OWA does not authenticate for one particular user

Dear All,
Hope you are doing great...!
I am having Exchange 2010 Environment with NLB having two CAS servers bonded with it.
One of OWA cannot authenticate ONLY ONE USER.
It just says user name or password is incorrect.
Please suggest as early as possible.

User account is not locked out, I even tried to reset the account password and tried unlocking the account too.
User is able to access through other CAS node in NLB.
User is not using any mobile device. He is using OWA in his desktop browser.
Please help!!

This is weird . did you try using other system ? Also what changes you have done for this user recently ?

Ship-To Address not getting picked for one particular user

Hi SRM Gurus,
I am working on SRM5.0 system with ECC6.0 as backend.
For one particular SRM user, the Ship-To address number which has been maintained in his attributes through transaction PPOMA_BBP, as default delivery address, is not populated when he creates a SC.
This default ship-to address is not seen while creating the cart even though the address can be found via the F4 search help in the same SC.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening for one particular user?
Please note that this problem is occuring even when the user is shopping for self and creating a new SC (no copying from template). So SAP note 1055203 is not valid in my case.
I have checked the ADRC table, and this address number exists. Infact, when I assign this address number to some other user's Ship-To attribute, this default delivery address is picked in the SC.
So, I understand that the problem is not with the address, but with the linking of this address number to this user. I even tried deleting and re-assigning the address number in the attribute to this user. But, it doesnot work still.
Can anyone help me out?

Ship to address not being picked from attributes for any user it was being picked from Org address data , and I had reset the value
now , when I am trying to create a SC and I have tried to add delivery address bby 2 types .
1. By adding through the portal
2> i have tried to add the same throgh ppomabbp in user attributes "Delivery address"
I have also made it default however when I raise the SC it again shows me as blank :
I am not too sure how do I populate the value that I need . Please see below still the delivery address is blank !!

COST CENTER does not exist for a particular period
Solution:
1) Either extend the Posting period for the invoicing date
2) Or enter the Cost Center as PO number in Sales Order

Hey Everyone,
I am having a strange problem with 10G 10.2. I keep getting the table does not exist for all the tables when I am logged in as sys. It is strange because I can query the same tables being logged in as a regular user say 'scott'. I can't figure out what the problem is since it could not be privileges because the user is sys. Is there something I am missing here. Any advice would be welcome.

Yeah i am using the query....
SELECT * FORM SCOTT.EMP
It is a little wierd. I did a full database restore yesterday night. I dont know if that has anything to do with this. Will have to take a look at the logs.

Query not executing for one particular value

Hi
I have query on multi provider. and this multi provider is combination of Info objects only but not any ODS or cubes. I have one key figure in this multi provider.while executing the query i need to give input for variabl which has 7 different values. Query is executing fine for 6 values but not for one particular value.
query executed in listcube transaction and it is executed fine here for the same selection. then what might be the reason?
Please advise as soon as possible.

UWL Subview does not show for one user

Hi All - We have a UWL Subview. It is working fine except for one user. He cannot see the entire Subview drop down box at all. It is as if it does not exist. I've verified he has the tasks for the Subview to appear. Can anyone give some ideas as to what other possibilities this can happen? I've tried several things. Verified with security no roles exist for functionality within the UWL. The user have tried going to our QA system and logged in as a test user id - Subview visible. His ID is valid and active in ECC. If you don't have a direct answer, maybe you know of tools on how to debug or trace the UWL. I've seen two threads exactly like my situation and they receive no responses. Hopefully, there is something new to my request.

The issue is resolved. In the Portal UWL Admin screen, the user showed personalization settings for the Subview. We decided to delete all entries. He can now see the Subview drop down. It is weird because on his own his access to his own personalization settings is empty.

Itunes does not start for one user but works for others on the same mac

All of a sudden my itunes does not fire up.
All other users on the same mac it is working fine.
I have deleted and reinstalled itunes.
Any help would be great.

Value help does not work for ONE person only !

Hi,
we have a strange problem. In the Web IC, we are using a standard value help for the country field for a Business Partner. This works fine for everyone (ie, it picks up the country and slots it into the field) except one person. For her, it never returns any value into the country field. We are guessing that it's not Web IC related but is something in her browser settings etc...but haven't been able to pin it down. Can anyone offer any advice on this ?

Hello Malcolm,
If this error occurs for one user only it's definitely related to the clients PC.
Did you already delete all temporary files and the cookies on that PC? Usually this does the trick!
If this does not solve the problem, try to let that particular user login on another PC where the problem does not occur. (If the error does occur on another PC too it's probably profile/authorization related)

F4 not working for a particular user id

Dear friends,
I have one problem , for one user id for Material code - I am not getting F4 drop down values. If the drop down button is pressed , system put one fixed value for the field. This problem is there for all transactions (for material code field only).
I tried to replicate this using user profile but system still allow me to search value using F4.
What could be reason for not getting F4 help.

Check with your BASIS consultant,sometimes this occurs because of some technical reason and some
patch has to be applied and sometimes due to authorization problem.
Get the help from your basis consultant.
Check and revert back.

mailto will work in other profiles, but not the primary one. what file in the relavant profiles subfolder can I substitue from another working profile?

HttpUrlConnection.getInputStream() does not return for a particular website

In my code, I am using an instance of java.net.HttpUrlConnection to "get" a web page. I am able to do it for all websites - except a particular website [Summary is at the end of this post]. The program hangs [for 10+ minutes and then throws an exception ] when I invoke
InputStream err = httpCon.getErrorStream();
System.out.println("Error is : " + err); // I get err as "null"
// It hangs below for 10+ minutes and then throws an exception
httpUrlConnection.getInputStream(); // httpUrlConnection is a valid
I get an error when I try to get the webpage using I.E or Netscape too.
So most likely there is some problem with the website. However I do not want my program to hang for 10+ minutes.
I even tried to get the headers but even that invocation blocks:

4. After 10+ minutes the program throws an exception.
Q) How do make the getInputStream() call as non-blocking or have a tweakable timeout? [better still check if the call getInputStream() should be made in the first place].

very simple... start a new thread with a timer... create a variable in your main thread... if you recieve a request (at least one) before the timer runs out... then set the variable in the main thread to true, so when the thread runs out it will not throw an exception.... on the other hand if you do not receive a request... the thread will run out... see that the variable in the main thread is still false... so then... it willl throw a exception... that you can catch... and work with from there...

Applet does not run for non-admin users

When logged in as a normal user, our applet fails to run. When logged in as a local admin, the applet runs successfully. The client machine is running Windows XP and IE 8.

Java on Windows XP attempts to store the native libraries it downloads at C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Local Settings\Temp\
Non local admin users do not have access to this folder. Is there any way to change the applet launcher so that it stores the native lib cache elsewhere?

..Non local admin users do not have access to this folder. Is there any way to change the applet launcher so that it stores the native lib cache elsewhere?I don't know. One thing I do know is that the JNLPAppletLauncher since plug-in2 architecture JREs allow hooking into JNLP services. Try using web start to launch the applet.

Submenu button like GoTo.. on CRM PCUI screen is not working for one user

We have CRM Service scenario implemented with PCUI screens. For one particular user, GoTo button does not work on her PC. When I login as her on my PC then it works. So something wrong with her PC or Internet Explorer. What should I look for?

Hi Manish,
It means you are getting a JavaScript error. It will be seen on the left corner of your browser. Please compare your IE setting with your colleagues IE settings. This should solve the problem. Incase you still get the problem then try to refresh the screen. The problem should not be there.
