Periodic Alert scheduler not picking up 3 Check period Alerts out of 46

Hi All,
Please help me on this. It is rellay urgent.
In production we have 46 period alerts on one username. Due to recent changes in organization that user transferred to other organization. Now I need to cancel all these jobs on his name and need to assign on my user account since I am the owner of the applicaitons now.
I went to Periodic alert scheduler and deactivated the scheduler and activated again with today date. So now new request id came on periodic scheduler and all 43 jobs are showing scheduled on my user account . Even periodic scheduler also shwoing 'scheduled' on my user account . But some how only 3 alerts not picked up by scheduler.
Only difference I found for those 3 Alerts are they have start time and end time. Can anybody let me know how to schedule these 3 alerts again. Why did n't scheduler picked up these 3 alets.
Alert details:
Frequency-evey n calender days,Days-1,start time :05:00:00, end time : 22:00:00,Check interval : 01:00:00

FDMEE 11.1.2.3 data rule schedules not picking up the periods

Hi,
I am facing a strange issue in FDMEE 11.1.2.3 data rule schedules. When I create a schedule for the data load to use the POV periods, it works fine for the first month. After I change the default periods in FDMEE , data rule scheduler doesn't pick up the latest period. It still loads data to the previously set period. I have tried using the Periods in the data rule schedule to a new month, but this issue exists. Please advise.

Are you scheduling the DLR from Data Load Rule page or have you created a batch definition with POV period checked and then schedule it?

Counting class of period work schedule not available on 01.01.2012

HI SAP GURUS,
while creating attendance through info type 2002 for an employee its giving error message i.e " counting class of period work schedule 03/KGPG not available on 01.01.2012. Please suggest.

Under the PSG Grouping 03, and PWS KGPG, maintain the value = 1 (or other class as required).
If you do not find the entry, you need to create a new record.
Also, under the Counting rule (that you assign to your attendance) make sure that the appropriate Counting class for PWS is checked mark otherwise your attendance will not be counted properly. You can create the couting rule with this IMG step:
IMG > Time Management > Time Data Recording and Administration > Attendances/Actual Working Times > Attendance Counting > Rules for Attendance Counting (New) > Define Counting Rules

0PU_IS_PS_41 not picking up Fiscal Year Period 001-016

Hi All,
While we are executing the Datasource :0PU_IS_PS_41(Budget Totals Records in Funds Management) in RSA3.However the Fiscal Year /Period is 000/2008..2009 in all of the cases is only picked up, the relevant FMAC Amount is 0 and it is not picking up any other Fiscal Periods like 1-16 at all .We have observed that this has relevant amount in the FMBDT Table for the Fiscal Periods .
Could you please suggest what we need to do so the the extractor shows up FiscalYear Periods 1-16 and the relevant amounts against it.

Fiscal Year/Period 000 is used for Carry forward balances. However we dont any amount for period 000 and DS is correctly picking up amount 0 against the Fiscal Year Perod 000 .However it is not picking up any other Fiscal Year Periods like 1-16 in our Development system,

Alerts do not work on one site collection - Alerts have EventTypeBitmask of -1 - do you think this is the problem

I have a farm with approx 200 site collections in it.
We did recently move sites from one farm to another. All other site collection alerts work, Yet I have one site collection that just does not send alerts.
Things I have done to attempt to get them to work:
1. Turn Alerts off and back on
stsadm -o setproperty -url "sitecollectionurl" -pn Alerts-enabled -pv False
stsadm -o setproperty -url "sitecollectionurl" -pn Alerts-enabled -pv True
2. Update the alerts template
stsadm -o updatealerttemplates -url "sitecollectionurl" -f "c:\program files\path to \AlertTemplates.xml
3. Update all the siteurl properties of all alerts to the correct url
4. update all the mobilurl propties of all alerts to the correct url
5. updated all the Alert.Titles
None of these have worked for me to get the alerts to start working
The only thing I see different is this EventTypeBitMask property.
Does anyone have any other suggestions to get alerts working on this site collection?

Whether all of the user can’t receive alert email in this site collection.
Check whether the "Immediate Alerts" time job is enabled for your web application.
Try to do restart SharePoint Timer services and IISReset.

Oracle Scheduler not picking up classes

I am trying out the new Oracle Scheduler in release 3. I have set up an EAR with a scheduler-ejb.jar (just like in the demo). I have put the class files in to this jar inside the ear. I have an init servlet that then submits the job to the scheduler.

In my application i have only 4 session beans and 2 MDBs. But I am not using any Oracle scheduler feature. What is the reason of such exception and how can I overcome it. I don't need any oracle scheduler for my application, may be there is way to switch it off? This makes me really angry, bcz Oracle EM console failes to open coz of it.

File is not picked up through NFS.

iam doing a simple file to file scenerio .
sender file (.txt file tab delimeted) NFS file adapter.
reciver file (.txt file tab delimeted) NFS file adapter.
i putted the file in xi server c:\sender\file.txt.
and for reciever i made c:\reciver.
but the file is not picked up .
i checked in (RWB).mssges showing sucess ,but no mssg id.
pls guide me .

Hi Pawan,
As you are using Transport protocol as File System(NFS) in the comm channel you need to upload your local file in the XI server, just execute SE37 in your XI server then put the module name : ARCHIVFILE_CLIENT_TO_SERVER and execute it. there you give your local file path\name and the target server path(e.g /usr,/tmp etc.)
after successfully executing you can see the uploaded file by going to AL11 transaction.
in the sender comm channel give the server path where you uploaded the file as the source directory. activate.
now start your sender comm channel in RWB.

