There should not be any reason you cannot download it, unless you are referring to not having a link in your account for it.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Technical Comm. Suite 1.3 - Download Saga (ongoing)

Has anyone here experienced what I describe below and, if so,
have you been able to achieve any resolution.
On Monday, Sept. 8, I purchased the download version of the
1.3 upgrade to the Technical Communication Suite. On the download
software page there are three items listed: installation
instructions, Adobe 9, and a Unix Capture Utility -- however, the
Technical Communication Suite software package (Framemaker,
RoboHelp, Captivate) is nowhere to be found. (The installation
instructions asks the user to uninstall the software, click on a
'download' link and reinstall the Technical Communications Suite,
so it appears that Tech Comm Suite software is required -
additionally, the suite's Web page describes enhancements to both
Framemaker and RoboHelp).No person, in either Asia or the US, seems
capable of helping me. I spent approx. 1 hour on the phone Monday,
at least two hours yesterday, and I am now well into my second hour
today -- the 5 or 6 tech has just put me on hold. Does anyone know
what is going on with the 1.3 upgrade

Mystery solved (and an alert): The Technical Communications
Suite 1.3 is nothing more than a repackaging of an Acrobat 9 Pro
Extended upgrade. Despite the setup document's section on
uninstalling and reinstalling the Technical Comm. Suite, there have
been no changes to FrameMaker, RoboHelp, or Captivate. Seven hours
wasted...and I feel badly tooled, to say the least.

Security Suite won't download, even McAfee can't fix it

I have been working with both Verizon and McAfee techs to get installation of my security suite installed after my computer was out of order for more than a 30 day period. Apparently McAfee is now handling the security suite. Verizon is able to remote access into my computer, but McAfee can't. I have spent more than 10 hours on the phone with techs and still no security suite. I spent 6 hours on calls with McAfee of and on just today alone. Tomorrow I will receive yet another call to attempt the fix........we'll see if it gets done.
Don't know if it is because it is a 64-bit. Verizon did not originally have security suite when I got the computer last year, but then they got it and it was installed. Now I have no security!!!!! Why can't they figure this out?

Check your memory and servicepack in a nutshell. Make sure that you are not running any of the 3rd party software.
I had the same problem over the weekend and was extremely disgusted! My PC is old (ancient) and the McAfee tech, after deleting my 3rd party software which was spybot (he said it was interferring with the download) told me that I needed to upgrade my PC's servicepack to 3 AND to increase the gb to 512 which I was running at 500gb. I rarely use the machine since I have a laptop and my house is wireless. This has happened since FiOS was upgraded and I have had it for a year. No problems previously. I informed the tech, not kindly, that I would not increase memory or order the servicepack for this old PC. I made him restore the spybot that he deleted and told him I will cancel the service. Today, the activation started on my PC and downloaded without a problem. Spybot is still running in the background!!!

CS5 Creative Suite unable to download updates

As the title implies, the Adobe Application Manager alerts me that I have updates for my CS5 Creative Suite software. I tell it to download and install the updates. It gives me errors that simply say the following:

Unable to update PC Suite "Failed to download"

I have been receiving prompts to update PC suite but when I try to update it I get "Failed to download: http://nds2.nokia.com/files/support . . .". This occurs after 99% of the file has downloaded. I have tried to do this on another of my PCs and it updates OK, but not on this one.
Any clues?

I think there's a problem with their servers. I have the same problem here and this also happens when trying to update Nokia Software Updater.
The only way to download the installer is to use the direct link, for example
http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/global/phones/software/Nokia_PC_Suite_7_1_30_8_fre_web.exe
for the french version or to go to their support and download page. However, even when doing this you can encounter the same problem (download freezing at 99%). If this happens with Internet Explorer, you're stuck. Cancel and try again. If this happens with Firefox, you can click on the Pause button in the download window, wait a few seconds and then restart the download. In most cases, the download will finish immediately.
I'm saying "in most cases" because sometimes, doing so will prevent Firefox from converting the xxxx.part temporary file used for the download into the final xxxx.exe file. In that case, you have to download again, pause again, etc.
This problem only occurs when downloading files from the Nokia site. So this is certainly a bug with their server(s).

