Phone usage not updating

Anyone else noticed that the phone usage has not been updated on My BT since 5/7/14. I have definately made calls, and know it takes 48 hours to appear.
It seems to coincide with the anytime calls add-on being visible, give or take a few days.
It doesn't really matter with anytime calls, but for checking when you made a call it is useful.

I'm sorry to see you're all having problems with the recent calls info not updating on your BT.com accounts. I've highlighted this and as soon as we have an update we'll post back here.

You can log out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and you can then log back in with the updated version - if you created a new account as opposed to updating the existing account then your current content will remain tied to the old account and it can't be copied or transferred to the new one.

1015 error: There are 4 possible causes of this error:
The activation server truly is unavailable. Rare, usually fixed within minutes.
Your antivirus or firewall or router's firewall is blocking access to
gs.apple.com on ports 80 and 443.
Your iPhone is jailbroken or otherwise hacked.
The computer you connected to during the restore/update was
used to hack/jailbreak some other iOS device, and its
network database was corrupted during the process.

Time server for Nokia Phone is note updated??

I am from Bangladesh.
When I select auto update for time and date, I can see that my phone timing is updated with DST. Bangladesh had DST for only one year (last year) on a test basis and then the government decided not to continue with it. The battery auxiliary battery of my Nokia 5233 seems to be week and the clock slows down substantially over time. So, I need to the auto update. Hence it is big inconvenience for us to have DST time on the phone.
Hope Nokia will look into it.

Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11.1.5) Installed on your computer

You may need to try this More than Once... Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
Take your time... Pay particular attention to Steps 3 and 4.
After you have Recovered your Device... Re-Sync your Content

MIFI 2200 usage not updating

Well, unlike a lot of post on here we are pretty happy with Verizon as a viable alternative for ISP - formerly with Hughes satellite - cost a fortune to get installed - two service calls for $300.00 apiece convinced us to ditch then!
Our only complaint is the caps on usage - had to upgrade from the 5GIG plan to 10GIG - kinda pricey.
But the problem now is that our usage, usually updated daily, hasn't been updated since 12/22/2010.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks. I have a contact open with Verizon - just wanting to see if anyone else was experiencing this. Maybe we should take advantage of this; Verizon said if the problem wasn't fixed by end of cycle they would no-charge any overage <LOL>.
Strange that it would take this long to fix such a problem.

I'm not sure what you mean. You can't use any cellphone without a SIM (except for CDMA phones which don't use SIMs at all). What is your exact situation? Do you mean that you have been using your iPhone as an iPod and now after the update it's requiring activation? If that's what you mean, then you will need a valid SIM, for the cell carrier your iPhone is locked to if it is locked, so you can re-activate the iPhone. You don't need active service with the carrier, though.
If that's not what you mean, please post back and explain further.

Spa5xx phones does not update timezone via xml files- firmware 7.4.9a

I am unable to update the time zone uisng a xml file that is downloaded from the Broadsoft platform. When When i extract the SPACFG.xml file from the phone the timezone field displays thsi error: "<Time_Zone group="Regional/Miscellaneous">[LABEL NOT FOUND]</Time_Zone>.
Attached is the SPACFG.xm phone configuration file and the 509system.xml that the phone downloads form the server during auto configuration process.

Can be a notation error in your xml. Try to change this:
GMT+02:00

with:
GMT+02:00

My phone has not updated to kit kat.

I heard that the update to kit kat has come out. I live in Arizona. When I go into settings and check for updates my phone would tell me if it was up to date. Now it checks and then goes blank. Why would this occur and why do I not have access to the update? Is there a different way to update my phone?

Hello DStaples, staying up to date with the latest software is always exciting! The software updates are released in waves and not all at once to all customers. The manufacturer will release the updates gradually so it is not downloaded all at once and crash the server. There is a software upgrade assistant tool that let's an update be installed via computer, but is not compatible with the HTC One device. We appreciate your continued patience.

Error during updating - phone will not update to newer O.S.

    WHile trying to update to newer OS get two messages - First that I have purchased items that are not transfered to ITunes library - I just chick continue....
Then backup starts but always freezes at two (2) bars then I get the failure message.     SOME BACKGROUND - This is not the "original" computer that
I originally installed with my IPhone - that hard drive became infected with a virus and had to be reformatted - Things have not been the same since. Not all my
contacts from the IPhone end up in my mail contact box in outlet express.... some are missing - most are there....   ????

