in <b>SAPR/3 Receiver communication channel i have specified the following values.
Transport Protocal : HTTP 1.0
Message Protocal   : XI3.0
Adapter Engine     : Integration Server
Addressing Type : URL Address
Targot Host     : SAPR347
Service Number  : 8001
Path            : http://sapxi30:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=receiver</b>.
kindly tell me the values which i have given aboue is correct or not.

    Hi,
    AFAIK, builer package shoud be under WEB-INF\classes directory or the context. It is under that direcory.
    As far as adding the package to system classpath or Tomcat classpath, I dont want to do that as it would contaminate the classpath of other applications/contexts.
    The applications server is supposed to automatically add WEB-INF\classes into the classpath of the context. And its working for other context.
    There has to be other solution.

  • Proxy Activation - ECC 6.0 to SAP PI system

    Our envirnonment -
    1) SAP ECC 6.0 ( R/3 system)
    2) SAP PI ( R/3 system)
    To  establish communicate between SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP PI ( R/3 system using proxies )-
    we have setup following steps on ECC 6.0 system-
    1) Created a HTTP connection in the business system of type H.
        Please let me know what is the path prefix we need to set.
    2) Configuration Business system as local Integration Engine.
    3) Connection between Business System and System Landscape Directory
       Create RFC destination (TCP/IP) LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI for the SLD connection.
    I have developed a sample interface to send data from SAP ECC --->PI --> File system ( Proxy to file interface)
    When i run the report to call the proxy it is pushing the data on the integration engine of the ECC system.
    How can i debug what is the problem is ? why the data is not getting pushed on PI system using proxy ?
    How can i debug this ? Please let me know if i am missing any thing in proxy activation between ECC to PI system.

    I have cross checked the activation steps.
    I am able to create a interface proxy to File
    SAP ECC R/3 system --- > SAP PI ---> File system
    I have created a proxy on ECC R/3 system using SPROXY. when i trigger the proxy using a abap report the data is not getting pushed on to SAP PI system .
    When i do a SXMB_MONI on ECC system it should call the integration server as out bound ... It is throwing a error message as mentioned below.

  • XI ABAP Proxy problem

    I am trying to develope an itegration scenario as follows:
    ABAP System ---> XI -
    Java System
    For communication between ABAP System and XI there is a Proxy, however it is not working out.
    The message from ABAP system does not go to XI.

    Hi Fabio,
            I would request to to check for two things,
    1. Whats ur was version? Is it 640? else can you try to change the Commumnication channel in xi adapter to message protocal as xi2.0 ,, i think you used it as xi3.0
    2. retest it.
    3. If it still gets the same error refer the thread,

  • MessageId missing in SOAP message header

    I am trying to execute a SAP (IDoc) -> XI -> SAP (ABAP Proxy). The SAP machines are 6.2, the XI machine is 6.4. I have generated and tested the ABAP proxy, works without issue. Per previous threads I also tested the message mapping in the repository, also works successfully. When I review the SXI_Monitor in XI, the message is received successfully, mapped successfully, but errors in the Adater Call step. There is no message listed as received in the sxi_monitor on the recevier SAP system. Error Message is as follows:

    Looking at the message in the monitor it does have a message id assigned. Only other interesting thing is in the trace section where it says :

    Check your receiver communication channel.  Make sure that the protocol is set to XI 2.0 for 6.2.

    quite often the reason for this kind of error
    is the fact that the receiver of the XI message is
    returning a http response to the Integration Server.
    As of XI3.0 SP21 / PI7.0 SP13 this response
    is also properly parsed and visible in the error
    header of the XI message.
    For almost all prior support package levels an
    advanced correction is available as per OSS note:
    1064346 Improved error output for connection problems
    Please check whether this applies to your system.
    If so, you will see detailed information on the error
    in the error header object of the XI message as soon
    as this issue re-occurs.

    Are you using SOAP adapter ?
    If yes, check if you have selected the check button "Do not use SOAP Envelop" then Uncheck it.
    (if you are using this setting then you have to send nosoap in your URL else it will through short dump)

    Hi,
    i understand your scenario as XI--> CRM system.
    and if you get the error as below how will your message reach CRM system...?
    In general if you want to test whether the message has successully been processed by CRM system u need to use the exception handling.
    The general convention is, create an ABAP Server proxy, test its functionality and then send data from XI to insert into teh CRM system. B'cos it becomes difficult for you to debug the aplication this way( b'cos u do not know where the error has occured).
    XI Receiver Adapter Configuration should be :
    TargetHost : <hostname>
    Service : 8000
    Path : /sap/xi/engine/entry?type=entry
    U also need to provide the login credentials for CRM system.

