Owner Allocation
Hi All
I am having trouble with the owner allocation, this is been happening for sometime that 1-2 owner allocation gets stuck in the process. The error diagnose in the workflow item shows that there was error handing for work item and in the object. I have also checked the ECENV_BP but there is no installation in the owner, though the tenant has been generated a final bill and he has moved out. But the owner hasn't moved in.
Quick help will be appreciated.
thanks
Ish
Hi
Do you have the error message that was issued?
The standard SAP workflow for automatic owner move-in requires a
reference move-in document. The system determines this docucment
immediately before the workflow step "Move owner into installation" and
is stored in the workflow container ReferenceMoveInDoc.
Please try to insert your own reference move-in document your workflow.
Also you should check customising settings.

Move In Standard Workflow (ISUACBMOVEIN) : Automatic Owner Allocation Proc.
Hello Experts,
In the automatic owner allocation process, when we move out the tenant the owner is supposed to automatically move in with the pre-configured offset. In my case the workflow was not being triggerred so we defined the the linkage of the events (tcode: SWETYPV). After doing this we got an exception
"Object MOVEINDOC method MOVEINOFOWNERCREATENODIALOG cannot be executed" with error EQ067 (Check the reference for move-in document &1).
When I see the standard workflow I see that it analyses Contract Account and verifies what category it belongs to Residential or not and splits it into two paths one for Residential and one for non residential. Then it passes through "template Movein Doc for". Here it provides a Move in Doc Reference as 000000004712 for non residential and 000000004711 for residential customers in a container operation.
This is where the problem is. These donot exist in Move in / move out tables. So how do I approach now
1) Is there any standard reference document already present in SAP system which can be configured?
2) Do I have to copy the standard workflow and edit the template to give different reference document numbers?
Or is there any other way to solve this issue?
I really appreciate all the help i am getting from this forum so far.
Thanks a lot.
Vinay.Hi Vinjay,
we are using different method to create a owner move-in MOVEINDOC->MDTMOVEINOWNER which doesn't required the reference.
However, for your answer, you should check out these SAP help:

ISU Property Owner Allocation - History of owners
Hi All,
I am working on owner allocation process. Just wanted to check if a history of the ownership allocation would be stored in SAP system?
I have checked EPROP, EPROPH tables but could't find if system stores the history anywhere.
Also please confirm the process of reversing owner allocation. Will this reverse the allocation from new owner to previous owner. If yes, system should have stored the history of ownership.
I have tried to reverse a property ownership. Later when I tried to edit / display the same property, system throws a message as "property reversed, no more changes possible ". Does it mean, once a property is reversed, it is of no use!! Can't we further edit the same property?
As far as I understand, ES54 transaction for reversal of owner allocation should work in case of incorrectly created property, but later the property can be edited with correct owner. But the error message triggered by system would not allow us to reuse the property.
Appreciate your input.
Thanks,
SomuHi Somasekhar,
The owner allocation history is not stored in a single table. Instead, you have to create a join of the relevant fields from the tables EANL, EPROP and EPROPH. Please go through the attached image.
Note: Also add the field for reversal indication from table EPROP into the join
About your question regarding owner allocation reversal. A reversal will not allocate the old owner back into a premise/ installation. Instead, when a property is reversed, we have to manually assign the old owners for all the premises/ installations contained in that property

Automatic owner allocation when moveout issue
Hi Experts.
I am facing the problem with the Automatic Owner Allocation When a moveout is done from a premise.
For the above sceneraio i have configured the following steps:
1.Set the radio button Owner Allocation with Automatic Move-In.
2.Allocated the owner to premise by using the Tcode ES51.
3.Activated the Work flow "WS20500047".
I am able to trigger the work flow but work flow ended with error
"Work item 000000392219: Object MOVEINDOC method MOVEINOFOWNERCREATENODIALOG cannot be executed"
"Move-In Document could not be created".
Could you please help me out how to resolve this issue.
Thanks & Regards
KiranHi Dear,
Have you maintained the refference Contract number at Workfllow level ? Just check this. Eventhough if you are facing the same problem then its purely related to Workflow.
All your configurations are perfect.
Thanks,

