in March 2012, and Adobe.com shows I have a registered copy of the product.  However, my order history is completely empty and I can't obtain a download link.  I attempted to initiate a live chat, but the application keeps referring me back to the support web site for answers instead.  The support site doesn't provide anything useful, other than to say that I should initiate a chat with a support person (which the site will not let me do).  Anyone have any ideas?

  • Downloading Lightroom 0.4 - no orders shown under in order history

    I have received the serial number for the Educational version of Lightroom 0.4 which I purchased recently, however no orders are displayed under my order history. Is there another way to download the product using the serial number?

    You don't need the serial number to download the product.  You only need it to activate the product.
    What you can do is download the trial version of the product and then use the serial number you now have to activate it.
    You can download it either from the Adobe site at (use the Try link):
    http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom.html
    or you can download it from the site linked below.  Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

    if you follow all 7 steps you can dl a trial here:  http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs5-5-direct-download-links.html
    use your serial to activate.
    if you see a dl error page, you didn't follow all 7 steps.
