Org unit differring & Pay scale issue

Hi experts,
i hav e an issue .....
when i executed new office orders i am getting one org unit. & when i executed for the same employee no for existing office order i am getting diff org. unit & i am not getting Pay scale amount also.........
how can i solve this .......any suggestions.

  • Restrict Opportunity access from other Org Unit Sales agent

    Hello,
    My Scenario is, there is different Organisation Units and Sales agents are assigned to those Org units. Now the issue is, Sales agent from one Org unit is looking into the opportunity of other Org unit. As the sales agents have their own targets and competition, one should not see the Opportunities of other Org unit.
    How can we achieve this ?
       a ) Can we achieve this through PFCG roles, if so how ?
       b) I heard about the concept of Access control engine, which is usefull in this kind of scenario's. but again we need to implement ACS here, which I dont have ides.
    Please suggest me the best method to achieve this. Also provide me step by step procedure also to achieve this.

    Yes, you can achieve this by PFCG.  Authorization objects CRM_ORD_LP or CRM_ORD_OE will help you.

    I would not recommend using ACE in this issue, because ACE is abap. Your issue can achieve by standard procedure.

  • Org Unit to Cost center relationship issue

    Hi All,
    When I assign a Cost center to an Org Unit, i dont have any issues and got created. But when I assign the same Cost center to a different Org Unit, it delimits the previous Org relationship and creates the new one.
    I checked the Relationship A011 time constraint and it is 2 which is with gaps.
    This is strange and should not work in this way.

  • Org Unit to PA and PSA Inheritence issue

    Hi,
    I am trying to create an Org Unit with effective from today or a future date. When I do this, PA and PSA is not getting inherited for the newly created Org Unit.
    But when I create an Org Unit with effective from past date, this issue is not there and works fine perfectly.
    Note: The issue is there in the Development Client as of now. But there is no issue in quality. There was a recent patch that gets updated in Dev system. Not sure whether patch is an issue.

  • Issue in PPOMA_CRM (BP's for Org units level1, level2 is not created)

    Dear Gurus,
    I am facing this issue in Solution Manager , where i have created Org Model in Tx: PPOMA_CRM.
    The Coloumn (Business Partner) in this Tx does not show any number assigned to the group.
    I deleted the whole structure and recreated it but , it was in vain.
    I want to "Map"/"Link" the field "Support Team" in the Service desk ticket to the "Org Model " created in PPOMA , but i am stuck here .
    I have also created "RULES" to automatically detect the Support Team using Tx:PFAC , but it does not work either.
    Will you please direct me to some document other than "Adv setting doc for Service desk for Solman EHP 1" or any other blog or any suggestion where i can pin down the cause of this error and resolve it.

    i understand that if you create new org unit with existing org unit which already maintained with its PA and PSA assigned in Account Assignment tab then its never occur this problem..but if you create your org unit out side the remaining structure the you must assign PA and PSA for this specific

    I have requirement of shifting few Org units to different higher Org units, is it possible through PPOME, PPOSE (By drag and drop)or by any other transaction.
    the Org unit which we want to shift is having position and attched holders also...

  • Authorisations in a Different Org Unit

    We have an Organisational Unit without a Manager and the employees within that Organisational Unit will be raising requests in ESS and they will require verification of Travel, Leave etc.
    We are planning to use an employee in a different Organisation Unit, not in the hierarchy above this Organisation Unit to authorise these requests.  
    How do we set up that employee from an Authorisations perspective to carry out this role.

  • CAT2 Org Unit Structural Authorizations - Employees moving to different Org

    Hello, everyone -
    We currently use structural authorizations to restrict time keepers to only maintain time entries for employees in their org units. If an employee moves to an org unit maintained by a different timekeeper, we want to continue to allow the previous time keeper to maintain entries for the time the employee was in their org.
    Example: pernr 1 starts out in org unit X. Org Unit X time entries are maintained by time keeper A. Effective 5/1/2014, pernr 1 moves to org unit Y, whose time entries are maintained by timekeeper B. The standard maintenance data entry profile allows the user to go back 6 weeks. On 5/2/2014, time keeper A tries to enter overtime worked by pernr 1 for his org unit on 4/30/2014. He receives the error "Not authorized to maintain data for personnel number &2 using profile &1".
    How do we allow a timekeeper to make entries for any employee who was in any of their org units, even if they're no longer there?

    The actual scenario is that we are set up to move all withdrawn personnel numbers to a pooled "separated" position in a separate org unit. This frees their previous position to be filled by a new hire. It also means that a LOT of personnel numbers are in this org unit, which the time keeper should not have access to.