Varient Configuration prod order is not picking the super routing operation

In varient configuration,I have maintain Super routing and Super bom for KMET material.While creation of prod order or converting plan order to prod order,Routing is not getting selected.I have maintained dependency and have checked Production sheduling profile,order type and order dependent parameter,all is ok.Even the Super Bom is getting selected after MRP run as per my requirment.
What I am not getting is selection of routing for production order.Can any of the expert help to find the missing link.

For material Variant (FERT) production order Routing is not picking?Just check the Selection condition which is assigned to the operation is same as the selction of material variant i.e., Char & Char values has configured in MRP 3 View of Material variant.

I see that you are having start up problems with your HP computer. I have a couple of suggestions that may help with your issues.

If you are still having trouble I would suggest testing the power adapter or trying a different power adapter. Most retailers will let you try a power adapter on the computer to see if it works.

Work Schedule Rules and Period Work Schedules

Is it possible to have one work schedule rule have different period work schedules. We have several different period work schedules that work the same amount of hours. The only difference between them is that the days for the schedules are different. However, the total amount of hours worked in the week are the same. If we assign the period work schedules that have the same hours to one work schedule rule we do not have to create and maintain several work schedule rules for each different work schedule.

A Work Schedule Rule is created for an Employee SubGroup Grouping, Calendar Grouping and Personnel SubArea Grouping, using a single Periodic Work Schedule.
So, if you have 100 PWS, you will need at least 100 Work Schedule Rules, and probably more since some PWS will probably be used by more than one combinations of ESG/Calendar/PSA Groupings.

Not picking the stock for the delivery

Hi,
If the picking tab is grayed use T.Code LT03.( IF ware house management is activated).Here fill the ware house number and plant and mention the delivery note number also. Now use The T.Code TCode VL02N here u can see the system automatically picks the required quantity.
If the picking tab is not in gray mode mention the storage location and the plant correctly. Even though the system is not picking the quantity check the Picking location determination with rule MALA.and also check any open orders are crated for the particular material .

Tax value is not picked up correctly for the condition type in SO creation

I have a issue in Picking up Tax value correctly for the condition type in SO Creation.
Actual Issue:
When creating the sales order manually,
tax value is picked up correctly for one condition type: ISS3.
When the Sales Order is created via Idoc using the function module 'idoc_input_orders', tax value is not picked for same condition type: ISS3.
We need to find out why the value for the condition type 'ISS3' is not picked in this way!
Can anybody solve this issue!
What can be the reason which is stopping picking up tax value for condition type: ISS3 when Sales Order is created via F.M 'IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS'! While it picked up the same while creating Sales Order manuallly.

Working:
When creating the sales order manually,
tax value is picked up correctly for the condition type ISS3.
Actual Issue:
When the Order is created via Idoc using the function module 'idoc_input_orders',
tax value is not picked .
I need to find out why the value for the condition type 'ISS3' is not picked.
I have debugged the issue from WE19 but upto Conditions tab it is picking up tax value but then it is becoming zero again it remains zero after saving SO.
But Manually tax value is picked up for condition type ISS3 and remains same after saving order.
I have debugged it several times fro WE19 but not able to find route cause for the issue.
What can be the issue over here!

Scale maintained in info records but not picking up in scheduling agreement

Hi,
We have maintained scales for PB00 in info record (subcontracting), this scale is picked up in Subcontracting Purchase Order.
But when we are trying to create Subcontracting scheduling agreement, this scale is not picked up by the system.
Why the system is picking up scales for PO but not for scheduling agrmment?

Please check your InfoUpdate Indicator on the scheduling agreement.
The indicator determines which prices and conditions are suggested in future PO items.
Prices and conditions can apply to an entire purchasing organization or to a single plant within a purchasing organization.
For example, if you create a purchase order for a plant for which an info record has been defined at plant level, the purchase order is based on the conditions in the plant info record and not on the conditions that apply to the purchasing organization.
probably your info record is at the Porg level and not at the plant level and hence it's not picking it up.

SCOM 2012 R2 Connector - Some alerts are not being picked up

I created a Windows service that connects to SCOM to collect unacknowledged alerts every 60 seconds. In the alert iteration process, the very first thing I do is post an update to the alert which indicates that the alert has been received.
When I'm done processing the alert, I post another update showing that the alert has been processed. After processing the alert collection, I acknowledge them with the "AcknowledgeMonitoringAlerts"
method.
The problem I am experiencing is that not all alerts are getting picked up by the connector, which is set up in OM with a subsciption to accept all alerts. This is happening randomly. One minute I'll see a specific alert for a specific server
come through, and an hour later, the same alert for the same server will show up in Operations manager, but won't come through in the connector. This is evident in the fact that the history tab in the alert doesn't show the updates that should
have been posted by the connector.
Anyone else seeing this type of behavior? Suggestions?

Based on your description, the issue is random. Would you please check your operation manager event log and check for more details when this issue happen.

Holiday not reflecting in Period Work Schedule of employees

Hi friends
I have a serious issue here. I have created a Floating public holiday and assigned to my Holiday calendar which comes on 23rd of May. When I regenerated the Work schedule rule, it is reflecting showing holiday class as 01 and day type as 01. But when I generated Period work schedule for all employees for the month of May, 23rd May is not reflecting as holiday class 01 and day type 01, instead it is showing as work/paid.
Could anyone please help how to resolve this issue.

Hmm, time evaluation is not a prerequisite for use of substitutions. It is also used in payroll (daily processing) too.
So, if you see you WSR in IT0007 as it is required, then your work schedule is correctly generated. No worries. But when you don't see it in this report then the reason can be substitution or report logic or any other impact (I don't know yet).
Can you check what you see in IT 2051 - it has consolidated view. There you immidiately see any addiotnal time data (attendances, abcenses, substitutions).
