Payment on account print layout in SBO 2007A

I want to display the account code and GL account on incoming & outgoing payment for Vendor AND on account in the PLD, when selected, but RCT4 does not pull through to PLD.
Is their another solution to display Vendor Code and/or GL code, depending on the type of payment ?

Hi......
Link the field of Account code to OACT and display the Account name.

  • Down payment document differs from print layout since SBO 2007A PL45

Since upgrade from PL42 to PL45, we have ceveral problems.
    - Print Layout wrong:
    1. We have a sales order with 7 positions, 2 of these 7 positions are already delivered and paid.
Based on the sales order, we post a down payment invoice that has the correct 5 positions from the sales order. When selecting print preview (it doesn't matter, if it is a user defined print layout or a SAP standard layout), we get all the 7 positions that are in the sales order.
    2. Also down payment invoice: We have one position with 3 items, the document shows the unit price correct and also the price for the position (price per unit x3) correct. The print layout only shows unit prices.
    3. sales order has another currency rate then the down payment and the following invoice, as they will not be posted the same date. The documents show everything correct, but the print layout only shows the currency rate from the sales order (also in the following documents like DP invoice and final invoice).
    - a lot of dump files....
Does somebody knows a solution for these problems or does somebody knows, if they will be solved in the PL46 or 47?
    Thanks  a lot.
    Katrin

    Hi katrin,
In case you are recieving Dump files with a system standard layout, kindly log a support ticket with
SAP support. Please attach the dump files and describe the scenario to reproduce the issue.

  • Receipt (Incoming Payment) system default print layout

    Hi,
When I print the Incoming payment receipt with the default print layout - APA Receipt (System), it always show many rows in the table.
e.g. the incoming payment is a cheque from "Bank of China". I expect there should be only 1 row in the repetitive area.  However, it shows 3 rows for each bank defined in the system.
    Then, I do the following:
    1) I add a database field to get "Incoming payment - Cheques" table, "Bank Code - Account No." field.
    2) Update the existing database fields (Bank Code - Bank Name) in repetitive area, make it "Related to" the above field.
After that, I get 3 rows, all under "Bank of China"
How to get rid of the duplicate rows?  I expect to have only 1 row under "Bank of China" in this case.
I am using SAP Business One 2007.
    Thank you very much!
    Yvonne

May I have your advise please? Thanks a lot!

  • Query Print Layout - Incoming Payment

    Hi All,
I have done the query print layout for incoming payment. but it cannot show the correct A/R invoice: document number. When I only make the payment for 1 invoice it seems to be correct, but when I choose 2 invoices to be paid, then the A/R invoice: document number for the second row is wrong ( if follows the first row).
    Below is the query:
    SELECT T0.DocNum, T0.DocDate, T0.DocCur, T0.DocTotal,
    T0.DocTotalFC, T1.DocNum, T1.CardCode, T1.CardName,
    T1.DocDate, T1.Comments,T1.TrsfrRef as 'Cheque No',
    T2.BankCode' 'T2.AcctNum as 'Bank Code' , T0.Address , T3.Phone1 , T3.CntctPrsn , T0.PaidToDate, T0.PaidFc , T4.AppliedSys , T4.AppliedFc

    ON T1.CardCode = T3.CardCode
    WHERE T1.DocNum = [%0]
    ORDER BY T1.DocNum
the fields that i want to display in repetitive area are: A/R invoice: Document date , A/R invoice: document number, Amount that they have paid ( partial payment / full payment) i used this database: Incoming payment - a/r invoice: paid, outstanding amount i used formula ( total document - paid to date), and document currency
Thank you! hope you can help.
    Pauline

    Pauline,
I've tested your query in B1 2007A SP00 PL30 and works fine. I even created PLD for the query and I can see 2 invoice paid by one incoming payment.

  • Outgoing payment print layout

I want to add journal entry details in Outgoing Payment print layout
but when I choose source: database, I can not find Journal Entries-Rows in that list
How can I display journal entries in Outgoing payment report
    because my accountant need it
    Regards,

You can press the alt key and click on the table dropdown in properties. That will display all tables. Be careful though - the document might not work anymore without there being a relationship between the document and the field you want to display.