Nokia Suite failing to download maps

Ok. I am using 5800 xpressmusic. Today (30.06.2012) I updated my Nokia Suite to the latest version. My phones software version is up to date too. After update I decided to update my Maps too. But during update it said " no internet connection" and stopped to update process. There were no internet connection loss at that time because I was surfing internet. I tried again. This time it opened the list of maps (because my maps has gone during failed update process) But it could not download any maps. Nokia's circle is turning but no data is transfering. I tried Nokia Suite from Nokia Beta labs. After that I uninstalled/reinstalled nokia maps from my phone... But noting helped.

After un-installing Nokia Maps you may have to backup all data upon your 5800XM and reset device to "Out of box" state by keying in *#7370# followed by 12345 (default Nokia lockcode unless altered by user).
Your 5800XM is running Ovi Maps v3.06 not v3.04 as would have expected map of Turkey to be a bit larger?
Assuming that you have http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/global/phones/software/ ovi_maps_installer_3.06_11wk23_b05_s60_5...installed upon device you can use latest 0.2.43.103 map data.
You might need to delete E:\cities + .qf file then re-start Maps application to re-create necessary folder structure for Nokia Suite to recognise.
As a last resort maps for Turkey could always be manually installed by downloading and decompressing Turkey

Upgrading IMac to Yosemite and don't want to lose CS5 suite that was downloaded from internet (I have no application cd's) Is this possible?

How can I keep my Adobe CS5 Suite (photoshop, indesign, illustrator) if I upgrade my operating system IMac Snow Leopard to Yosemite? I do not have the Adobe CS5 application disks as it was loaded from the internet through my job.

Go here and be sure your serial number(s) are there: Find your serial number quickly
Once you check on that, and find them, go here and download the appropriate suite: Download CS5 products

Ovi Suite will not download

WHY DOES OVI SUITE NOT DOWNLOAD BEYOND 2% FROM THE OVI SITE ?????
I have a 6110 Navigator and the navigator will not load the maps - I tried updating the maps and now it will not work at all - I then thoguh I would try and update the firmware as it has not been done for a long time - PC Suite says I have to use Ovi - I click download and nothing happens after about 2% of the download from the Ovi site- left it all day and still no movement???? I have tried for several days on several computers and always the same - 2% stop no more?? this is such a pain - I see from this site that Ovi is apparently rubbish and does not work yet Nokia is forcing me to have to use it - yet they do not allow me to download it from their site so I can use it - is this to make me buy a bew phone??????
How do I update the firmware and maps if I cannot get the piece of software I must use from the site?

Ovi Suite freezing while downloading maps

Hi folks,
I have a Nokia 5230 with the latest maps application. Whenever I try to download maps to the phone the download starts for just a few seconds and Ovi Suite freezes. I have restarted both my computer and phone but still run into same problem. I am connected in PC Suite mode via USB.

Is this the first time that you have download maps to your 5230?
You do have a microSD memory card in place and you have run Ovi Maps application upon 5230 with it in place?

Nokia Ovi suite fails to download with message 'Do...

I've tried connecting my E72 to both a Windows 7 and a Windows XP machine, and I get teh same message - 'Failed: Download file invalide'.
Is anyone else seeing this and does anyone know of a solution?

After connecting the phone to your pc, a message appears on your phone screen, choose Pc Suite mode.
If that didn't show up, go to Menu --> Connectivity --> USB --> and choose Yes in Ask on connection

Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite Premium (Education) downloads

Hi,
I have the older CS Premium discs. I used Photoshop but not the other programs. Photoshop stopped working so I tried to reinstall it but could not due to the fact that it has been discontinued. The Adobe site offers CS 2 downloads for the same programs with a serial product code but I am not sure how to proceed. I downloaded the CS 2 products into a folder, have read many download pages from the site. but still do not know how to activate the CS 2 off of the desktop.
Any suggestions?

Adobe Creative Suite CS6 -- Still downloadable through CC?

So I just upgraded my Mac after a hard drive crash. I have a license for Adobe Creative CS6 which is attached to my account. But when I run Creative Cloud on my computer, all I see are a bunch of "Try" buttons -- nothing that says "Install". I can't even get as far as to choose which version to download.
Am I doing something wrong here?
