Oversized page not formatted when sent from Crystal Enterprise

I have been racking my brain to figure this out and I hope that somene is able to help me. I have a report that is very wide and I have it set to print to Adobe PDF print driver with specified settings to include Landscape and page size = ISO B1. When I run this report and export directly from Crystal Reports, I get the desired results. However, once it is scheduled and emailed to the distribution recipients, it is formatted for Letter page size and portrait orientation.
I have made sure that the Page Setup is configured properly. I have used the "Manage Object" tool within the Repository Explorer and have tried to configure the Print Setup in the "Process" tab but I do not get the results that I am looking for. Is there anyone who has had this problem who may be able to help me out? I am having to run this report manually because I cannot get it to send properly.

Hi Marlene,
If you have a valid contract you can create a new message on line and get a Support Engineer to help you with this issue.
Try installing the same printer you used onto the BOE server and set the default size to B1. You can then select the printer I believe....

PLM search (wda_sea_qs) gives page not found when started from portal

In NWBC the PLM search works fine. For result it starts the result webdynpro.
We use PLM from the portal so I have created an iview for the webdynopro wda_sea_qs.
When I click on advanced search or search for something the navigation to the other webdynpro's is not working.
All we get is an new portal page with the message "page not found"
How can I configure the search to work correct from the portal?

SharePoint link says "Page not found" when clicked from an e-mail

I have a published page that opens if I copy and paste the link on the address bar but redirects to "Page not found" if clicked on directly. It works fine if I navigate through the website to the page but if I copy the url from the same page and
e-mail it someone and they click on it, it takes them to the default page not found. I have checked every image and attached document on the page and all are approved/published.

Can you copy the text of the URL that is present in the email as well as the URL itself when navigating to the page directly? My suspicion would be an encoding issue with the URL.

Picture text not working when sent from iPhone to non iPhone

Since this 6.1 update that I have told everyone not to update. My phone has been doing strange things and I have called and talked to apple and they said they have not heard anything about it. First off, when I try to send a picture text to someone that does not have an iPhone such as an android they either a) can't open it or b) it opens as a video and flashes off. They had no problems before this update. So today my iMessage stopped working. I deletes the messages I had and sent a test text to iPhone friends and it started working. I also went I to settings and added my email to iMessage. In doing this it got me to thinking that if this changed by itself maybe it had something to do with the SMS. Which is turned on already. I turned off iMessage and sent picture text to non iPhone and it worked. I don't want to have to turn off and no all the time anyone else had this problems?

I have tried to export to epub 2 and 3. The video is MP4 (h264). It was working just fine on all devices now I can't seem to get any video to export and work.
Pretty sure it all stopped working after the Yosemite upgrade on the Mac or iOS 8 on devices. Or maybe both.
Oddly, it plays in iBooks on my mac, just not on the iPad or iPhone.
I've also tried to just export a couple of short test epubs with vids in different formats but get the same result....not working.

Tab pages not changed when selecting from TAB LIST

I have a form which has 15 tabs, 1st 10 Tabs are dynamic (enabled at new form instance, depending on configuration) and 11 to 15 are Static tabs visible for all.
My problem is when i am clicking on tabs iam able to switch tabs, but when I select tab from Tab List I am not going to the selected TAB.
Ex: when I am in TAB 1 and Select TAB15 from Tab list My form Still Stays in TAB1 and not moving to TAB 15
Please provide me a Solution.

In your trigger, you are doing a SHOW_VIEW ('HDR_CANVAS_FIXED'); before you select the :GLOBAL.HEADERS information. I'm not sure what HDR_CANVAS_FIXED is, but I am wondering if that is what is messing you up. What happens if you either comment that out:

Quicktime Movie Files Not Opening when sent from iLife

REcently, my mom and dad have sent me QT files recently via email and I've been unable to open them. Here is the strange part...they just emailed them to me using the "share" feature within imovie and/or iphoto. The files compressed fine and emailed w/o problem. I was unable to open them which I think is very odd.
Is there a problem with QT anyone know of out there? I'm using QT 7.1.5. My parents are both using the most recent ilife suite and QT.

I have emailed an avi file to friend with aol mail address. When trying to open file quicktime error message says it is not a movie. When I used quicktime pro to mail the file it changed file to a .mim . Cannot find a program on their windows machine that will play the .mim file. How can you e-mail avi files in a way that windows users can view them ?

Adobe id and password not recognised when sent from phone.

I can access CC from PC, Laptop, and iTablet but not when using PS Touch on android phone -- although it has worked in the past. Now I get error that ID/pw not recognised by CC.
Any ideas?

Use only formatting that is supported (in the same manner) in both applications. You'll need to find which that is through trial and error. Beyond those formatting options, you'll need to do some corrections, as Fruhulda suggests.

so if you receive a message on your iphone you also get it on your ipad or ipod touch
to avoid it use separate appleID for each device
or turn off imessage on 1 or both devices in their settings
but that will not fix the issue that 2 devices using the same appleID will never be able to facetime eachother
the appleID is a unique handle for 1 user only

Perhaps I am expecting too much from Adobe ExportPDF. The reason I subscribed to this service, for which I pay a yearly fee, was that I need a way to convert scanned and digital documents to Word &/or Excel. I read the link you included but to be candid the more I tried to understand what was written the more confused I got. The process should not be this difficult. Currently I am using a NEAT scanner to create PDF documents of whatever I scan. After I changed the OCR setting on Adobe ExportPDF the output was much better but not to the point it was usable as it was. Information that appears to be lines and columns are sometimes not recognizing two columns and just putting them together in one. Obviously not usable. The other thing it does is bunch numbers that appear in a column that are just a bunch of numbers that I have no way of fixing.
Please let me speak to someone who can help me. Right now I not getting anything of value in my paid subscription.

J’ai acheté LR 4 il y a 1 an avec le n° de série sur la boite. J’ai acheté l’upgrade pour LR 5 et je n’ai jamais pu installer la version définitive avec ce n° de série.Ce n° de série n'est pas valide. La durée version d’essai est terminée et donc je dois retourner à LR 4 pour continuer à travailler ? Pourquoi cela ne fonctionne pas?

Issue with Emoji icons when sent from iOS6 to iOS5, all icons appear as a square on the iOS5 message screen.
Both iOS are the current version and the phones are 4S 64GB

What kind of RFC do you use? If you use synchronous RFC the caller waits for the answer/result of the called function. In normal cases this should solve your issue.