Exempt Owners from move in Charge
Hello All,
We have set up a New Conncetion fee in Move in Process, but this fee is getting applied to owners when they move in their proprties as soon as tenant moves out. We are trying to avoid this. Currently we are using the standard Workflow for owner allocation.
We are attempting the following:
1) Post a zero dollar charge on Owner move in - Define the charge schedule for zero dollar and assign it on Owner allocation config, assuming that this charge will suppress the Default move in charge.
2) If the above does not work we will try to find the right event or use (Badi-ISU_MOVEIN_CUSTOMIZE) for customizing so that we can suppress posting of new connection fees on Owners.
Please advice if there is any better way of doing the same or with the event that could do the job.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards.
Vinay.
Edited by: Vinay Kabde on Feb 20, 2012 11:20 PMHi,
FICA Event 0010 allows you to intervene during the posting of a document (before the document number is assigned).
In your program logic,, perhaps you could first establish that the charge is part of an Owner Allocation posting, then suppress the document posting if the charge relates to Owner Move-in.
If you do not have success with Event 0010, try 0020.
I hope this helps.

ISU upgrade from 4.6C to ECC 6.0 (CIC)
Hello there
We are currently going for an upgrade from 4.6C to ECC 6.0
Can anyone of you provide some insight on whether the frontoffice and other configuration in 4.6C have any kind of impact on ECC 6.0? Basically I can see that there are new functionalities in ECC6.0 for CIC . But will the current config lin 4.6C like action box , move in/out processes, owner allocation etc will be impacted after the upgrade?
Thanks
GautamHi Gothic,
We are also planning to upgrade this month from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. It would be very nicce if we can share the information and the experineces.
We will do the upgrade in a pilot system.
We will have a new hardware with windows server 2003 64 bit and oracle oracle 10.2.0.2.0. than we will install oracle and SAP 4.6C and after that we want to export the Database from the production system to the pilot system. after that we upgrade the pilot system to ECC 6.0 to test first.
I do not know if there is an easyer way to do the upgrade or at least the test. Maybe a homogenouse system copy...?
Best regards

KEYDATE on PROPERTY EMIGALL object
Experts, although the file has the input value KEYDATE for the PROPERTY object to create an owner allocation - it is not quite reflecting the desired way in ES53 and at the Table level (which is storing the date of record creation in the KEYDATE field). The AB valid from date on INSTLN Installation Object is currently using a 1900 date as an open time slice. Is this keydate problem on the PROPERTY Object linked to the date on Installation in some way?
Caroline, please provide an example of the date format and value that you tried to pass in the load file.
The default date of 19000101 on INSTLN object has no coorelation to keydate format on PROPERTY object.

Hi experts,
The two fields in this Tcode screen(200) owner allocation(ES51,ES52, have date format DD/MM i want to make it to DD/MM/YY.So please help me out to find the screen exit for it & EPROPD is the structure for those to fileds.
Developer.Hi Saurabh,
How you add your new fields into internal table.
Like have you append structure "QALS_D02".
If yes then if you see the form "FORM create_fieldcat_l USING tabname TYPE slis_tabname." in program "RQEEAL10".
Program creating the fieldcatalog dynamically by using structure "QALS_D02".
FORM create_fieldcat_l USING tabname TYPE slis_tabname.
DATA h_fieldcat_wa TYPE slis_fieldcat_alv.
DATA h_index LIKE sy-tabix.
CALL FUNCTION 'REUSE_ALV_FIELDCATALOG_MERGE'
EXPORTING
i_program_name = g_repid
i_internal_tabname = 'OBJECT_TAB'
i_structure_name = tabname
i_client_never_display = ' '
CHANGING
ct_fieldcat = g_fieldcat_tab[]
EXCEPTIONS
inconsistent_interface = 1
program_error = 2
OTHERS = 3.
if you see the above form then you come to know that after creating field catalog dynamically by using FM they are doing some changes to fieldcatalog table "g_fieldcat_tab[]" and finally export that table to memory id 'FIELDCATALOG'.
Solution - Create implicit enhancement implementation at the end of above mentioned FORM. Inside implementation do modification for your new added fields and again export that fieldcatalog table to memory.
If you have any doubts feel free to ask.

