Page 2 missing

Question

I've got a report set up as follows:
Repeating frame A encapsulates repeating frames B and C. Frame B encapsulates a repeating frame D.
Say frame B takes up the top 75% of a page and frame C takes up the remaining 25%. Frame A encapsulates both.
Let frame A contain an id number for all movies ever made. Let frame C contain a description about the movie limited to 200 characters. Let frame D contain actors in the movie, and let frame B restrict the number of actors such that frame C always appears at the bottom of each page.
As I have it now I am restricting the number of movie ids per page in frame A to 1. Since frame C will always contain a set amount, or less of characters, it will never wrap to multiple pages. However, since the number of actors in a film can vary from few to hundreds, multiple pages may be needed. How can I set up the frames such that the ID and the description always appear on each page, on the same place on each page, but as the number of actors changes and multiple pages are needed that new pages can be added?
As is works now either I get only the first page with a limited number of actors in the slot as restricted by the size of frame B, or frame B extends over frame D and still stops at the end of the first page.
Here's an example:

Now if there were only room on each page, actually frame B, for say 2 actors, if three actors were in the movie it should like like:

Hi
Examine property 'Print Object On' of frames (especially of frame B and D). May be this property is set to 'First Page'. In such a case set this one to 'All Pages'.
