Paid App not downloading.

I purchased GTA : San Andreas game from Mac App Store. The download is not getting complete. It is not resuming from where it stopped. Also, when I go to Purchases sextion in Store, it is showing an error.
What to do now ??

    Try downloading any NEW free or paid app from the App Store. This will refresh the system and hopefully your other apps will work, too.

    Same problem here.  Not able to update any apps or to download new purchased music.  Doesn't work on iPad, iPhone, or iTunes.  Tried with 3G download rather than wifi on the phone and iPad.  It still hasn't worked.  I changed me credit card, but without success.
    The store is currently broken for some users, maybe all.

    I would restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod on your computer and start over. It appears the iPod is associated with another account.  Any media that came with the iPod does not belong to you and di not transfer with the iPod hardware.

    The 12 days of Christmas app not downloading content just hangs. Today's book will not download at all. Have reinstalled both app and iBook with no luck. Can still download from App Store so Internet is ok. Any suggestions?

    It seems that if your Settings->General->International->Region Format is not set specifically as Canada you will have this issue. (even if your times zone and iTunes account settings are correct...)
    Changing that setting from US to Canada was the fix for me.

    Did you receive any purchase receipt email? The order number is included in that email and you need that to be able to request for a refund.

    Try to Search by Application Name through Spotlight Search on your iPhone 4s with iOS 7.

  • Mail.app not downloading email from one person

    I am using Mail.app (v2.1) on 10.4.8 with a mac.com email address setup and am having problem receiving emails from just one person - that's right only one sender.
    What happens is, the person sends the email and it arrives at the webmail interface (i.e. I can view the email using Safari) but the emails are not downloading to Mail.app like all others i receive, I have to login to .Mac webmail to read the emails this persons is sending to me.
    At one stage while trying to solve this I had a "Rule" which would play a certain sound when email from this person arrives and Mail.app would play this sound but still didn't download the email.
    I have tried synchronising the account and rebuilding the mailbox but am still not able to get Mail.app to download these emails.

    I have had the same problem for over a year. Certian senders using my .MAC account get stuck on the .mac server. After a few days, a few of the emails may get through. Other emails to my .mac account will get through.
    For me, this started over a year ago when there was an OS update. I noticed it started on this Ibook then continued to all other MACs as the updates where made. I too have rebuilt the mailbox and synced the accounts.
    Where you able to fix your problem?

    Hey Dickofn, Welcome to the Nokia Forums.
    What device are you using? Are you searching applications using Nokia Suite on PC or Ovi store in your device?
    Try install Store QML onto your device, and see if this fixes your problem.

  • IPad app not downloading

    This morning I downloaded two apps from the app store to my iMac. I then synced my iPad air and iPhone 5. The first app downloaded to both my devices. The other app. "Five Every Day", did not download to my iPad, although it did download to my iPhone. In iTunes it says this app is made for the iPad. All my software is up to date. Will someone please tell me why this one app will not download to my iPad?

    No idea, but the app is optimized for iPhone rather than iPad.
    Open the app store app on the iPad and see if it is available for download in your purchased apps. You may have to flip the view to iPhone apps to see it.
    Also, if your tag is correct and you are still on 7.0.3, you may wish to look into updating iOS. You are a few versions behind.

    The apps on my iphone are not downloading.  If I connect it to the computer, the apps download via iTunes.  I have no problems downloading apps from my iPad.  Does anyone know why this might be happening?

    Thank you for the information.  I did not mention that I am using the same account on all my devises and everything worked properly for over 1 year, then the iphone stoped downloading apps.

    It sounds like you are unable to update or download apps. They appear to get stuck or otherwise become unresponsive. I have a few recommendations to try here. First, close all the open apps on the device:
    iOS: Force an app to close

    Double-click the Home button.
    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
    Swipe the app up to close it.
    When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App stores, and restart the phone and re test the issue:

    If the issue persists, I would next backup your device to iTunes, and restore it:

  • Some paid apps not available anymore

    Hello,
    I bought some apps a while ago - paid - some of these apps are not anymore available on iTunes anymore ??? is that a joke?
    There could be written - "pay for something you maid not even can download or use"
    I think that is a serious problem - i do not have money to throw away.
    i hope there is gonna be a solution for these kind of problem.

    No.  Why would you think they would be available forever?  Is this a joke?
    As always, it is your responsibility to back up your content.  Have you failed to do this?
    The solution is that you should always maintain a backup copy, as has always been the case.