I can reproduce the error in jdk1.5.0_03, jdk1.5.0_04 and jdk1.6.0-ea-b50. I am sure it's my program's fault, not the gc's. But as I have no knowledge of sun's JVM implementation, I don't know what may be the root cause. What error in JNI may cause the problem above?
Hope you can help me! Thanks ahead.
Best Regards,
Steven GongIt is a core dump. Hence i feel the problem is in
your native code. I think there is a null pointer
exception or any exception in your native code. Check
the native code. If it was java code problem, it
would have generated an exception.You mean there may be unhandled exceptions in native code that
may cause this problem? -
RID Master not allocating new rid pool
Hi guys,
I am having some problems with my server. I am unable to create new AD objects with the message, the directory has exhausted the pool of relative identifiers. I have a SBS 2003 environment with only that as the DC. However, a while ago, the previous
admin promoted another server (Server 2003) as a Backup DC and later on the network was split and the Secondary DC no longer connected to the domain. It was not demoted or anything like that. The network was split in two and now after almost a year I am unable
to create new objects. The PDC has all the FSMO roles as indicated when i run the netdom query fsmo command. Below is the dcdiag /v output:

Also, another problem I am experiencing seems to point to my DNS service which also runs on the same machine. When I try to open Active Directory snap ins, it indicates that the domain does not exist or cannot be contacted and the AD is unable to load.
I'd really appreciate any help at the moment. Thanks in advance.
ShawnIdan,
Yes I followed the article regarding removing data in AD with NTDSUTIL. There is one domain and one site, but it states that there is "no current server" and "no current naming context"
My TCP/IP config was set to 127.0.0.1 but then I changed it to point to its static IP Address, but I stumbled onto a best practice article which indicated that the 127 address was preferred, so I changed it back. I changed it as you said and ran the commands
you asked for:

Based on these errors I have looked at Notes: 400241, 50088.
The problem is, even though schema owner is listed as SAPSID, why is SAPR3 being used to connect to Oracle.
I have tried creating the users using note 50088, but to no avail.
I have tried creating the users with schema owner as SAPSID. Above is the error message that I get.
When trying to create the users with owner as SAPR3, I get the below error,
ERROR at line 1:

I have tried suggestions from you all of you, Thank you.
However the problem still persists. I am quite unable to figure out, why it is showing SAPR3 in wp trace.

[SOLVED] SGA_MAX_SIZE pre-allocated with Solaris 10?
Hi all,
I'm about to build a new production database to migrate an existing 8.1.7 database to 10.2.0.3. I'm in the enviable position of having a good chunk of memory to play with on the new system (compared with the existing one) so was looking at a suitable size for the SGA... when something pinged in my memory about SGA_MAX_SIZE and memory allocation in the OS where some platforms will allocate the entire amount of SGA_MAX_SIZE rather than just SGA_TARGET.
So I did a little test. Using Solaris 10 and Oracle 10.2.0.3 I've created a basic database with SGA_MAX_SIZE set to 400MB and SGA_TARGET 280MB
$ sqlplus

NAME TYPE VALUE
lock_sga boolean FALSE
pre_page_sga boolean FALSE
sga_max_size big integer 400M
sga_target big integer 280MSo I was expecting to see the OS pre-allocate 280MB of memory but when I checked the segment is actually the 400MB (i.e. SGA_MAX_SIZE) (my database owner is 'ora10g'):
$ ipcs -a

$ I wasn't sure whether Solaris 10 was one of the OSs with truly dynamic memory for the SGA but had hoped it was... this seems to say different. Really I'm just after some confirmation that I'm reading this correctly.
Thanks.