I'm having the same problem, I tried to update to whatever the last version was as I hadn't got that 33mb update yet, during the process my phone froze. I tried to unfreeze my phone by giving it a hard reboot (holding the home and power button) but now my phone is stuck in recovery mode.
I tried various programs that provide a "recovery mode fix" none worked.
Manually downloaded the latest ipsw as I failed five times from 5AM to try and get iTunes to download the latest version and restore my phone.
When I try to restore to iOS 8 I get "this iPhone could not be restored (error 2003)" and it has been like this for 12 hours. 12 hours I've been without a phone and all I wanted to do was update my software? What a joke. I have no idea how I'm going to fix this as literally everything I have tried has failed.

Vault usage not updated

Aperture 2.1.2 MacOS 10.5.6
When I create, or update, a Vault on an external disk the usage doesn't get updated in the Vaults panel in Aperture, e.g. I've just got a new external disk and created a new Vault but the panel still reports 144GB of 145GB.
It doesn't update until I unmount the drive and remount it.
Is this a known bug - or by design even?
Also, while searching the forum for this issue I found a thread about restoring selected images from the Vault and the replies said that it wasn't possible, you could only restore the whole library. Have I understood that correctly? If so, what advantage is there in using Vaults in Aperture if I also use Time Machine as that will back my Aperture library up.

Well, I can't find the "Component usage" within my enhancements:
But I find it very hard to believe that SAP gives us the opportunity to enhance everything within the WDP including the addition of new components, but does not allow us to use the (possible) interfaces of those components. That's strange. This means you can't add another ALV using a standard component but you have to build an ALV yourself.
Any other ideas to use an extra ALV component interface within the enhancement?

i am receiving an error message when I tried to update my phone.

first if you are on a windows computer, turn off any security software, including windows firewall in your computers control panel then if that doesnt work
try another usb port on teh computer (if on a desktop plug it into the back of the tower)
try connecting the internet directly to the computer if using wifi
last but not least if none of that works delete itunes and all the other programs that come with the install
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 has a list of programs to uninstall, it also has a link to the steps f you are on windows XP if youre on a mac thats snow leopard or lion through itunes into the trash and empty trash andit will delete

Phone did not update to Belle

Ok, firstly I formatted my Nokia N8 using the 'Delete and Restore' option. Then I started the process to update to Belle. It downloaded a file something about 254 MB, installed the file, phone restarted and what's this? My phone was still having Anna! After that I tried restoring my backup and ran the update again but now the suite is not showing Belle update at all and saying my software version 025.007 is up to date.
I tried uninstalling Nokia suite, and downloaded and installed a fresh one. But still no Belle!
What gives?
My product code is 0599255.
My attempt to install Belle was shown successful on PC suite but the phone still has Anna.
Please help!!!

@kaustubjahvle: When you seen that an update is available, can you remember what software version it showed as available? Belle starts with 111.*.
Is the update already available for your productcode based on

Phone will not update apps

I am having an issue with trying to update my apps on my phone. When I try to update it, I put in my password then it notes that it is updating then it kicks me out and it will not accept my password. I have reset my phone, change my password,and hooked my phone up to the computer to do any back-ups. My phone has backup on to my computer so I know its not a space issue. If anyone has any idea on how I can get my apps to update normlly it would be appreciate.

I have a few recommendations for you on this issue. First I recommend that you restart the iPhone
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.

If that does not quite fit the bill then I recommend Deleting the apps and downloading them again. If you would rather not do that, you can attempt the restore again if you choose. iTunes: Restoring iOS software http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414.

My phone will not update to 3.1 says server time out or network settings

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to be able to update to 3.1. I have done it several times as I am supposed to, but it keeps telling me there is an error or timeout that I need to check my network settings or try again later. I have tried it on several occasions and keep getting the same thing

I am experiencing the same issue. Several retries. Works fine on my 3G, but not on my wife's original iPhone. Hope to see an answer here soon.
Firewall settings are fine and have been unchanged. Two different iPhones with different results, so I doubt it's a firewall issue.
