Photoshop CC Download Error

I keep getting an error message when I try to download the Photoshop CC package. The message simply says to press retry or contact customer support. Any suggestions?

Photoshop trial download error - firewall setting?

Hi I am trying to download the trial version of photoshop and it's keep failing. And this popped up. I tried to find where to change the firewall setting but I am unable to find it. Can someone tell me what I need to change?

The install error above indicates permissions issues with Common Color Profile and VC++ package install.
Please try downloading and installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64) manually from : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
Restart the computer in the Selective start mode , this will give step by step description (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-services-windows.html )
Secondly, reset the permission on the C:\Adobetemp folder to read and write.
Once done start the installation again and then check.

Photoshop update download error

I receive this message when I download updates;

Any idea what it means?

As I mentioned on another discussion thread -
Once the update failed I could no longer launch Photoshop CS6. I got a dialogue box that popped up saying "Adobe Photoshop CS6 has stopped working." I tried a number of things, including trying to reinstall Photoshop CS6. Maybe I did something wrong but I couldn't get any joy. Luckily, I had a recent Drive image which I restored and got my lovey Photoshop back again.
I then did as someone suggested and attempted to update from within Photoshop itself. Unfortunately, the same horrible result. Have just restored my drive again and will not try to install update 13.1.2 until I know that the problem has been addressed and fixed by Adobe.
By the way, as my attempt to reinstall Photoshop, as per the Adobe suggestion, didn't help, should I have reinstalled the entire Creative Suite Master Collection? If that is what I need to do then I will most definitely forgo this update.
I just had a look at what this update is supposed to do. It apparently gets rid of a bug that when you open a copy of Photoshop CS6 that you purchased, a notice displays that you can try this product for 30 days. As I don't have this issue, I wonder why I got the update anyway. Maybe that is why it is causing so much angst. It is supposed to fix a specific problem that I don't have.
I suggest that if, like me, you don't have this "Trial Screen Display" bug, don't install the update.

Are you trying to download or install the software? Do you know what the errors are which you are receiving? Have you tried using the Adobe Support Advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ to analyze your installation logs?

Can anyone help with Photoshop CC download error (49)?

I'm not sure what to do with trying to get the update installed so that I can start the trial version. I have turned off McAfee already. Any suggestions?

Photoshop CS6 Download Error

can you advise? I am endeavouring to download Adobe Photoshop CS6 for a trial, before purchase. I have downloaded it three times so far but it still will not run. It completes download, advises me I have to sign in (even although I was already signed into Adobe Download Assistant) then appears to hang on the sign in page. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. I have now tried this on two different laptops with different systems (Windows 7/Vista), but still getting the same fault. I go through the download stage and when it is complete, it advises I need to sign in to access. The timer (bottom right) is still running three hours later ...

sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
But as much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. I am trying to download Photoshop Elements 11 and keep getting an error that my browser is "out of date/IE4 or earlier" but I currently have Internet Explorer 10 on my computer. Why have I gotten this error about 10 times. I have also downloaded the most current Adobe Reader and Flash Player which has not made a difference.

Try logging out of the CC Application and restarting your computer. Also, try running the CC app as an administrator.

Can't download Photoshop CC Download seemed damage error

I bought the 9.99$ Photoshop CC + LR5
I download Lr but can't download Photoshop CC it says (translate from French) Download seemed damage. Try again in few minutes (-60). Same thing with Bridge.
Same thing happened with Lr at first but download correctly. Couldn't download the trial either.
I'm with Windows 7. I retarted my computer, close all programs nothing works.
Does someone knows what to do?

What to do if Photoshop CC update gives download error repeatedly?

Creative Cloud tells me there are updates for many apps, including Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC (2014). When I try to download them, others work fine, but the two Photoshops give a download error; retry does not help. Error is marked (49). What to try??

What operating system?
With Windows, best practice is to restart your computer, open the Application Manager as Administrator (via right clicking) and install the updates.
