Order Status not updating

Hello, 
I ordered something a few days ago and with it I chose to get the Express shipping (set to be delivered on Tuesday the 21st). However since then the Order Status has remained the same, I'm wondering if my purchase is still on time, or if there is some form of delay. No update emails have been sent out or anything.

  • Purchase Order Status not updating in SUS

    We are using SRM 4.0 in an extended classis setup and we are currently
    have issues with Purchase Orders in the SUS system that are invoiced
    and paid in SRM/R3 but in SUS they are still showing "In Process". The
    vendor has verified that the Purchase Orders have been paid.  My question is now that the PO's have been invoiced and still showing "In Process" in SUS is there any way to=update the status of the PO in SUS so that it displays the correct
    status?

    Have you tried to implement BBP_DOC_SAVE_BADI to recognize the creation of the invoice? This document should have the reference for the PO, if you have this relation then you can update status there, in the badi implementation...
    As Ramki says, you should raise an OSS message to ask for an standard way.

  • 128GB Gold 6+ order status not updating

    I'm having the same issue as most other people. I placed my order right after preorders began at 3:00am EST. I received a preorder confirmation email that stated the device would deliver by 9/19. I have tried checking that preorder confirmation number, and I keep getting messages that say "We are experiencing system issues, please try again later." If I do get to a screen where I can check the preorder confirmation number, it just says expected ship date not available at this time. I am having this device shipped to my place of employment, due to it having to be signed for. It would be nice if this information were readily available, so appropriate plans can be made to make that happen. It just blows my mind that Verizon knows what kind of demand they are going to see for these new devices, and yet it seems the ball is always dropped at launch.

  • Meta Knight pre-order has not updated at all.

    Hello, I preorder Meta Knight about 3 minutes after he went up for a little on Monday. I've started to see that a lot of people have gotten their order today while mine has stayed stuck on "preordered, release date is 02/20/2015" Since Monday. I haven't gotten any updates through email or text at all. So what's the deal? Is it a glitch of some kind? Could my Meta Knight have shipped but the status not update? Thank you.

  • Payment documents / Payment orders were not updated in RFFOEDI1 Program

    Hi,
    With F110 transaction i'm  printing Payment summary and Remittance form by using YDFI_RFFOEDI1 ( Copy of RFFOEDI1)
    Program variant.
    Spool is generating Payment summary and Remittance form along with Error log as below.
    Program YDFI_RFFOEDI1: No records selected
    The following payment documents/payment orders were not updated
    (Result of the payment document update)
        CoCd Payment document/Payment order
        1019 F110000001
    The accompanying payment media have not been generated
    YDFI_RFFOEDI1 Program variant is having Generate SAP Idoc check box as unchecked under Print control tab.

  • Service Order status  Not Changing From Resloved to Closed status

    The service order Status not automatically moving from Resolved to closed after 30days.
    Observation
    We Revived program Z program ,seems to be fine.
    I am set the program in debugging mode for testing the Service orders by  reduce the time duraion for staus resolved to closed, am getting the getting the Error Test determination procedure is not evaluated . 
    Point of dout
    1) Is there any relation between Test Determination Procedure and Z program.
    2) while am checking for Text Customing for Consistency I found an error Log.
    3) While creating Service Order Test field was Mandatory
                      for that have dout about is there any relation between for this program

  • Error in MR11: One or more purchase orders were not updated

    Dear Gurus,
    While posting MR11 for a account assigned purchase order i'm facing a error as "One or more purchase orders were not updated" under message ID CKMLGRIR 003.
    Diagnosis: An error occurred during the update. As a result, an entire processing package of purchase orders could not be cleared.
    I checked with the PO and it looks correct.
    What may cause this issue? I'm using 4.6C release.

  • DLV status not updated in Process order

    Hi guys,
    I did GR and got goods receipt documents but system is not updating  DLV status  in process order.
    Actually i have by-product and co-products as components in order. I did posting of by-product from Confirmation screen COR6N and for co-products i did MB31 and goods movement doc. get generated. Qty. is also updated in order but NOT the dlv status.