Edited for clarityI don't want to get bogged down in too many details, as the links provided in previous posts have many details of SGA tests and the results of what happened. I just want to add a bit of explanation about the Oracle SGA and shared memory on UNIX and Solaris in particular.
As you know Oracle's SGA is generally a single segment of shared memory. Historically this was 'normal' memory and could be paged out to the swap device. So a 500 MB SGA on a 1 GB physical memory system, would allocate 500 MB from the swap device for paging purposes, but might not use 500 MB of physical memory i.e. free memory might not decrease by 500 MB. How much physical memory depended on what pages in the SGA were accessed, and how frequently.
At some point some people realised that this paging of the SGA was actually slowing performance of Oracle, as now some 'memory' accesses by Oracle could actually cause 'disk' accesses by paging in saved pages from the swap device. So some operating systems introduced a 'lock' option when creating a shared memory segment (shmat system call if memory serves me). And this was often enabled by a corresponding Oracle initialisation parameter, such as lock_sga.
Now a 'locked' SGA did use up the full physical memory, and was guaranteed not to be paged out to disk. So Oracle SGA access was now always at memory speed, and consistent.
Some operating systems took advantage of this 'lock' flag to shared memory segment creation to implement some other performance optimisations. One is not to allocate paging storage from swap space anyway, as it cannot be used by this shared memory segment. Another is to share the secondary page tables within the virtual memory sub-system for this segment over all processes attached to it i.e. one shared page table for the segment, not one page table per process. This can lead to massive memory savings on large SGAs with many attached shadow server processes. Another optimisation on this non-paged, contiguous memory segment is to use large memory pages instead of standard small ones. On Solaris instead of one page entry covering 8 KB of physical memory, it covers 8 MB of physical memory. This reduces the size of the virtual memory page table by a factor of 1,000 - another major memory saving.
These were some of the optimisations that the original Red Hat Enterprise Linux had to introduce, to play catch up with Solaris, and to not waste memory on large page tables.
Due to these extra optimisations, Solaris chose to call this 'locking' of shared memory segments 'initimate shared memory' or ISM for short. And I think there was a corresponding Oracle parameter 'use_ism'. This is now the default setting in Oracle ports to Solaris.
As a result, this is why when Oracle grabs its shared memory segment up front (SGA_MAX_SIZE), it results in that amount of real physical memory being allocated and used.
With Oracle 9i and 10g when Oracle introduced the SGA_TARGET and other settings and could dynamically resize the SGA, this messed things up for Solaris. Because the shared memory segment was 'Intimate' by default, and was not backed up by paging space on the swap device, it could never shrink in size, or release memory as it could not be paged out.
Eventually Sun wrote a work around for this problem, and called it Dynamic Intimate Shared Memory (DISM). This is not on by default in Oracle, hence you are seeing all your shared memory segments using the same amount of physical memory. DISM allows the 'lock' flag to be turned on and off on a shared memory segment, and to be done over various memory sizes.
I am not sure of the details, and so am beginning to get vague here. But I remember that this was a workaround on Sun's part to still get the benefits of ISM and the memory savings from large virtual memory pages and shared secondary page tables, while allowing Oracle to manage the SGA size dynamically and be able to release memory back for use by other things. I'm not sure if DISM allows Oracle to mark memory areas as pageable or locked, or whether it allows Oracle to really grow and shrink the size of a single shared memory segment. I presumed it added yet more flags to the various shared memory system calls.
Although DISM should work on normal, single Solaris systems, as you know it is not enabled by default, and requires a special initialisation parameter. Also be aware that there are issues with DISM on high end Solaris systems that support Domains (F15K, F25K, etc.) and in Solaris Zones or Containers. Domains have problems when you want to dynamically remove a CPU/Memory board from the system, and the allocations of memory on that board must be reallocated to other memory boards. This can break the rule that a locked shared memory segment must occupy contiguous physical memory. It took Sun another couple of releases of Solaris (or patches or quarterly releases) before they got DISM to work properly in a system with domains.
I hope I am not trying to teach my granny to suck eggs, if you know what I mean. I just thought I'd provide a bit more background details.

Why do you say that ?
Haven't you something else in AllOutput? For example the last instruction (the number 1, 2, 3...)
Perhaps it's something which is not connected in your xib!
It's the function that i use for change view when i haven't uinavigationbar:
