Payment done without confirmation of vendor master data

I have an issue with sensitive fields. A payment was done without confirmation of vendor master data.
F110 , FK09  transaction is used.
Without approving the payment, it is cleared. Although it should show Account blocked for payment run.
Are there any notes which can be applied. This is 46C system?

check view V_T055F
and read docu to tcode FK09!

  • Payment method not defaulting from Vendor master data

    Hi All
I am running F110 payment run. In the Payment proposal SAP  is not pulling payment method from vendor master data for some invoice. we have like two payment methods , Sap is defaulting payment method for one type of payment method and not defaulting for the other...What could be the possible reasons?( for both the invoices We are not maintaining any payment method)

    Hi
In F110 if payment methods are different from vendor master data and payment methods mentioned in parameters tab it will take payment methods from parameters tab, so that you have to give both payment methods in parameters tab so that it will consider both.

  • Payment Terms should come from vendor master data

When we create a new contract (ME31K) Z0NQ for the vendor  XYZ by default the payment terms that the contract retrieve is 1131, but in master data (XK03) for vendor XYZ I have payment terms 1011 defined.
I already checked it in Purchase organization and CCode level.
    Please advise. Thanks!

It should come from vendor master only butmake sure that you are creating cintract based onthe RFQ or some use exit is avtive for that.

  • Payment terms in Vendor Master data and purchasing info record

Hi, all, I met one trouble. While I create Purchase Order. In the header item, payment terms is automatically pop up from the data maintaining the vendor master data or purchasing info record if there is difference payment terms between in vendor master data and in purchasing info record. What happend?
Sometimes, When you create purchase order, payment terms is not automatically pop up even you maintained in the vendor master data or purchasing info record. Why? Is it meaning that I can manually to input payment terms while create each purchase order which can be difference data with vendor master data or purchase info record?
Thank you very much in advance,

    Hi,
The payment terms is usually defaulted from either vendor master or purchasing master data record such as contract/outline agreement.  Unless it is set through configuration that the payment terms be set as mandatory, any failure to maintain payment terms won't stop you from posting your PO as this information will only be useful during invoice receipt maintenance.  Having said that if you are setting up your system with discount condition type as part of your PO pricing schema then it is necessary that the payment terms shall be maintained during PO creation.
    Cheers,
    HT

  • Vendor master data change confirmation -Report Y_CD1_39000398

    Hello All,
In report  Y_CD1_39000398 we can see the confirmation pending for the Vendor master data changs. There are some entries which are pending since last 5 years becasue the chagnes are rejected. Is there is any possibility to remove this so that in this report we can get only relevant entries
    Thanks  & regards,
    Prashant

    Hi,
I dont think it is the standard report. I think its a developed one as it is starting with Y. If so, then co-ordinate with your abaper and do the necessary changes to get the right result.

  • LSMW - Vendor Master DATA - IBAN management

    Dear SAP guru's,
I'm trying to integrate the IBAN in vendor master data with my LSMW (batch recording techno).
unfortunately, I do not have the IBAN information in structure BLFBK
BLFBK Vendor Master Record Bank Data (Batch Input Structure)
DO you know how we can integrate an IBAN by LSMW? Batch recording seems to be too risky..
And I do not have the BBAN info, I only receive the IBAN...
    Thanks for your comments,
    Karim

    Hello,
With batch, it is not possible to have IBAN details updated in Vendor master data. This should be done manually, when the IBAN
number is entered system will do the validation checks as per the legal requirements using the specific Function modules for each country.
Nevertheless, there is batch input program RFBIKR00 which is used for processing the following data:
    - Creating and changing vendor master data
    - Creating bank master data
Please, note that the program RFBIKR00 cannot import master data which contains the usual account number and the IBAN at the same time. There has to be either an IBAN or an account number in the imported file.
There are 2 scenarios how to get all the data imported, depending from
    the source system:
    1. If the source is also an SAP system, you can import the account numbers using the RFBIKR00 and then transport the IBANs separately using the ALE distribution (RFIBAN_ALE).
    2. If the source is a non SAP System, then file contains always two entries for a payment instruction. In the first one the account number will be imported, in the second one the IBAN. The functionality "IBAN without account number" is prerequisited and has to be active in the target system. In this scenario 2 payment instructions would be created in the vendor master(LFBK), one with the account number, another one with the IBAN.
I hope this helps to resolve the problem.
    Thanks and regards,
    Suresh Jayanthi.