    We're using a custom function module entered in T77PR to retrieve the organization units that the time keepers should access.  Here are the entries in T77PR:
    (The "Maint."/Processing Type column is checked for all 3 rows.)
    Z_HRLY_TMKPR 1 01 O          O_S_P 12 3   ZBC_GET_TKEEPER_ORGS_BY_USER
    Z_HRLY_TMKPR 2 01 S          O_S_P 12 3   ZBC_GET_TKEEPER_ORGS_BY_USER
    Z_HRLY_TMKPR 3 01 P          O_S_P 12 3   ZBC_GET_TKEEPER_ORGS_BY_USER
    The function module uses a custom evaluation path ZHT that looks like this:
    15 * B 008 Holder * S
    20 S B ZHT Hourly Timekeeper * O
    30 US A 208 Is identical to * P
    I'm not sure what you'd like to see related to the profile... Is there a way to configure the CAT2 logic to allow a user to maintain a personnel number who is in the org for at least part of the time that the employee was in an organization that the user is authorized to maintain?

  • CATS - How to enter times of an employee who works for 2 different Org Unit

    Hi,
    I am able to successfully enter times for an employee and do the approval process (CAT4) and CAT6 and I can see the records getting updated in PA30.
    Scenario :
    Employee works for 2 different Org Units and should be able to enter his time through Timesheet. Eg: Employee A spends 6 Hours working in Department B1  &  3 Hours in Dept B2.
    The Manager of B1 should only be able to approve 6 Hours of Employee A
    The Manager of B2 should only be able to approve 6 Hours of Employee A
    Can somebody help me out how this can be achieved?

    Thank you for the response. Yes, when I report the times for 2 different org units I would also want the cost for that employee distributed between org units.
    I tried your solution-> by entering times in CAT2 for Employee A for 2 different Cost Centers that I created.
    For Department B1 --> In CAT2 I entered   Cost center C1 :  6 Hours
    For Department B2  -->In CAT2 I entered   Cost center C2 :  4 Hours
    When I go to CAT4 and try to select the employee for approval and search the employee-A Org unit wise he is displayed only in his original Department -> B1 with 10 hours (6+4). What else do you think needs to be done?
    Is this anything to be done with Sender Receiver Cost Centers because the cost center C1,C2 that I created for Org Units B1 & B2 respectively are just Cost Centers. I dont know the difference between Costcenter and Sender Costcenter/Receiver Costcenter.
    I will try to explain the scenario again in case I was not clear :
    u2022Each employee has their home OU.  However these employees may be working with multiple OU each day or the week.  So potentially, the time sheet may have to be approved by multiple managers.

  • Reg: Workitem forwarding issue in SC workflow to a org unit

         I have a problem in Shopping cart workflow.
    When I try to forward the work item, the system is allowing me to forward it to only one person.
         I have two options. Please help me to achieve any of the two options.
    Option1 : To forward it to list of users
    Option2 : To forward it to an org.unit.
         For the first option, I dont have to facility to add two or more users.
         For the second option, I need to enable the search facility to search for org.units or convert this search into a collectiv search.
         Please help me to achieve any of this two options.

    in SU01d, the email should be common e mail
    test at the rate of usa.com for all the 5 users
    .So when you are forwarding the email to test at the rate of usa.com it will go to all the 5 users.

  • OM/PA Bug - Personnel have different Org Unit in PA.

    An employee was hired into an Org Unit A. However, when I check into PA20, the employee's org unit is showing as Org Unit B.
    I checked PPOME, and the Employee (Person) and his position and it is shown under Org Unit A.(the correct Org Unit.)
    I check PP01 for the employee's position and it belongs to Org Unit A.
    And yet when I check into PA20, the employee has Org Unit B.
    How do I continue my investigation for this?

    Thanks for the prompt reply.
    The employee is visible in the Staffing mode. He is placed in only one position and is 100 % for this position.
    The relationship validity for the Position to the Org Unit A is valid until 12.31.9999.
    Currently we have 6 of this employee that belongs to Org Unit A but is showing in Org Unit B in PA20.
    Thier positions are adjacent in the staffing screen. So I think there was a mistake during creation of this positions or assignment of the pos. to employees. Or it could be a product error.
    Do you think i should raise an OSS note for this?

  • Process control inheritence to child org units - GRC 10.0

    Hi All,
    We created few process controls in Parent Org Unit - X. We assigned mitigation control ID and access risks to these controls along with control owners. These process controls are being used as Standard Global Controls
    We created another Child Org Unit - Y and copied the sub-process and then selected only 1 or 2 controls which are applicable to the Child Org Unit. This will allow us to use few Global controls and create local controls if required.
    Now the issue we observed that the Child Org Unit does not carry the Mit. Ctrl ID & Access Risks & Owners from the same control of Parent Org Unit. When we tried to provide the same Mit. Ctrl ID it is stating Mit. Ctrl is not UNIQUE.
    Our requirement is we would like to have the same Mit. Ctrl ID for Global Controls both at Parent & Child Org Unit and different Mit. ID for local controls at Child org unit. This will be easy to identify controls which are from Global & Local for testing and other reporting purposes.
    We understood that since we are copying the sub-process to Child Unit it is taking only Process control details, not the access control information as it is provided in Org Unit
    Can somebody please guide how to acheive the above requirement. How to inherit all the controls from Parent to Child Org unit reflecting Mit. Ctrl ID, Access Risks and Owners