  • Standard Report layouts in Crystal 2008 for SBO 2007A

It has been 2 years since SBO adopted Crystal Reports to become part of the standard product, I refer back to the initial links which promised links to Standard Reports, however 2 years later these links appear to be exactly the same, no updates.
    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/807d22cb-cb1d-2b10-8794-fb76d7feca88#section12 [original link is broken]
For SBO 8.8 there appears to be a pack of Reports available for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders etc
I would like to know if there a pack of standard Crystal reports for SBO 2007A and if so where would we be able to find them?
    Many thanks

    I found the following link

It has the following - Crystal Reports Layout - IT Invoice Layout for Release 2007 A
An invoice layout for Italy...well done 2 years and we now have an Italian invoice

  • Print layout design (PLD) - Incoming Payment

    Hi All,
Under incoming payment, can i have the details in terms of line by line? Somehow rather, the design that was produced by the 'system', they details of my payment is gather together in one box. How can i have it to be line by line? It looks more nicer to be given to my customer as an official receipt.
Anyone has come across on this?
    Need your experts urgently.
    Thanks.
    Harith

    Hi Harith,
The requirment what you are asking is not possible through PLD but the format what you have asked is possible through Query Print Layout Design.
here you will create the Query which fetchs the required value the design the PLD for that in the Query Print Layout.
As we had faced similar situation we resolved it by using Query Print Layout Designer.
    hope this helps you out.

  • Request: option to link invoice to payment for SBO 2007A

    Hi all,
    The situation is as follows:
A payment on account is booked. Customer wants to link an invoice to that payment afterwards. In version 2007 the transaction 'link payments to invoices' has disappeared compared to version 2005.
It's possible to do an internal reconciliation, but then that payment is not linked to the invoice,  i.e. the payment is not listed in the payment history of the invoice.. It should be possible to link a payment on account to an invoice.
We have logged a message with SAP but must raise a DRQ ( Development Request) as the function is not there anymore.
Looking forward to a proper solution!

  • Print Layout Designer - Deleteing unwanted Layouts - 2007A

Is there a problem with Deleteing layout templetes in 2007A.
We had no problems with deleting templetes in 2005.  Now that we upgraded to 2007A we have the following problem.
We can not "DELETE LAYOUT" of unwanted templetes.. the option is grayed out on the menu.  I've read the posts that suggest an update querry, but I find it hard that a update querry is the rsccomended fix.  This problem is compounding since we must save any and all revisions to Layout Templetes under new names
Is this a problem in SAP 2007A?
Is it solved in a patch?

    Dear Experts,
I am not familar withe print layout and would like to know where I can learn more on this module ...??

  • Payment Wizard without payments (on account)

    Hello,
maybe I misunderstood the payment wizard but if I add manually a payment (incoming/outgoing), why does it then appear in the recommendation report (as the payment is already DONE)?
I don't want to transfer the payment on account back to my supplier/customer and he won't do it either...
If on the BP master data the checkbox "Single Payment" is activated, the situation becomes even worse as I cannot combine incoming and outgoing payments on account with invoices anymore, which would at least give it a small sense...
The SAP Support stated that this is intended as it is and I wonder why? In SBO 2005A payments on account were not listed in the recommendation report and my customer is understandably confused right now...
So, if there is any possibility to get the behaviour from 2005A in 2007A, I'd like to know it
    Kind regards,
    Sebastian Kleiner

    Hi Sebastian,
in 2007 the manually executed payment on account appears in the recommendation report as long as it is not reconciled. In case of an outgoing payment on account, the amount will be displayed negative in the report & may be included in the payment run to reduce the total payment amount by that sum. In essence, the application states in the recommendation report that there are outstanding invoices to be paid, but also unreconciled payments. It thus gives the user the opportunity to avoid overpayment.
The functionality of 'Single Payment' defines that the Payment Wizard is to create a separate payment for each open invoice. As long as an invoice is not reconciled, it is open, regardless of whether there is a matching payment on account or not.
Please consider using the internal reconciliation functionality to match payments on account with the appropriate invoice(s) or include the payment on account in the payment wizard run to adjust the payment. When using 'single payment', you need to use the internal reconciliation since then negative journals are not included in the payment run, you will find these transactions in the 'Non-included Transaction Report' at the recommendation stage of the payment wizard.
    All the best,
    Kerstin

  • Problem with modifying the default design print layout

    hello to everybody
i would like to ask you something about the design print layout.
i actually have made a draft payment by using the payment wizard. i have already saved it and by clicking the print layout some of the columns do not appear the the data in there.
to be more specific...i used the default print out generated by the system and modified it by adding some more columns such as name o business customer and bank account.
before adding the above fields, the print out was excellent(the default one generated by the system)
by adding the above fields, some of the columns such as code of bp and name of bp do not appear in the prinout layout except of the last records which is desplayed as it is.
i have to mention that by removing the field bank account(i have mentioned it as database) alla the records of the payment wizard appears as is but by adding the bank account column, only the last record appears to be with data
    thanks in advance!

how is it possible to edit the system pld and to display the desired data only for the laast record?it is strange!
i have 5 payments to do. by checking the system 's PLD the data are fine. by adding my own fields(bank account) the row of the first 4 records do not appear at all(they are empty) except of the last one which is appeard with the desired information