    I am trying to post a simple XML message directly to the integration server using an html document, where the form that contains the XML message is a simple

  • XI Proxy Problems

    Hi all,
    I got a strange prob with XI 3.0 and the new SAP ERP.
    Well what I did is a little configuration in the XI and generated a proxy in the SAP ERP to call it.
    But when I call it I get this message in the error part in sxmb_moni in the ERP:

    before this message I had an other message, that says that a RFC Destination called XI_INTEGRATIONSERVER dosn't exist. So I created it (never heard from something like that and nothing found in SDN or help portal), but I created it as http connection with no prefix. Can this be the problem?
    Someone has solved a problem like that?

    Hi Oliver,
    From the first error, It looks like a mapping issue.
    You are missing a mandatory node element data.
    The 2nd error is related to the configuration of the Integration Engine. Check the config guide.

    It's a message created based on the generated function module in BW. This message interface was used to create the proxy. Now I am sending it to BW but then this happens...

  • SOAP scenario without sender SOAP channel

    Hi Experts,
    I am developing a scenario of SOAP to JDBC.
    Here my test data is coming from Altova Spy for sender SOAP side.
    I have configured the scenario without sender SOAP channel, and sender agreement.
    But while sending the SOAP message I am getting the error as data cannot be posted.
    Can anybody please tell me, whether is it possible to have such configuration without SOAP sender channel.
    And if yes, then what would be the URL that I have to give for posting the data.

  • Problems with namespace XML Parsing of ABAP PI 7.0 Integration Engine

    Hi,
    I discovered the following problem.
    The customer sends a SOAP message with is forwarded through a SOAP Adapter in the integration engine.
    The structure of the message is very simple:

    The customer adds the namespace information a special way:
    <Envelope xmlns="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope">
    <Body>
    <orders05 xmlns="">...</orders05>
    </Body>
    <Envelope>
    Here the namespaces is declared in the first element. It should be inherited into all child elements. The 'orders05' should not have the namespace ' xmlns="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope" ', therefore the namespace is overwritten with ' xmlns="" '. However I don't know if this is a correct xml statement, the SAP system did not understand this.
    The integration throws an error which is stated in the message in the adapter engine:
    2008-11-06 17:31:44 Fehler SOAPFault empfangen vom Integration Server.     If I changed the SOAP message to the common format, it is accepted by the integration engine.

    The valid SOAP format supported by XI is as follows

    Ur sender system is not sending the data in correct Soap format and thats the cause of message rejection. The option you have to use the Soap adapter in "no soap" mode.

    Since OC4J is preconfigured to use the Oracle XML parser which is xmlparserv2.jar.
    i have read the following article which states that
    OC4J is preconfigured to use the Oracle XML parser. The Oracle XML parser is fully JAXP 1.1 compatible and will serve the needs of applications which require JAXP functionality. This approach does not require the download, installation, and configuration of additional XML parsers.
    The Oracle XML parser (xmlparserv2.jar) is configured to load as a system level library of OC4J through it's inclusion as an entry in the Class-Path entry of the oc4j.jar Manifest.mf file. This results in the Oracle XML parser being used for all common deployment and packaging situations. You are not permitted to modify the Manifest.mf file of oc4j.jar.
    It must be noted that configuring OC4J to run with any additional XML parser or JDBC library is not a supported configuration. We do know customers who have managed to successfully replace the system level XML parser and the Oracle JDBC drivers that ship with the product, but we do not support this type of configuration due to the possibility of unexpected system behavior and system errors that might occur from replacing the tested and certified libraries.
    If you absolutely must use an additional XML parser such as xerces, then you have to start OC4J such that the xerces.jar file is loaded at a level above the OC4J system classpath. This can be accomplished using the -Xbootclasspath flag of the JRE.
    i have also run the following command
    java -Xbootclasspath/a:d:\xerces\xerces.jar -jar oc4j.jar
    but no success.
    How could i utilize my jar's like xerces.jar and xalan.jar for parsing instead of OC4J in-built parser ?

    I am trying to deploy a sample xform application to the Oracle Application Server (10.1.3). However, I encountered the class loader issue that is similar to your stuation. I tried all the three solutions but the application is still use the Oracle xml paser class. I am wondering if you have any insight about this?
