Payment not valid in the Dominican Store
Since yesterday I started noticing this issue with an in app purchase, I discovered that all of a sudden my valid credit card, issued in my country, does not work in my local iTunes store (Dominican Republic). Today I called my bank and they told me that non attempt of purchased therefor no declines were registered in the bank's system, so this must be iTunes Store's fault. I did a little research on Twitter and a lot of people are having the same issue with their local iTunes Store.
No solution will come by complaining over here, just to let know you all that I am having difficult using my credit card.
Just to let you know that I successfully purchased a song but still having issues making in app purchases (endless loop of billing info confirmation).

My app updates in iPad won't install, when I hit update, it says my account is not valid in the Canadian store, and I must switch to the US store before purchasing. So, I sign out of Canadian store, and try to sign into US store, and that won't work either.
It says my Apple ID is not valid in the US store, but it must be, because that's where I made my purchases of all those apps in the first place.
Is it possible I am missing something here? Is this my fault? Can anybody offer a suggestion as to why I cannot sign into USA store?

We do have a place in the UK which we could use as an address, but for various reasons it gets a bit complex even though we still have a UK bank account. We moved to France when there were no iDevices and apps around, just bought the occasional music, so it wasn't a problem. Funny thing is I can't even download the free UK bank app because it's not available in the French store .
I'll live with the problem for now as we plan to move back to the UK in a year or so - we miss the weather . -
I have done all of the above but when I try to update my Apps on my iphone it still says that my ID is not valid for the US store and I must switch to the UK? My settings already say I am with the UK? What do I do?
ok well like lllaass said, most apps require 4.3 or later iOS software. chances are since the apps worked before, the apps themselves got updated and will no longer work with your software version.

Since downloading iOS 7, I have been having trouble purchasing music from iTunes Store. When ever I try to make a purchase I always get the message "Your account is not valid in the US store" As I am new at this I don't know what I can do to remove this problem.
What country are you in ? If you aren't in the US and the address on your account isn't in the US then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select your country.

When I tried to buy ankimobile for my iPad, I got a message that my account was not accepted in the Australian store, and to transfer to the U.S. store. I don't know how I got to the Australian store and I tried but can't figure out how to get back so I can buy the ankimobile. I have never gotten this message before and never even knew there was more than one store. Is the ankimobile an Australian app? What should I do?

Payment not Valid in the AppStore
Every time since an hour ago, I'm experiencing a pop up saying Verification Required when I'm purchasing apps and ever time I verify it it says that my payment method is not valid. this never happened before. Earlier this morning I was able to download some apps and suddenly this occured.

Then switch to the Canadian store, which is where your Apple ID is registered. Log out of the UK store and log in to the Canadian store using your Apple ID.

Question. I live in Spain but am English and have used the English store to buy apps in £, and also updated apps with no problem. Suddenly I seem to have been switched to a Spanish store and it will not update anything, there is no list under my 'purchases' (eg. Music) and the apps are priced in euros. Why has this happened and how can I get my apps back??.
You need to switch back to your own store.

HI, I have six updates on my iPad and am not able to install them because it gives me a messages to switch to South African store before purchasing. I am in South African and don't understand how can my account link with the US store. How do I access these updates?