  • Vendor Master Data - General and Company Code Data

    Hi,
We are collecting vendor master data requirements. The requirements that I have are for Vendor General Data, Company Code Data (Accounting Info, Payment Transactions, Correspondence etc.) and Purchasing Org Data. Out of these 3 groups I can only see Vendor General Data that is mapped to CREMDM04 in SAP supplied syndication maps. I am wondering if someone could tell me how much effort is involved to first create the structure in MDM for Company Code data and Purchasing Data and then map these additional fields to CREMDM04 fields?
Why is it that Company Code data and Purchasing Data is not mapped in pre-delivered syndication maps?
    Thanks in advance,
    M

    Thanks Shruti for your reply.
I agree with you. However, our client is really pushing for Company Code Data and Purchasing Org data along with Vendor General Data. Now, this is something that is new to me to do. I have never done this kind of customization before.
I would really appreciate if someone from SAP could give me their recommendation and also help me answer the following questions
    1. Is this doable to map and syndicate Company Code data and Purchasing Org data along with Vendor General Data
    2. Is it possible to then extract the tables that hold Company Code data and Purchasing Org data from ECC and bring it back in MDM to update MDM tables (that we are going to create for this data)?
    3. What's the effort involved in this customization (Considering that we will be extending our repository structure, extend the syndication map, extract new tables from ECC for MDM, create import maps for these tables to import Company Code and Purchasing Org data into MDM)

  • No view of the changes of Customer /Vendor master data

    Hi Experts,
I have a problem, when I run the standard report to view the changes of customer/vendor master data, I don't find the change relative to a bank account .
I found in the report the technical field that the user has changed, but I haven't found the text of the data in the tab "bank account".
    Can you help me, please?
    Thanks in advance.
    Best regards

    Dear Ram,
thank you for your answer , but my problem is still present. If I want to see the modify of the Customer/Vendor Master Data  for the Payment transaction Data  details, I don't try this information in the TCODE FD04.
Do you know a different report or TCODE that I can use?
    Thank you in advance.

  • Vendor Bank details in vendor master data

    Hi
There are two tabs in vendor master data:
    1. Payment Transaction tab
    2. Payment Transaction accounting tab.
Now i have 100 different vendors with all vendors having account in 20-25 banks. Even if the bank is same, these vendors have account in different branches.
Now in SAP will i have to create so many bank keys for 100 different vendors?
In payment transaction tab, there is only one field for our house bank for making payment through APP. What if i need to pay to different banks? Where i will maintain multiple house bank in such cases.
Please reply for above two queries.

    Hi  Deepak,
Please understand that there is a total disconnect between the House banks(internal Banks) that you create in FBZP and between the vendor bank Accounts. For Vendor banks you don't need to create House Banks..but YES, you will have to create bank Keys as many as required to maintain Vendor bank details in XK02..Payment transactions tab.
If you have more than one Bank from which you want to pay.. then maintain all those Banks in FBZP and link it to Payment Methods and when you run APP, you can choose which Bank you want to pay from..
Secondly, while posting Invoice also if you are sure about the Bank that you want to use.. enter house Bank while posting..
Thirdly, if you are sure about the Vendor that he gets paid through a particular bank only.. maintain that particular bank in the vendor master data.. and if you are not sure about the Bank.. keep it blank..and decide in APP variant which bank you want to pay from..
Vendor master bank details of the vendors are used to send to Bank,.. so that the money can be directly credited in the vendor Bank account..
    Hope this helps..
    Regards,
    SAPFICO

  • FK02 :: vendor master data change

FK02 :: vendor master data change
I want to change payment terms to a particular vendor but i am getting a error message
<b>changes for vendor not yet confirmed.</b>
I tried FK08 to confirm earlier changes but i could only confirm company code changes and
    not the general data.
How do i confirm earlier changes and also assign new payment terms.
    Help appreciated
    Prashanth

    Hi,
It is correct, user who made the changes to Vendor Master (sensitive fields) cannot confirm the changes. SAP Help states:
<i>Only those accounts are displayed for which you have authorization to confirm changes. As a result of dual control, the system also checks whether you were involved in the sensitive changes.</i>
You can ask any other User who has authorization to transaction code FD09 to confirm the changes. Logically, if the user who is making the changes also confirms the changes, it defeats the very purpose for which this process is defined. Hence, I think SAP would have put a validation to check the user who made the change and whether the same user is approving the changes.
    Thanks
    Murali.

  • Bank Account field in Vendor Master Data

    Hi Guys,
Anyone of you might have faced this kind of problem.
The field for bank account in vendor bank details provides only 18 digits.
We have a couple of Polish and Russian vendors which have 20 digits in the bank account and because SAP cuts off the first 2 digits payments cannot be made.
Will it be possible to extend the number of digits in the bank account field? If yes,
can anyone let me know how it can me done.
    Thanks
    JR

The situations where REGUH-ZBNKN (bank account number) is longer than 18 digits. in this case the bank account number continues on field REGUH-BKREF (reference).
You have to implement OSS#96624 to solve this problem
    Regards.
(Finding more detail in OSS Note)
    Symptom
This note refers to business partner bank account numbers with more than 18 digits.
Banks of certain countries use bank account numbers with more than 18 digits. Consequently, these bank account numbers cannot be stored completely in the bank account number field of the R/3 System, but are to be used for the payment transactions with the bank in the data medium exchange (DME).
    Solution
Depending on the country of the bank of the business partner, we recommend that you enter that part of the account number which does not fit into the respective 'Bank account number' input field in the 'Reference specifications for bank details' field or in the 'Bank control key' field of the customer or vendor master data.
We recommend that you use the fields in the R/3 System as follows:
China- Various account number formats, some have more than 18 digits
    - Save the first 18 digits in the 'Bank account number' field
    - If the Chinese bank account number is longer than 18 digits, the
remaining digits are saved in the 'Reference specifications for bank
    details' field.

