Outlook: How to update folders in automatic archive function

When using the automatic archive function (pdf maker, single portfolio of emails) in Outlook 2010 we have the following problem:
Once set the email folders and subfolder structure of our archive remains at the status of its first setting. This means every time we rerun the archive function NEW folders/ subfolders (added after initial setup) will NOT be included!
Is there any way to automatically update the subfolder structure (e.g. below a main project folder) every time we rerun the archive function???
Otherwise this function is totally useless as any change in our Outlook folder structure is not reflected in the archiving functions, which means NEW folder and their contents are not archived!
We have like 20 projects with different archive paths we now have to archive manually each time we backup.

Go to the "Modeling" tab
Go to the "Source Systems" object type
Find your Source System
Right-Click on the source system
Choose 'Transfer Exchange Rates'.
Your BW Administrators team should have this function set up as a daily batch process.

    Develop a sceanrio between SAP to Database system,When the data updates in SAP Tables read the data and update it in DATA Base using JDBC adapter,but there will be some delay in updating data in MySQL.

    Well I understand that auto save is already present and saving your doc every 5 mins. But then why do you think, this did not happen yesterday in the following case?? I wrote one page of a long document and wanted to format it before proceeding. I selected the part to be formatted and instead erased it. I could not find that page again. I had to rewrite the matter.

    When we create a sales order, the PR will be automatically generated.
    Now we have a requirement to change the order qty for the sales order. also the PR should be automatically changed.
    With VA02, the process is perfect.
    But by using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE  the SO is partly changed ( order qty is changed but the confirmed qty is not changed) and the PR is not changed.
    So can you advise me how to update the PR by using the BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, which indicator should be defined?

    Workflow is the best approach for any issue related to business objects.
    Since you want call FM BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, it will change SO. It means everytime any SO is changed there will an event being triggered.
    object type: BUS2032
    event: Changed
    simple solution:
    1. Please create object type (SWO1) and its super type should be BUS2032.
    2. Add your own method and attach your custom FM which actually updates the qty & PR)
    3. Create Task (PFTC_INS)
    in basic data:
    - provide object type which you have created
    - provide method which you have added
    goto triggering events tab
    - Choose Object Category as BOR object type
    - provide object type (better give BUS2032)
    - provide event as CHANGED

    Hi,
    Its good that u pasted the complete log file. In your environment you have to run this upgrade tool only once from any of the middle tier.
    And with respect to your error that u got in precheck is quite simple. All u have to do is just run this script from by connecting to portal schema using sqlplus.
    Run dropupg.sql
    Location-------- /raid/product/OraHome_1/upgrade/temp/portal/prechktmp/dropupg.sql
    Later you re-run the upgrade tool and let me know the status.

    I have got a question on how to update 2 fields in a table automatically (in my case this is one field for the user and one field for the correct date and time). This should happen automatically every time an user changes a row in the table. But it seems as if i cant change the fields i tried it with the changing of the textfield but he dont change the values in the database. I even tried a separate update statement but since this is set after the commitchanges() command it seems as if he ignores any following commands.
    So anybody a good idea how i can change easily these two data fields? I just cant believe that you must manually change the fields, thats not the use of these 2 fields.

    To be exact i have got a page with different fields which get their data from my database. Two fields which contain an userid and the other a date and time value should get updated automatically when the user changes something of the other values on this page and press a button which calls the commitchange method. But since this should happen automatically and not manually i cant put these changes in the database. The manual changes are saved without any problems but the automatical changes not. So my question is how can i change a value programmatically and make him save these canges in the database?
    I already tried to put the new values in the fields or even detailed in the database but i cant get him to update these two fields.

    When we start up our 10.0.6, it will ask us whether we want to update the project files.
    For effieciency purposes, I moved a lot of my project files to an acrhived folder so that FCPX doesn't search for it when loading.
    Thus, I believe, the projects files in the archive folder will not be updated. So, how will these be updated ?

    I am a user of an extremely large production database. I have been granted the 'Create Table' and 'Create View' privileges. I would like to be able to update my tables with data from other tables that exist in the database automatically on a nightly basis. My problem is that I can't get my DBA to allow me to create packages, procedures, or materialized views. Also, he will not let me schedule any jobs. Are there any other ways to automatically update my tables? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Re: the political nature of this problem... if we give the DBA the benefit of the doubt, ok, there may be a good reason for not allowing you to create MVs, since they take up space, and require scheduled execution that replicates data. That takes resources.
    But, packages and procedures? I can't think of a good argument for not letting you do that. That gives you no additional opportunity for doing anything wrong (and some opportunities for doing more things right).
    You really need to find out the reasons for these restrictions, unless the DBA is willing to do these for you.

    Before I got my TC my plan was to attach a 1TB USB drive and to create a mirror backup. I've used SuperDuper for years and thought I'd just use that, but they don't seem to support backing up network drive. I wanted to use that because you can do smart backups once the first one is done, so you don't copy the entire drive's contents over each time, just the changes. Does the Airport Utility's archive option handle it the same way, or will it do a full erase/copy each time? If it's the latter, do you know of any other SuperDuper like programs that will allow me to schedule smart backups?

    Time Machine does exactly what you describe in "smart backups". This is known in the industry as incremental backups. Only the files that have changed or added are copied to the backup.
    My answer directly answered Cibby's original question.
    SuperDuper! has nothing to do with the files on the Time Capsule.
    Now it is true that Time Machine does not support mirroring drives if that is meant as either (a) a bootable image or (b) RAID type operation. But of course SuperDuper! doesn't support RAID type operation either.

    Currently we not used the standard BOM, we have a part list and every material has a fitment point, then we assigned the material to planned order via add-on program based on fitment point. When the part list changed, for example, the quantity of one material changed, we need to changed the planned order item accordingly. I hope we can update it by program due to the big data volume.

    I try to generate a EDIFACT D93A ORDERS from a xml-File.
    I want to have a EDIFACT structure without a Header or Trailer for the functional group (UNG and UNE).
    The xsd and the ecs I use are without functional group (Syntax 3 without functional group - generated in SpecBuilder). The UNB an the UNZ is also generated automatically by B2B, but this is OK.
    How can I suppress generating automatically a functional group(UNG and UNE)?

    B2B has default Document Protocol Params for Interchange and Group as well, hence it is generating the Interchange and group as well. If you want you can override those values while defining the document protocol params, but not prevent it from generating the group. HTH.

    I'm trying to find a way to disable Adobe X Standard/Professional's feature of Automatic Archival of e-mail in Outlook 2010.
    We have a no-archiving policy in our organization, and this feature permits users to very easily circumvent the policy (and locking outlook from making its own archive)
    I don't want to disable the entire Outlook toolbar (I've done this, and while it will work, it removes other adobe features in outlook that I would like to retain.)
    I have already looked in the Adobe Configuration Tool, and the AIM for Acrobat, and unfortunately, i cannot find reference to this feature and how to disable it/remove it from the toolbar.

    I'll clarify.
    The Adobe Customization Wizard X doesn't reveal any way to disable this part of the add-in installs (in my case Adobe X Standard)
    The feature also isn't listed in the Preferences Reference (AIM) available at:

    Here's a pic of the ribbon, and the button that I need to disable when deploying Acrobat X Standard to my users.
    (in some way other than simply removing it from the ribbon manually, user by user).
