PDF attachment in mail, can not open, getting black screen all time

I am checking my gmail account in firefox and when there is PDF attachmant with mail and I click on same PDF documents I am not able to see that documents and my firefox get hang for some time and I remove that tab and again it works fine
When I try to open any PDF documents from mail, I get whole screen black.

Not sure what you meant by "missing till" but all of the photos and movies are there. I concluded that searching for several photos by their file name and then opening them with Preview.
I'm pretty certain that I only used the Picasa desktop app to test using the Picasa web service for some family photos. I don't think I used it to edit any photos in the iPhoto library but I suppose it's possible that I did without really thinking about it.
Why to I have tiffs? - As far as I know I don't. They are all jpg or mov files. I can't imagine why that error dialog said I was missing a tiff.
I just noticed based upon your suggestion to review the package contents. I have folders for Modified and Originals which I've seen before. But I also have folders for Photos - Modified and Photos - Original. I haven't seen those last two before. Moreover, all but 6 of my latest photos are in those last two folders. iPhoto can show me their thumbnails but can't open them. iPhoto can open the 6 photos in the "Original" folder. I didn't notice that before because they represent a very small portion of my library and I didn't select the right photos.
iPhoto Library Manager could see only those 6 photos in the Original folder. There are none in "Modified". So iPLM obviously can't see the photos in Photos - Modified or in Photos - Original. Looking at the Info for these two folders, I see they were created on January 7, well more than a month before I downloaded Picasa. Somehow all but 6 of my photos got moved to these new folders. I must have done something to cause this but I have no clue what.
Sorry this is so long but usually details are important. Do you recommend that I use the Merge Libraries function in iPLM?

Can you save them ? What are the file formats (after .) of the attachments. Depending the file formats, you need software to be able to open them (most of them are free).

Mail can not open, blocked by drop down menu

Mail will not open. Drop down menu says: To view this page you need to log in to area "www.outlookmail.com" on www.outlookmail.com:443 Then it asks for my name and password.
I click cancel and the drop down exits and reappears. Do I have a virus? Now what?

Can you open that PDF with a text editor and check that the first four characters are '%PDF'.

Since installing Reader XI I have no .pdf file extension so can not open PDFs. How to fix?

For the record I fixed this problem by going into Reader and running the repair program. This brought up the .pdf extension in addition to the .pdfxml extension which was all I had before

JPG files attached to mails - can't open directly

I use webmail applications (not directly 'Mail' from Mac OS) and when image JPG files are attached, and click on them to open them, the computer considers them as 'binary file' and only allows to save to disk - then, on the disk, Mac opens them with single-click with 'Preview' ('Vista Previa' in Spanish Mac OS); why can't I open them directly on the web application? Is there anything I can do (seting) to see the images with a single-click fro the atach icons?

I can view a completed PDF file, but I can not open it

I can view a completed PDF file in "view pane" however when I open the saved file, it is blank.

HT1926 I have uninstalled and reinstalled the newest itunes version and it is still saying windows error everytime and i can not open my itunes at all

I was currently trying to update my itunes to the newest version. It went through all the setup and i thought it was okay untill i clicked to open itunes and it said windows error try reinstalling. I used the repair function and that did not work. I uninstalled and re installed it and that still did not work. I tried the steps from the website to help and nothing worked!!

Getting white screen all time

Hello,
I am having the same issues over and over again.
I design an animation in Adobe Edge Animate and import it into InDesign. If I upload it to my IPad and open it with the Adobe Content Viewer I have the following problem: I go onto the designed page and click on it. Then there is always a 1second white screen and the designed page appears again and is now ready for usage.
But this 1 second white screen comes every time i open the page again?
Can u help me please?

Hi Pat, My operating system is Windows 7, Home Premium Service Pack 1. My email client (email Provider is Cox Communications - Cox.net).
Can not in my post means I tried to open a pdf attachment to a email. I received nothing happens. I do not get a blank screen or any messages. Nothing Nothing happens at all. I can click several times and get no response.
I did discover that by clicking on the Adobe Icon on my deskt topi get an Adobe box containing "Do you want to allow changes to your computer. I click Yes and get to my computer where I can find the above mentoned attachment which I think I had previously saved. I then get the attachment whick I can print. This may be printing from my hard drive - I am not sure. I think I could go through this procedure every time I want to open a atachment but it seems a long way around.
Any help you can give me would be appreciated. I have thought about removing Adobe and reinstalling. Maybe there is a corruption to my Adobe file.