  • CLEANING VENDOR MASTER DATA

I AM FACING A PROBLEM WITH SOMANY DUPLICATION OF VENDORS
I HAVE NEARLY 20 COMPANY CODES.
IN EACH CO CO THERE ARE NEARLY 5-10 PLANTS.
BEFORE I AM GOING TO BLOCK ANY VENDOR I JUST WANT TO CONFIRM THAT IS THERE ANY OPEN OR COMPLETED TRANSACTIONS AGAINST THAT VENDOR IN ANY OTHER CO CO.
HOW CAN I FIND THIS WITH ANY STANDARD T-CODE AND THE PROCESS ?
HOW DOES IT IMPACTS ON OPEN AND COMPLTED TRANSACTION DATA.
AS SOMETIMES WE DONE ONE TRANSACTION AND WANT TO BLOCK THAT CODE.
CAN ANYBODY SUGGEST THE BEST WAY FOR CLEANING THIS VENDOR MASTER DATA.
    THANKS AND REGARDS
    NAAGSEKHAR

    Hi,
Generally if you want to do any transaction with Vendor in SAP, it would have been extended to the company code to which you are doing.
You check your vendors with table LFB1 so that you will come to know the company codes .Say a vendor XXXX is extended to other company code , other than the one presently you are doing the transactions.memans the vendor xxxx is supposed to be with cc yyyy anjd it is there with cc  zzzz, you can also check for this vendor transactions in zzzz.
means you can reduce the effort. Now with table EKKO you can find the purchasing documents for this vendor/cc.
One more transaction with vendor comes in IM with 501 moment type ( initial entry with out PO).for this vendor you can check at MSEG table.

  • Vendor Master Data Transfer Between the Clients

    Hello Everyone,
I want to transfer Vendor master data between the clients, can any one help me in this Please?
I don't want to use LSMW, Is there any other method by which i can copy the vendor between the clients or i have to do it manually?
    Please Help ASAP
    Thanks
    M

    Hi,
You have to do necessary setting for ALE and IDOC will get generated and data will get transfer based on the Program Schedule in Bacground.
You can schedule program in bacground as per your requirement of IDOC transfer and data generation from One Client to other. [i.e. end of the day, Hourly, monthly etc.]

  • Vendor master data upload

how do we upload vendor master data into SAP from legacy system.can anyone give me a detailed explination.
    regards,
    deepthi

    Deepthi,
The steps would be (in LSMW) :
1 Create a new Project, Subproject (if not existing). Then give a name for the Object, say VendorMaster.
2 On the next screen, you will see several steps (radio buttons) to be performed. You should go in sequential order.
Double click the first, I think its called Maintain Object (sorry don't have access to SAP system right now)
3 On this screen you will see various options/methods (in the second section) for loading the data.
You may select which ever is appropriate or most suitable in your case.
Let's assume you want to use the very first options - Standard program for Direct Input/Batch.
4 Pull down (F4) for the Object & select Vendor Master.
5 Pull down again for the Method & select (I think( Standard). The program name & Type will be populated by LSMW.
If let's say none of the programs in this list satisfies your requirement, then you may decide to go for a Recording or a BAPI (again pull down & select appropriate method) or IDoc (CREMAS).
So now you have decided on the method you want to use for posting the Vendor Master data. Save the information & go back to the main screen of the object.
6 Double click on the next step for maintaining the Source Structure. Give the name(s) of the Source Structure(s).
7 Next step is to define the Source Structure(s) format (fields, attributes etc).
8 Next you maintain the relationship between the Structure(s) - Source & Target. The Target structures depend upon the method elected by you in step 5.
9 Next will be the most important step - ie specifying the mapping/conversion rules for each Target field. You can even write ABAP code by double clicking on the field - it will open up the editor where you can put in your ABAP code. There are also several events available - for instance at the <i>Beginning of Processing</i> or <i>Beginning of Transaction</i> etc. where again you can specify your own logic.
10 In the Next 2 steps you will give the file name & path & also associate the file(s) to the Source structure(s).
The develoment for the object is complete. Now you are ready to read, convert & post your Vendor Master data in SAP.
Let me know if you need additional assistance.
    Regards,
    Homiar.