    Dear,
    This is System status and you cannnot maintain it manually once that Business Transaction(FULL Delivery) happens System will automatically sets that status.
    DLV status updated once Del completed tick is activated in order header, This tick will get uodated once you do GR for complete qty.
    You need to Final confirm (CNF) the Order to get the DLV Status.
    Or if the Delivery completed indicator is set in the Process Order, then also th System status will be DLV.
    If you want to make it manually then goto co02, enter the order, goto goods receipt tab page and activate delivery completed tick and save...DLV is activated in the head as status.

  • Open orders should not update in MD04

    Hi, SD gurus,
    I have the below requirement,
    My business scenario is
    when  total open sales order quantity crosses a particular number(Ex:1000 Pcs) in a month, after that whatever the sales order we create it should not update in MD04.
    Our Business process,
    1. Creating a sales order
    2. Allocation run (here system will execute Credit check, availability check, and listing an Exclusion etc. here we need to enter sales order no, plant, allocation type)
    3. Creating a delivery
    4. Invoicing the customer
    Note:
    Usually when we de check MRP type and allocation in Scheduline category system should not update in MD04, but if we de check this as for our business process system should  not execute Allocation run

    How users will check material wise?(suppose if sales order contains more than 100 line items and each line item will have its own requirement updates--will they do this material wise?)
    Is there any report which give the Status on Requirements for group of materials(MD04 status) in Standard SAP??

    Hi Sneha,
    Sale order cost estimate Generaaly used for MTO, it is carried out in sale order itself while creating sale order or after sale order creation, After run sale order cost estimate Eko2 condition( cost of goods sold) will added in to sale order.
    This value is taken while doing Billing as cost of goods sold
    Since you are trying to do estimate for closed order, i.e after billing, System is not updating the Eko2 value in old sale order

  • Transfer requirement status not updated after TO confirmation

    Hi Experts,
    I have an issue with transfer requirement which is not updated with completed status even after Transfer Order completed.
    Once TO is completed, relevant TR should be updated with completed status. We have many TR in open status even they are completed.
    Could you please help me out how to resolve the issue.

    You can use the Warehouse activity monitor (LL01) to select the completed TR's and select the d''delivery completed' button and this will get rid of them

  • SC Item in Transfer process active - follow on document status not updated

    Hi Gurus,
        Follow on document is not updated in SRM after PO creation. Ours is classic scenario (SRM 5.5, ECC6.0) and passed thru the following steps - SC (FFT) created, document approved, sent to SoCo, purchaser assigned vendor and created PO, PO created in ECC.
    In SRM SoCo screen displays message 'PO created 45xxxxxxxxxx'  successfully. Checked the BE PO 45xxxxxxx that was created successfully.
    Ran BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and CLEAN_REQREQ_UP jobs. jobs finished successfully. But status is not updated in SRM. RZ20/SLG1 does not have any errors.
    BBP_PD shows following statuses:
         I105   Awaiting Approval         X
         I1021 Created
         I1038  Complete
         I1106  SC ordered
         I1129  Approved
         I1111 Item in Transfer process 
                        The last status I1111 is still active.
    Any advise are welcome. Not sure if I am missing any OSS Notes.

    Hi,
    1. Check in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB if the entry exists use CLEAN_REQREQ_UP program.
    2. If entry in the table not exists then check in transaction BBP_PD if the follow on document ( PO ) Number reserved for
    the SC .. then use FM  BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT.
    3. none of these use normal process  execute BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER And then use CLEAN_REQREQ_UP

  • Open quantity in Sales Order did not update after cancelling Reserve Invoice

    Client created Credit Memo with reference to Reserve Invoice but this did not update the open quantity in Sales Order. Client is using SAP B1 8.82 PL9. I tested this in SAP 9.0 and still same behavior. Is there a work around other than creating another SO?
    I checked Document Settings and "Reopening Doc by creating credit memo based on Doc" is enabled.

    Thanks for the reply. How will the client be able to make new reserve invoices from the SO? They are trying to make partial reserve invoices from the sales order. I already suggested to just change the quantity in the reserve invoice before adding. But I have doubt because the SO might close prematurely before they complete the quantity in the SO because open quantity is much less then the quantity in SO.
    SO Quantity: 100
    Open Quantity: 40
    Reserve Invoice 1: 60
    Reserve Invoice 2: 40
    SO closes before they can make Reserve Invoice 2
